The extra 100 or less condi damage isn’t worth it on a weapon IMO. Go with p/prec/toughness. Try not to drain ur life force from 100% to 0. Go ds, at 60% hop out and fill it back to 100% and go back.

I could be wrong, but I think the OP means the bleed from carts and ballista attacks are not flat damage but go off your condi damage. That’s what I got out of it.

Epidemic, by far the best skill we have, is on a 15sec CD. Wells should be too.

Needed more necros with epidemic. Love casting it on the worm and spreading all the conditions to the enemy.
