I got the phantom title…the biggest mistake you can do is focus him first (In a teamfight 3v3etc ).

necro can be really versatile and easy to change (according to match up) and is the most fun you can have on Skyhammer when traited/set-up right
Chest, pants, and boots all add armor. Gloves, helms, and shoulders do not because freshly-created characters are not guaranteed to start with them.
(I know this but I made this post because every time I tell a naked kitten this it falls on deaf ears and earlier today one kitten was like “it’s on the forums”…well, it is now)
When in HoTM chest, pants, boots seem to add stats. So, are the naked characters as dumb as they look or am I for thinking that stats that go up and down in HoTM would do the same in an arena?
Last night I caught two teefs crossing while I was headed far. Teef #1 got feared from my Nightmare runes and wound up on that nifty little shelf behind the stairs in the middle of the map. Staff 5 fear and bye bye. Teef #2 tried to run but Spectral Grasp caught him. Flesh golem charged and more points for me.

words cannot express how much I would like to wail on somebody with a rubber chicken
you wanted us to tell you what class to hit it with because you don’t feel like cycling through your targets or paying attention during play to see who is actually using boons or not or even what boons they are using. So a few people decided to not give you some kitten answer and try and help you by telling you your approach is wrong to begin with. I said not to lead off with corrupt boon and to figure out what player is using boons so unless your fighting 1v3+ in wvw you should have plenty of time to figure out who to hit with it. Using some “tier” of classes to govern your use of corrupt boon is wrong. I’m sorry if what people are telling you is not what you wanted to hear but its the correct way of using it.
Like a meat-eater goes ask some people what is their favorite meat and a vegetarian comes up and say, “Dun’t eat meat!1! It is bad for you!”
Both this scenario and the above response are similar. It is not answering the question.

I have died over 10,000 times. That deserves a title. Something like “Death Incarnate” or “Legendary Undead” or “Aaarrrggghhh” (Really, the possibilities are endless)
And let’s add some more to the “Slayer” title. (Because 2,000 kills was a long time ago for most pvp’ers)

Yeah Anet gimme more free stuff for things Imma be doing anyway! You and your cursed gifts! And making PvP more popular…what’s that all about? I liked waiting around for ten minutes during peak hours for a match (that had noobs too) Please make it where I only get teamed with professions and players that compliment me. (And get rid of Skyhammer. I’m tired of hard countering pure cheese kitten builds 1 out of 10 matches)

Retired my engi right after I made it. Because it’s too easy, too versatile and too cheesy.
Just my opinion
Here’s my take on soloq:
Roll with the punches. Look at the match-ups pre-start and adjust. Pay attention to mini-map and adjust. Two minutes in you should have a pretty good idea of how the match is going to play out. Adjust your play.
NEVER assume that your teammates are going to do what you think should be done.
Want a better chance at winning? Roll a bunker and go sit on a point.
Embrace the challenge of 1v9’s.
And if you have no CC, stability, or common sense go to point B on Skyhammer.
Obviously the AI was fixed (somewhere) because ranger pets are almost OP now
I like axe/dagger & dagger/warhorn…warhorn 5 is actually decent when in melee range and immobile and following it with dagger 2 lets you get more from D2 because of the cripple you just stacked
Didn’t take a screenshot but, re-spawned at Skyhammer (Red team) after being knocked off the laser ledge. Fell instant die/re-spawn. Then I see myself for a split second at spawn point, screen flickered, and then I started falling again…into the giant under everything water. Logged out to character select screen and back in and it was all gravy (except the score.) Also, I had the same thing happen to a teammate about a month or so ago.
Axe/dagger with scepter/warhorn worked nicely for me when I was leveling. Also, if you’re using wells use Death shroud 4 to attract a mob, run in a circle with DS 5, then drop your well of corruption and throw dagger 5 or scepter 3 on top (or both), loot and move to the next objective
Out of curiosity, what classes do you raging rage ragers play?
And why are you so bad at a map you all make tons of posts about how bad you are?
(You know you can change your build prior to start, right? I mean you can’t change YOUR skill, but, everything else you can.)

If you have problem with this map you should learn to adapt your game.
It’s like 90% of the solo q games I’ve played…I have no idea what the other nine people on the board are going to do. So, I make the best tactical decision I can for my current situation (Which includes running from a 1v3 kinda like when I run from the big red circle when I hear “Stand still, experiment incoming.”)

Here’s the thing, my back hurts from trying to carry teams. But, I really hate losing so I figured I’d give this a shot.
(I currently run 30-0-20-0-20 and change traits, skills, and weapons according to what would be the most helpful for the given map)
And I cuss a lot…well, if you do solo q, you know why

I dig those. Especially after reading up on the lore.
I, however, did not read up before I named my toon. (Yes, I am that new. Not noob, just new here.) I totally pulled a name out of thin air. And it is “Dahco.” I like it, doesn’t mean anything that I know of, not a reference to anything, just a name. After reading this I do hope it’s suitable for a respectable (and soon to be feared!!!) Asuran Necromancer.
I decided on Asura (after trying the other races) mainly because of their attitudes, speech, and hilarious movements. Plus, the Necro I made just looks mean! And, like the previously stated, I like being that annoying little toon that destroys in pvp. (Only a week old here so i haven’t ventured into WvW yet.)
