Anyone not buying HoT and still playing ?

I was going to wait until the price was reasonable. After seeing what Anet decided to do to the game for people that have not purchased HoT yet I am probably not going to buy it at all; So, yes I am playing for now, my guild will probably be a bit more wealthy soon though.
Looks to me that you need HoT to use that option. GJ Anet, let it be known that non-HoT players are apparently second class customers.
Increasing the amount of other required materials is what I would do. I’m sure that will please everyone, not.
They probably never separated the effects from the skills, which means it would be a lot of work. It is a serious QoL issue to me, but obviously not one to A-net.
People here are biased on a kindergarten level. I made a similiar thread a while ago. https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/professions/engineer/How-good-is-Healing-Turret-suposed-to-become
Any professional engi player (specifically asked chaith and some others) states that in a vacuum healing turret is absolutely broken OP. Engi needs love. HT needs nerf. You cannot buff all other heals to that level. They need buffs but not to that level. HT is too good. Think outside of your favorite class for just a second and stop with that “don’t take away my candy” attitude.
People here don’t seek balance. They just want their class to be good.
I’m so glad that those other healing abilities can be destroyed and force you to camp one spot.
Congratulating yourself is indeed an accomplishment on a whole new level.
Being able to put a skin on my flamethrower kit would be a much welcomed change.
Wondering if flamethrower auto-attack damage increase will be an increase in burning stacks or just an increase to the direct damage.
I’m racist against talking cabbages, what are you going to do about it? :p
Had a mesmer on scale 30 in the inquest fractal get all of the technicians killed, and then wondered why they were not able to reach the console. This was after they had asked the party to join their “fotm guild”.
I do 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 everyday so….. option c) don’t hope for ascended chests?
It’s as fun as soul-bound crafting
“mounts” – do not want
mutters Talking cabbages.
Beta Weekend 14 – 17 August
Do you come from the future?
So you basically want WvW.
I have been spending a lot of time in Silverwastes lately. I don’t map chat hardly at all. Occasionally saying something if a conversation is interesting, but I always have the map chat open.
I’m appalled at some of the things I see in that window. Also a lot of abuse of individuals and groups of people seems to be rampant at times.
I have found myself defending a couple of people being picked on or abused. Particularly when the abuse is horrifying and undeserved. I would like to mark these comments up as immaturity, but as much as I have seen it happening lately, that cannot be entirely true.
I hope that you have been reporting it under verbal abuse.
Just merge everything into one stat and be done with it. All of the internets to someone who comes up with a good name for this one stat.
It can be named “entitlement”.
6. I invent a time machine to go back in time, stopping them from allowing server transfers.
I used LFG to go from 1-50, I only met one person that was a kitten. The OP and I must be playing two different games.
Perhaps a fellow EUer?
US.
I play normally; not too worried about achievement points.
If you know your class well and have the ability to melee
What exactly does this mean???? " “Have the ability to Melee”? Is that code for “play your class the way I think you should play it or you’re a noob”?
It sounds like the exact type of elitist attitude the OP said was the reason why he doesn’t like running fractals.
It sounds like you are just putting words in their mouth to me.

It would go a long way if they were simply made account-bound like nearly every other “restricted” crafted item in the game. Why has this not happened yet?

HoT Price Feedback + Base game included [merged]
in Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns

To clarify: $50 is the price of the expansion. We included the core game as a free bonus to make it easier for new players to get into it.
So if the core game is a free bonus, I’ll be able to give that code to a friend so they can play this game for free right? If not, I see many people just waiting until the expansion has a more reasonable price tag.
I hope that they will make the extended potions account-bound in the near future.
