I wanted to get this information out to you guys while it’s valid. Because it may not be here forever or even be valid after this month. I touch on farming in the Queens’s Pavilion and out in Queensdale. All of this is very lucrative for you to do. That goes a long way towards achievements and money goals. Not to mention makes the journey to legendary items just that more easy.

Queens Pavilion

First up the Queens Pavilion method is easy. Follow the pack have plenty of bag space. And constantly put up items on the Black Lion market. For constant easy money flow it’s pretty to watch. Every 5 minutes or so two bosses will spawn. Everyone in the zone will zerg their faces off at them. Stay with those groups, and kill both bosses. You get a lot of drop loot so magic find is a must. The more you have the better your funds will be. Bosses drop exotics bags in Queens Pavilion. These have a chance to drop exotic items that even still now can go for several 100g. It also drops mats that sell for even 1g a piece. You can basically see here how speed actually is important.

The key here is you not so much the area. How fast can you move vendor throw things up on the auction? The faster you move the more you make. So this brings urgency to how dedicated you can be. Another thing to note if you have a zerg group doing Destroyers in between boss spawns. That’s zero downtime which makes it even more on how fast can you cycle through loot. So for the first time in the game you have an area that can be constant grind money flow. This method easily nets you 10-15g as long as you stay active every wave for an hour. If you get the system and method down that average gets better. As you learn to be faster and cycle through loot. The average can also sky rocket if you get lucky exotic bag drops.

Queensdale Champions Cycle

Now next I want to talk about farming Queensdale next. I show you guys the path I suggest and it’s variations. In no way is this “perfect” but it works. And well if you can get the server to all work together. People know who I am a bit, so they listen slightly lol. What you want to do is start from the Cave Troll Champion. Migrate north east of that to the bandit cave. Next take on the Bandit Champion. After that move to the Phinney Waypoint west of that is an Oaktree Champion. Once he is down move to the Khyrton waypoint to the north east. From there take on the champion spider North East of there.

Here’s the variation you can take on the spider or if the wasp champion is up at the logging camp. You can take her down then take out the spider and wait on the bore. But I don’t suggest that because you have ten and a half minutes to get back to the troll. So you can start the cycle again. So it would be this cycle to be safe; Troll, Bandit, Oak, Spider, and Boar. Then back to troll for the win.

Which is better?

Now you’re say why the hell would I do this? Well in the pavilion you usually take on two bosses every 10 minutes. Because of the length of time to beat them, and the respawn time. This means only 2 exotic bags in 10 minutes. This can be altered by good players dropping bosses really fast. But I’m not sure that matters maybe someone can test that idea out. And see if bosses still wait 10 minutes in cycles anyway. Out in Queensdale you will be taking on at average 5 bosses in 10 minutes. Downside to that is you won’t always get exotic bags out in Queensdale. But as you can see in this video I got 5 of them in a row. So that’s 5 lottery chances at an exotic skin which is nice gold.

The average of Queensdale is a little lower than the Pavilion. Because it’s a lesser stream of loot. But it has a higher potential turn around due to exotics chances and RNG. So I leave it up to you on which is more beneficial. I’ve had 100g days from both and had times where nothing would drop. But I at least had the bare minimum 10g per hour. Good luck out there good hunting be legendary.

New Orr Gold Farming Tactics Non Exploited

Well now we have a new triangle for Orr. It’s a rather large one but boy is in lucrative to do it. I laid out a good route and champion rotation. That gets you easily 20-30 loot bags in a half hour. Follow your commanders they usually know what they’re doing. And might already know this, or will after this video. Also note it’s good to have res skills and a lot of healing. Makes life a whole lot easier and fun for you.

I added all 4 beacon runs. Consider it a cheat sheet so you can get the Flame of Kryta easily

So we are 80 ep 11 is up and it has a lot of content. Well worth the effort though enjoy.

Added the Oracle 2.0 Build. I forgot to add the 1.0 a few months ago. But this is the updated version. Adjusting to the changes over time enjoy.

Well TBH we aren’t bound to AH. It’s just that it’s the easiest to use. You can go to where ever you like and make it work. It’s just how hard are you going to work doing that. So honestly if you have other builds in mind go for it. And not care what anyone says about it. Long as you make it work and ride or die with it.

After failing to do the trials with a group. I turned around and did it alone. It was rather weird but I used 0/15/30/20/5. Just I used more zerker gear then I normally use.

Just a quick few tips for those struggling for cash

I found med builds work wonders on them. AH builds not so much. Most mesmers I have killed I had to chain hit kill. If the fight went on too long I lost. By chaining I mean gambling JI with whirl and smite condition. With a high damage build that makes mostly anybody flinch and panic. But again the emphasis is on end the fight fast. GL

Might be time to do something about Beserker now. And test our Monk’s Focus

Now Berserker 3.0 I have no idea why people still like it and I made it. It actually is out viewing and liking paladin 2.5. And I get more in game fan mail and tells on that. But I did make another version of it. But because we have these changes coming now. That they said are rather soon. I rather wait on new traits and skills. Guardians are so good thakittens the only class Forum where people dont complain about nerfs and weaknesses. seriously, check the other boards. Mesmers, Thieves, Rangers, Necros, Eles (recently though I dont know why tbh) Engis (which I think are OP but thats another story) all complain and cry. I dont even use my Guardian because I feel like hes just… great lol. I stick with Mesmer Thief and Ranger, but I think Guardian is hands down the best overall class

We don’t complain because we, as guardians, understand that the devs don’t listen….

And when they do, it takes them over 9 months to fix 1 simple issue: Orb Speed.

I’ll say this again don’t imprint your beliefs onto every build. Taking the build outside of what it was intended for. You are aware I have a channel vast majority of it. I’m doing everything but farming Orr right? Southsun fractals pvp no worries no struggles so yea……..Like I keep saying in other posts. Just because something works for you doesn’t mean it will for others. And don’t have the ego to say something doesn’t work. To someone with a whole years worth of it does lol……

Condition removal can easily be modified in your skills.
Honorable the same can be said you can use that or purity. Build can morph into several things without you having to change it. One of the things loved about it.
If I want team condition removal, I’ll throw on Purging Flames.

Runes I’m controlling stats to be what I want. As in the power and crit. Aiming at certain numbers that I want. After months and months and months of testing the sweet spot. So trust me if I’m sitting at this number it’s for a good reason.

I know I haven’t been around awhile. But don’t assume just because I got quiet. That anything changed or it became less effective. If anything it got more effective and fun to use. And I’m still currently using it in videos etc.

I put up the gear I use and buffs. It’s mainly Beserkers mixed with Beserkers/Valk
Food choices are also listed.

Again no one is right no is wrong. Multiple ways to reach a path. And multiple ways to think about it. No one can say any one person is incorrect. Because what works for you may not for everyone else. It’s kinda going too far into that audacity realm you should stay out of.

Never had a problem killing anyone ever. Over kill dps can be a problem too. If said dps imbalances you other areas just to do it. Just all about finding that balance and the player preference.

So what if you use the sustain AND blind blocks and dodge….Heaven forbid you actually play like a pro lol…….

Just do your thing bro don’t worry about gamers farming exploits. I would end the event for them on purpose if I seen that.

I had stop posting because, I became busy with other companies in gaming. But now I learned to balance it all. So I’m paying more attention to GW2 again. Come back and see all this fighting non sense. Over stuff no one can prove is better anyway. It’s all about choice and how you go about winning.

As long as you standing at the finish line with everyone else. Who cares how you get there. As long as you’re happy with the build you got. And you can do the job when called upon. Not me not anyone else’s opinion matters. Last year I was begging and urging people to make builds. Because it seem like just three of us was even trying.

So when new people come a long trying. I encourage them not tear them down on a ego trip. Doesn’t help the community doing things like that. Also doesn’t help anyone grow their game either.

I’m thinking I should revise this and show my current stats. And show I roll with it. Been a long time since I’m posting again. I got questions on it so might as well do some updates. Also see in Celestrial actually be a yay or nay. Also do comparisons with Sentinel and Beserkers with ascendent gear. Because I didn’t have any of this stuff when I made this all those months ago.

@Fenrir when did this become a question about if I was trying to make a bunker build? Paladin build was never supposed to be a bunker build in the first place. It’s good dps with support used correctly. Makes you almost op status in most situations in the game. Like I said I got half a channel proving that with countless gamers agreeing to it. So it’s not like I’m just here making it up. But that isn’t even the post subject.

I was saying this isn’t a dps race game. You can’t stand and dps much less get good connection in this game. And this isn’t a class that has many dot damage options. So that means dps downtime is a lot. Now use logic in this even if you hit double someone else. If you have weaker vitality toughness and lack ways to heal. That means you need to do less dps connecting to survive. If someone else say a bunker has more and can literally stand in longer.

They make up that gap or in some cases will surpass you. Especially if you end up dead more in encounters. Which is why like 90% of the game goes more sturdy builds to combat that. Again not something I made up. The game just merits you be more balanced, unless someone makes up for what you are lacking. And even then this still isn’t the game that has a dedicated pocket healer.

So you now have a cannon that isn’t firing. Not healing anyone not protecting anyone but yourself. Unless you have skills that will. But then again you’re a cannon why are you using those skills? See the problem there? It’s like you’re dead weight in a party almost. Like why is the person even a guardian just for the title? I won’t put myself in that situation on purpose. What makes you a legendary player in any game. Is when you find that balance to be good. And make everyone around you better.

Also to wrap this up no one is right about whose build is better. The end result is to win and that’s it. No one can determine for everyone what is the proper way to achieve that. For each and every person whose playing. That is far too audacity laced and over stepping bounds. You can suggest imply give examples. But when you have guys calling names and trying to bully population. Those dudes we all need to stop. Don’t disrespect a gamer’s right to determine his/her own play.

Like I said at the end of the day. All that matters is whose laying on the ground. No one really cares how they got there. Just win baby and he is doing a excellent job of that.

Episode 8 “A Wild Endgame Appears Catch It”
One of the best weeks for GW2 information ever. Colin did a excellent job getting the word out. Ep 8 talks about the up and coming changes.

If you meant to say Crossbow? Then that would fit a Guardian as a ranged weapon. Those were used by Crusaders historically in real life. And they were one handed I’ll have to look that up.

I don’t see what the issue with AH is. Hmm I look away a little while guys start to forget what I started when the game began. Look you’re a guardian which means you should be protecting something. Ah is almost the core fundamental you should have. It actually helps heal and guard the team. Not as much as it used to but as I’ve shown for almost a year now. It does a kitten good job of it. When used correctly however just mashing buttons doesn’t help.

Dps is a funny thing because dead or running around frail dps is bad dps. I’ll give you a example dps is damage per second as we all know. Now take into account actually being engaged to do dps compaired to having to disengage. In this game you have a lot of reason to disengage. So a glass cannon in this game can’t always stand in and bash. If they do splat useless needs to be ressed up. Say a bunker gets in can last a bit do dps get out.

Difference bunker probably does more dps because longer engagement. Also person LESS likely to be running around for their life. Again more dps engagement and not dead or needing help. Not to say damage builds or cannons will always die. But a vast majority I seen in this past year always do. If this game had a viable dps meter you’d see why connected dps rules over hit hard or go home mentality.

But in the end I say play what makes you happy. And end up good at said style. As long as you’re happy doesn’t matter what is said here.

In most cases in this game balance is ideal. If you really want a Vit build that’s fine. But don’t just ignore toughness. Because what you did right there, is just made a build weakness. When you find proper balance in what you want. That’s how you make builds people follow. Think of it as a scale and look at say Vit and Toughness as a split. Then start to test the split going 70% 30% for example until the ideal numbers you get are there. You can also easily tell if the idea is fail too.

Go stats like the previous poster said. Thinks like magic find etc I find better to just buff. Rather then have it a permanent part of stats. Also you may want to shy away from buying rings with laurels. They drop far too much from fractals and dailies

Clicking utilities and weapon skills is still not good. That is not to say that someone who clicks is a bad player. It is however very true that they would be better if they stopped clicking and used keybinds.

Doesn’t mean it’s better for said person. People need to stop imprinting “Personal Belief” On every gamer. I know guys and reported on guys solely clickers. Who rip apart anyone in the game they play. You bring the gamer and the skill not the opinions. Because in the end all that matters is whose on the ground, and whose still standing.

I do both click and hot key. And warp my controls to my liking. Because it’s “ME” playing and no one else. Also consider the fact maybe the person doesn’t want to be all keyboard anyway. Some people like myself prefer to feel of more control. People may say keyboard is faster.

But scientist already proved it’s not the keyboard. It’s the habit behind the keyboard. That make people think it’s easy mode. And you can brand in that habit to anything. And be just as fast it’s up to you. No such thing as one thing being faster when it comes to the human brain. You can train yourself to be just as fast with any tool.

Which is why a person clicking can exceed or better a keyboard player. It comes down to who is better trained in said tool. Not that tool itself.

If you want to add a skill ranged. Maybe give us guardians something like a holy cross we can throw. But omg no way to having a gun as a guardian. That’s just wrong on so many levels.

I gotta admit I like the new zone. I like zipping around everywhere with the temporary skills. And the challenge of finding sky crystals, well all of them anyway. The most fun however is the Mario Kart like Sanctum Sprint. The rofl and LOL’s from that can keep you entertained for awhile. I won a race in the beginning of my try’s and haven’t won since lol. The new quartz gear is a nice addition. However most people will probably use this gear as a new magic find set.

All in all this one is was a nice addition. I didn’t know how much the UI of the achievement system was terrible. Until it was redone and we have this new version to use. I still think enough with the back items though lol….So what fun did you get out of all this? I’ve been “Mario Karting” since I got to the top of the hill. I didn’t think I’d play it as much but I do. Sometimes it’s the weird little things I don’t know why.

Everyone has a purpose they log on in games. Some log on for fame and to be noticed a bit in a community. Some just like and want the loot. Fame doesn’t really matter to those players. Some guys like to be strong and own everything moving. That can be pve or pvp. And depending on which that is changing the playing field drastically. Some people are about the achievements. Some people are about collecting things I’E pets, housing, clothes things a long those lines.

For this time around I would like to know what kind of player are you. You don’t have to be any one thing. You could be all of it and that be valid. As long as you know what you want. And you enjoy your time doing it.

My weekly or Bi-weekly look on the game. What we can do at max level and the fun to be had. Game director Colin made a video recently detailing the games direction. Sounds good for us all. If they manage to have a bug test team too a long with it. And yea about them class changes…Yea what changes lol nothing really changed in my opinion. We not going to discuss Guardian condition damage. I am going to try a build using it for fun. Soon but not this day I need to be drunk enough for that lol.

Honestly nothing changed to my favorite 2.5 paladin build. However the increased orb speed to staff is nice. I use my staff a lot in dungeons it saves lives.

I really wanted to go 3.0 on this. It’s just not meant to be without getting rid of synergy and the “Paladin” feel. Which defeats the purpose of the build. I’ll keep toying but doesn’t look like a go.

Now beserker 3.0 yea I got plenty to say about that soon. For the 2.5 pal fans sorry but I’ll keep trying.

I’ll say this off the bat I love this patch. The addition of new traits and build potential alone. Gives me hope for the build balance in the game. Hopefully the new dungeon is a worthy addition. Even if it’s temp for a few weeks , please let that be a good few weeks. Some pretty good words were used in the description for it. But we will see how much “skill” is involved

Also we’re getting a new scavenger hunt. This is fluff but a good kind of fluff. The key to this content for me is the trait and build upgrades. We really needed a boost to this. I’m a build guy I made some really popular builds. And everyone asked me why did I stop? Well I’m not the kind of person to make uncalled for things. Any building on what I made would have been fluff videos. Now we may all be able to get out there and rethink relearn. Just plain have some fun fighting again.
