I gotta say, SBI it’s pretty bad how many more people than us you need to take a zero supply garrison. 3 to 1 isn’t enough? It’s just sad.

They’re the new DB. Run from 1 vs 1, then come back with 20 friends to kill you and laugh at you. That’s all I’ve seen so far. Even trying to roam is boring now in this matchup with that kind of crap happening all the time.

If we stayed where we are, we would be 2nd of the middle league. A lot of us think we’re too big for that, so we’re pushing to get ranked 6th so we can be bottom of the top league.

So if DB is legit in it’s dropping, it’ll be a race between SoS and Mags to fill the vacuum. SoS NA isn’t thrilled with the idea of Gold League, but our Aussies are equally disdainful of the tedium Silver League will bring them.

Maguuma’s forum presence seems all for going for the gold, but who knows how their rank and file feel about it. I think they’ll be burnt out at the end of the season; but they will have a fun time in the meanwhile.

It sounds like SoS’s sea/oceanics that want a fight should head to a server around their ranking that has no oceanics at all, but fights servers that have tons. Maybe it starts with an M.

DB will lose some rating this week, but not a lot. They still have some oceanic vs 2 server with none.

You are dreaming right? If DB falls, the only server which can take it’s place is SoS. Unless a second tier 1/2 tier falls along with DB.

There’s a non-zero chance, so we will try. Mag wants gold league instead of stomping dead servers for a meaningless title and some finisher.

We just did 3 weeks against t3/t4 servers and it was basically impossible to find a fight. SoS NA was just as boring.

I would agree that you got the short end, but your server spokesman Sol has enlightened us that quality is greater than quantity. Maybe you should contact him on how to improve if you aren’t winning.

I’m pretty sure quantity is all that matters in WvW.

We had a good time trolling this guy last matchup. He takes great pride in being able to stalemate mesmer vs warrior 1v1’s, but when you kill him with other professions he gets riled and lets loose gems like “ive never seen someone rely on their class so much”.

Spvp is almost completely different just from the balancing around 5v5 alone. All of the little things like con damage, 4 second reveal for thieves, con removal, etc. there’s dozens of things that are different specifically in Spvp for ESPORTS!!

Avoiding mechanics, their need to nurture ESPORTS made them severely limit gear options. It’s extremely boring designing builds for Spvp, because the lack of food and gear diversity straight up kills ideas before you can even try them.

So, the way to make GvG possible in Spvp is to enable a toggle on the Custom Arena kits to change the ruleset from ESPORTS to PvE. Let us use the same gear/mechanics and it would be fine.

Its becoming harder and harder for NA folks to bring themselves into wvw lately with the stagnant situation, but I always wonder what motivates these asian players from staying on during the hours they do considering there is nothing around.

It’s really only SoS that has a huge night time population without being in t1/t2 (probably more t2 size), but that still means there’s 7 servers. Short of a mass exodus of one of them, there’ll always be one out of place.

If the rolls go bad, then DB/FA’s night time also has a dull week.

That actually doesnt answer the question. I was asking an oceanic player to chime in and explain what keeps them coming back to wvw considering the servers SoS draws dont have people on when they’re zerging.

We both know our server has people that come out in droves in blowout matches too. Timezone probably doesn’t change why that happens.

I feel like karma train bragging could be an untapped PvF market.
