2 incinerators or 2 bolts, You can add infusions to both ( unable to with exotic)
No stat switching.

Not best in class ( what if they change to a higher stat per legendary )

Just a skin that’s all.

1 incinerator + 1 incinerator ascended – currently the best you can get, and identical for now.
1 bolt + 1 bolt ascended – current the best you can get, and identical for now.

Hello Guys\gals, I am very very excited for this update. I have 2 bolts right now, we need to remember a few things.

1. We will always have best in class ( if they ever add a new tier we will always have the best)

2. The legendary has to be equipped, so not everyone gets legendary skins

3. selectable stats

4. Alts now get the skin ( So Awesome )

I do not expect to get anything back (refund) Nor do I want one.

This just means my many alts with swords will get the same skin.

I have now read the patch notes 9 times.

It states you will get progression skins, so you will get dusk skin and twilight skin.

If you had dusk and dawn, to sunrise \ twilight soulbound then to eternity. You WILL get all skins.

I believe you’ll only be able to use a legendary skin once. As in have it active only once – on one item. That would solve the issue neatly.

May I ask where you read this ?

You have a option to convert to account bound. There was a npc at lions arch to convert.

Yes you can soul bound both and then craft eternity, eternity will then become soulbound on equip.

What will happen with my 40 glory boosters when glory is removed ?

I agree with the OP, I play several alts. It would be nice to have.
I do have a gaming keyboard, have yet to try the features.

I am so glad that they now made the gathering tools account bound. Although I will be keeping all of mine on all characters.

Have you over clocked your cpu? I am asking because I was having the same crashes.
I run a i7 3770k I had it over clocked to 4.7 with a guide I found online.

I removed that overclock and used the factory 4.6 overclock on my maximus extreme.
I no longer have random crashes. ( so far )

When you make the legendary it will make it soul bound on equip. You can sell it on the trading post or equip it to your new main

My troubles started when i found the email in spam and i clicked the “not spam” button. Since then no email anywhere from gw2

My friend said that is the same thing, He selected not as spam and has not been able to get the email authentication.

His case # 21293 —-— says request # , but it is odd he did get the email confirmation when he submitted the issue request.

Is there a problem with the email authenticator?
My friend has yahoo mail, he was able to log in yesterday by selecting the email from Anet ( was In spam )

Now today no emails, he has tried 9 times to log I to game and 3 times on the website.
He checked every folder available in yahoo mail. And no luck.

It most certainly work with legendarys. I have done it several times. My advice though is if you have any infusions you would like to keep you will have to use a transmutation splitter first to get the infusions. Then transmute to white. Transfer then un-transmutate.

The infusions become account bound, you then can install your infusions to your freshly transferred legendary.

And it is ridiculously ^^^

As it stands right now the only way to transfer legendary’s is to convert to white transfer then use the transmutation splitter to get back on new character. With this you lose your infusions.

So now in order to do this you have to buy 2 transmutation splitters one to remove infusions and 2nd to convert to new character.

I know this has been mentioned a billion times before but I believe it is vitally important to make legendary’s account bound. I am one of many that have alts. My goal is to have every class every profession at 80. I play all my alts but am finding it very expensive to continue to swap a legendary around.

I would pay good money for a account unlock to transfer items not only legendary’s but everything.

I know I am able to convert my legendary to white transfer to alt and use the transmutation splitter to get it back.

My question is on my predator I have 2 versitile mighty infusions applied. If I transmute to white and transfer will I get my infusions back as well?

I really enjoy this game, I have so far 6 80’s. I have been playing since release. Given I am a casual player 32 yr old. The detail in graphics are stunning, the game play is better then anything I have tried before.

I know it is not perfect, but no monthly fees and we get all content.

What I would love to know,

Is the transmutation splitter going to be in the gem store?

If people have more then one legendary do they get a splitter per legendary?

Is the splitter only available to the ones that transmuted?

Will the splitter make the legendarys account bound?

If they will not make them account bound, is the transfer to white to make account bound still going to work after the update?

From my understanding you will get your legendary back and then get the item(stats of the last transmute)

Thanks, I sure hope they do not add anymore, 800gems per tool is expensive and to purchase new tools if they change would be horrible.

Hey guys/gals, I received a drop it looked like a scroll un rolled. I forgot the name but swore it said something about gaining a level, I put in my bank and remove it on a lower level alt to gain the level. I never did get a level up ( really should have read more about it before double clicking )
