It’s alright to go not meta as long as you have a build that is somewhat viable. The main thing is having fun, but at the same time being somewhat useful to your team to ensure that they don’t rage at you. I play quad signet ele that isn’t meta and made it viable enough, and that takes more thought than d/d ele.

Taunts have no place in the guild wars combat system. It is an overused, ill-conceived status that undermines the comprehensive design of combat. Such an effect is no greater than a telekenetic lockdown on an entity; this is not a good thing. This kind of effect results in an oversimplified and unexplainable phenomenon, specifically in this case a player losing total control over their various faculties. For anything less than total mind control, my character should not become a simpleton that has no cognitive ability.

Taunt should be fine as long as it isn’t spammable. Stability and Stun breaks will still work. Though this is the sPvP section, Taunts are kinda needed as some sort of aggro. Like for PvE there was no way to have a certain aggro, but this game has no trinity so it wouldn’t’ matter too much. For sPvP, it’s a good way to peel for your team other than just cross heals and soft cc.

If taunt is a long duration cc it will be bad. Long duration cc is bad.

If anything a taunt shouldn’t be easy to land and a decent duration, since it is a “taunt”. Nothing more than 3 seconds. Any long taunt should have some sort of skill shot and a decent cool down, a somewhat decent telegraph and not too short or too long. So it isn’t too bad if people know how to position/dodge correctly. AoE Stability and Quickness in general are rare in any class, unless you invest in it. So hopefully Taunt isn’t easy spammable like I said. If it is a long duration, then yeah QQ threads everywhere. The problem is that there isn’t any dimishing return for the amount of CC that you can receive. But yeah I don’t mind Taunt as long as it has some sort of counterplay/balance. Same goes for Resistance, hopefully it is as rare as Quickness or Stab, and not too spammable. We’ll see what A-net has more in store..

Skill 4-Heavenly Drill: 5 initiative
If opponent is under 25% health (if not, skill fails), you shoot up into the air and into the shadows. 1 second later, you strike from the sky, showing all nerds what a drill that can pierce the heavens really looks like. Pretty much a heartseeker, with an added sweet looking uppercut at the end of the animation if the guy is not dead yet.
Btw, this was the skill used in beta on Ender’s mother.

PvP changes seem bad! Even with the new specializations and the new class and the effect it will have on the meta, the game mode will still be boring, old, stale, un-esports conquest! I agree with this, and also the fact that some people that I would make a strong team with don’t play this game anymore. So now it’s really just super Pugs. When certain meta comes along with a certain power creep shifting things out of the meta, then that is when things tend to change. Until then we’re stuck in this meta.

Mesmer is OP as kitten

I only hate mesmers because I can’t for the love of my life figure out how to fight them.

That’s the problem with the mesmer balancing.

The newbie players are getting confused by the clones and the teleport-mechanic, that the mesmer is too strong at the bottom tier.

But at some point, the players get better, don’t have that newbie problem anymore, figure out very easy where the mesmer is, and how to counter them, and then eat them for breakfast.

they just need to make clones transparent like phantasms. That change wouldnt hurt them against experienced players, and would help a bit with the newer players. To me, having the survivablity of both stealth + clones + diversion and then their dmg output is a bit much for one class.

That defeats the purpose of having clones if you give them a transparent effect. Clones and phantasms already die to cleave. Doing that would make a mesmer extremely easy to focus. Newer players learning how to distinguish is part of experience, and it should be kept that way to enhance their knowledge/awareness. Shouldn’t make everything more noob friendly especially with the forgiving meta we have at the moment.

I don’t mind having a icon to tell which kit an engineer has, but most of the kits are obvious. I mean even with Elementalist Attunement Icons, people still get hit by obvious things. Elementalists have a attunement wristbands to show what attunement they have, and even on an Asurans it isn’t hard to notice. On Engineer, if they have a wrench in their hand it’s Toolkit, Bombkit backpacks have a bomb on the back, Grenade Kit, the engi will be throwing grenades and they have different visuals like chill and poison. I play this game on the worst FPS and still manage to see things. People just have to work on awareness and learn/have some knowledge about other classes. After two years many skills and animations are still the same, but nobody wants them nerfed or changed until now because of meta shifts.

I would like to compare this to super smash Bros simply because I’ve been playing it recently, but you can compare this to other games as well. In smash Bros you have characters that are riskier to play, often squishy characters in team fights.

The comparison to smash isn’t probably the best comparison, because Smash has a different dimensional terrain, and damage works differently. Teamfighting in Smash is a trainwreck, unless it’s 2v2’s. I could get what you mean by riskier characters, like playing a Donkey Kong vs a Fox (Talking about Melee). Coordinating a combo is fast paced and a lot harder in this game because it is more action based.

Mesmer and thief are not that hard to be honest. I played engi ( usually thief) for the recent days and its not as faceroll as people think even if you’re celestial. The only faceroll thing about cele engi is the supply crate, without crate it really has a high skillcap.

I cant talk for cele ele but cele engi is definitly not faceroll if you dont crate your 1v1’s.

You shouldn’t be wasting supply crate in a 1v1. Box Bending is mainly for peeling for your team or as CC. If you’re popping crate in a 1v1, then it’s a waste of a Elite. Popping crate in a 1v1 normally means that you’re being outplayed in that fight, need to end that fight fast before you get +1’d, or to prevent a cap/full cap. Other than that I feel that’s just poor skill management. This goes for like any high utility skill, people whiff them and end up losing a fight because they didn’t’ have the resources beforehand.

The skill cap on Celelestial Engineer is knowing your positioning and knowing how to land certain skills at the right time. Sure the amulet, sigils, runes, and some traits around the class make it strong, but the difference in how a veteran compared to a novice plays it shows the potential if played right.

I main thief and so far killing mesmers/warriors/necro/ rangers is easier on thief than it is on engi.

That’s because those 4 classes normally shut down/have an advantage over an engineer. Shatter Mesmer/Mesmer in general does well against Engineer. Warriors depending on build, and how well they play can still do well against Engineer. Necromancer will obviously have the upper hand on an Engineer if played right. Ranger it depends on what they’re playing. Survival Condition Ranger, A Power Ranger that can kite well and has a brain, Any Ranger with sustain can give an Engineer trouble.

Can slick shoes engi win vs E-gun engi? Assuming equal skill.

If you catch them in a slick shoes after you forced their E-gun Stun break, then yeah. Then again anyone without a stun break that can’t port out of Slick Shoe Range will get stuck. The match up could go either way, depending how each side plays it out. It’s all how you manage your skill usage and decision making.

Hello. As we all know at the moment there is a very strong emphasis on Warriors, Elementalists and Engineers in the current celestial meta. I don’t play Elementalist or Warrior enough to try to suggest balance changes for them but as an Engineer main I can comment on what needs to be done to bring Engineer into a better place overall.

Overcharged Shot | Foe Launch 450, Self Knockback 300, 15s cd
Change this so that it has a 3/4s cast time during which an animation similar to killshot occurs. Roots Engineer during the animation but the self Knockback is removed. No longer cures crippled, chilled and immobilized.

Jump Shot | Buffthis so that it now cures crippled, chilled and immobilized to compensate for Overcharged Shot.

Box of Nails | Scatter nails that bleed 2s and cripple 2s foes
This skill acts as good area denial, a way to slow people down and to remove blind from you. However I think this skill should be slightly buffed to apply torment equally. Change this to Scatter nails that bleed 2s, torment 2s and cripple 2s foes.

These are just some general ideas and I’d like to keep this constructive. I believe these changes will tone some parts of Engineer down and bring it into a much more balanced state.

For Overcharged Shot, id be fine if they added a cast time, but it needs to keep the self-cc. Engineers don’t’ have much condition removal, so removing this from overcharged isn’t a good idea. I know you proposed to have Jump Shot to have the Chill, Cripple, and Immobilize clear, but the cool down for Jump Shot is too long for such a cleanse. Keeping it on Overcharged makes it so that you have a decision whether to save overcharged for when you have these conditions defensively or for a normal knockback. Jumpshot is often used offensively after landing CC, or to peel off, and it’s a leap finisher. Having to whiff this for a cleanse on such a higher CD isn’t worth it. I suggest just a cast time, and maybe just a 20s CD. The problem is no cast time and just short CD it has.

A 3/4s cast time for Overcharged Shot would be a bit steep. Make it 1 1/2 or something. Long enough to allow enemies to dodge/counter, but not so long that it’s incredibly risky for the engineer to use. The self-inflicted knock back should stay: Engineer’s have enough CC already.

1 1/2 CD is too long, and if you can’t dodge a 3/4ths with a telegraph then yeah theres a problem with mechanical anticipation. Pin down on Warrior is 3/4ths, and sure Overcharged knocks back, but if the main thing is if you dodge then nothing hits.

How many of you quit pvp or this game?

I’ve been playing less, because the incentive from PvP only comes from ESL, and other big tournaments. Honestly the top will continue to win those tournaments, until another team steps up their game. The leaderboard at the moment is based on how much games you win. Top 250 gets a Mini Llama, good for the casuals who don’t have it yet. I already have like 4, and a few others who don’t need another one. As much as the top 5-25 for glorious armor goes, that is nice, but the armor doesn’t appeal to me so much (personal opinion).

There needs to be a Division Bracket system to have a representation of who is still new to the best at the game, and with unique rewards/milestones for each bracket. I barely do team queues anymore, because you’re mostly farming new players or disorganized teams. It’s a bad habbit, and will often create lax routines. The only good teams are the top teams and super pugs from those top teams that give a challenge. Also the people I use to play with in tourneys a lot don’t play, so it isn’t fun and not the same. The synergy and vibe isn’t there, which is why I haven’t been on a team in a while.

I’ve been getting back into breakdancing (b-boy4life), because I miss dancing and it is a good way to relieve stress

I have been playing a bit of LoL (Poro King ARAM)/DotA (The Superior Moba)/Tera (New Content)/Dance Dance Revolution (DDR)/Streetfighter/Super Smash Brothers Melee.

I log onto GW2 to catch up on whatever content comes up, dailys, fractals, fool around in pvp for a bit. Then the game goes stale.

I’ll admit the game has the best combat fluidity, but it just lacks the content that the other MMO’s give. Which is why I haven’t quit the game yet. The game seriously needs a big expansion.

If you try to become like the person on your stream, you’ll pick up their habits, and try to play like them. You’ll be predictable and will be easy to read. It is good to have one, but don’t try to be them. Change it up and be YOU. They teach you things, but use those teachings to perfect your own way of playing.

I think is somewhat not the best best way to put it.

Think watching streamers and picking up on what they’re doing in matches is a good way to learn. It has helped me infinitely. Before I even started to spvp seriously I knew the maps better and how the game mode works than true newbies to spvp. Watching some streamers I picked up on core stuff they do.

I kind of view it like guitar playing. You start with a few simple chords and try to imitate your influences, but over time you find more influences and start developing your own style.

Yeah it’s okay to pick up inspiration, and watching streamers isn’t bad. Pretty much what you said is what I said and is true. You take what they show you and use it to get better. The point is to learn from the best to improve and be the best you can be through what you’ve learned. It is good to have a role model, but you don’t wanna be like them, and instead improve to be better.

I’m a Dancer, and I would always try to imitate the moves and style of the guy in the videos I watched. I realized that i’m not really dancing and just performing the same way as the Dancers I looked up to. I realized that I could use their moves, but construct it and express it in my style to differentiate from that other dancer. To call that style, “my flow, my expression, how I am”. Similar to your guitar playing and music. People express themselves with different interpretations of the music.

Sure Dancing and Music are different than gaming, but the concepts can be related.

EDIT: I just saw your edit, and yeah I’m not against watching streamers, but my point is to use what they teach and show you to be better than them rather than imitation.

Everything said above me are good answers, but to tone everything down in a couple simple words.

1. The best way to learn is through experience:

You don’t necessary have to learn every class and build, but know how they work, and their pro’s and cons. This way you’ll understand why something is strong and what it is weak against. Learning rotations comes by experience, the synergy, the people you meet.

2. Don’t try to be like your role model, be yourself, and strive to better than the best:

If you try to become like the person on some stream, you’ll pick up their habits, and try to play like them. You’ll be predictable and will be easy to read. It is good to have one, but don’t try to be them. Change it up and be YOU. They teach you things, but use those teachings to perfect your own way of playing.

3. Practice makes perfect form, but the perfect form of practice is the best practice and requires the least time.

Sure you can practice over and over, but if you’re practicing the same thing and are in the same state after 2 years, then that practice isn’t really helping. So when you practice something, make sure you’re executing the right technique so that form of practice comes shorter and mastered well. I used to breakdance/was a B-boy (still am), back in the day and this moral relates so much. Counting dodges, anticipating cooldowns, fighting your instincts (Should I do this or that? Is it too greedy?). Cooldown management. Decision Making. This is one concept that everyone seems to forget and what new players don’t learn, are taught, and told.

4. Most important thing is to have fun!

If you aren’t having fun with the game, then you aren’t gonna have fun learning or improving. Relax, because these things come through time. Find something that is comfortable and suits YOU. Don’t let anyone put you down, because you can always rise back up and improve!

I don’t stream due to not having a computer at that level yet so you can’t see things visually, but i’d be happy to answer questions in-game, and with that knowledge you can use that to construct your own play style.

If people are “facerolling or 500-0ing” others then just give them an insane MMR increase so that they play the best possible groups playing. If they continue to win then by all means they have earned the rank.

We need insane MMR increases after 500-0ing for 20 matches in a row. Right now, to be accurately represented, top players need to 500-0 for … 100 matches before they are ranked as high as the people rapid fire losing 90 games and winning maybe 80.

No matter how bad you are, if you play twice as many games as anyone else, you are the top guild wars 2 player according to the leaderboards. All hail Marvin, Oeggs & Kirito as our new ladder overlords.

If this ladder is really gonna be based on time played…then yeah it’s gonna be a Pug Stomp. No competition, repetitive, and just boring. Which is the reason why I haven’t been playing during this test season, but if ladder is based on games then meh. My Ratio is 5000Wins to 2000ish Losses for Team Queue with Solo Queue it is being merged messing up the ratio. 1% drop, but still hard to get up with that amount of games played. Veteran players like Oeggs, Kirito, Myself, and others will be playing alot. (Maybe) But with Chaith said, time played = high leaderboard ranking. So anyone with a bad ratio will be up there if they play enough. There are people who can be up there, have potential and deserve it, but aren’t with the right people to form a team to be up there. I’m not on a team atm so I play with whoever, and have played with nearly majority to know their mechanics and knowledge, but if it’s just a PUG stomp for leaderboards with little incentive then it’s just boring. I have played during PRIME/OffHours, and sure we run into like Abjured/Absurd Pugs (Current), PZ/Qt (QP Era), OutplayedByChildren/GoodFights/APeX/FML (Back Then) who stomp unorganized/not as strong teams, get 500-50’d, but it’s still more fun(Not really, but you’ll probably learn from mistakes) than 500-0ing over and over. The problem is the player base is too low for more teams, maybe if EU got merged, but Ping/Lag issues so idk. Also not enough incentives/rewards for a ladder as a TEAM rather than individuals. Rewarding Llamas that most people have…it needs more.

My only pet peeves about this update is not being able to queue outside of Heart of the Mists. What happened here is the momentum and flow of sPvP has staggered. I can’t even Hotjoin, do duels in my server, go PvE Hero, or anything outside of it. Instead you’re stuck in queue in Heart of the Mists which slows the pace of productivity.

Bugs:

*Targetting System in Heart of the Mists, spammable and everyone can see it.

*Loading in before the other team in Unranked/Ranked. If a Necro/Mesmer loads in before enemy team loads in, they can switch to that team put a portal/flesh worm. At the 10 second mark before game starts if the 10th player doesn’t load in, then that Necro/Mesmer can switch back to his original team, and thus wreck the enemy spawn with portal/flesh worm and spectral walk. (HUGE BUG, tested by a Necro Friend and absolute trollzy)

*Queues are buggy sometimes.

This video is from like a year ago, and Jumper doesn’t even play the game anymore. Plus S/D during that time was stronger than it is now. Pretty sure Caed adapted and knows how to deal with S/D better than a year ago.

And if fractal track is introduced, how is it fair for players like myself who grind many hours and gold just for fractal settings, only to be ousted by those who play pvp and receive the similar reward? Furthermore, the already existing animosity on PvP players hating PvE players will only grow more because now they have a chance to get fractal skins.

Also how will someone justify fractal track=difficulty of fractal? The mistlock ability is already too complex of a mechanic to be put in to pvp, and simply repeating track does not properly follow mistlock difficulties that other fractal runners had to go through. In short, there is no way pvp fractal track can properly reflect the difficulty of pve contents. And before you laugh at “elite pve” players, go win a tournament and actually receive something worthwhile if you are that skilled. PvE players have already proven themselves (those in speed running guilds) through and through with their record runs and guides to helping people, while pvp community generally whined and complained about lack of support/new players when in fact it demeans any newcomers.[/quote]

I do Fractal 50’s on my Engineer everyday, and yeah it can be frustrating with Pugs, but with common sense and mechanical skill it’s not too difficult and same with sPvP conquest rotations. As for making the track, make it similar to Fractal, make w/e you get at the end of the Fractal Track the same RNG as how you would get in a Normal Fractal. Sure RNG isn’t the way to go, but thats only fair to Fractal Players. Doing a Normal Track compared to Fractal Run is longer depending if your Fractal Pug is bad or quality of players.

I never laughed at PvE players, I respect what they do in their speed runs and stuff, but anyone can learn that, and same with sPvP rotations in Conquest. The difference is that PvE you’re playing against AI, and not REAL people. Why should sPvP be rewarded less for mechanical skill and strategy against players and not AI. sPvP guides are out to help new players, but not everyone reads the forums. We have no in-game tips for how Conquest rotations, Positioning, roles. People in PvE whine too, not just sPvP. Like I said winning a tournament gives only to top players and not casuals. That’s not even all our rewards, and the player base is still too low. Sure PvE takes some sort of similar skill like, but to be honest sPvP takes more thought. I do all aspects and this is from my opinion. PvE isn’t difficult as long as you have people who know what they’re doing. In PvP same thing, but against people of similar skill you need to think because they’re real players that you can’t just stack AoE like mobs, and hoping to kill them.

I don’t mind a Fractal Track, but just make it so the RNG at the end of the track is the same as Fractal Players. If they were to make it so that you get a skin on x/x amount of tiers then they would have to guarantee skins/rings on Fractal Completion as well to make it fair. Then again it’s not on our end, i’ts A-net. People complain on all aspects of the game.

The current leaderboards dont’ include Paid Tournament Leaderboards or Qualifying Points (QP). Also this current leader board is too easy to abuse. I’d wait until seasons to implement a different title. Kind of a kick to the face to give a Title to some guy with 20 wins and 1 loss. Some “Challenger” of the Arena he would be.

Fractal Reward Track

Nope as a GW2 player who plays every single game mode I am definitely against this. First of all PvP requires no money to enter. In PvE, especially case of high level fractal, people not only grind for fractal relics for rings but also gold for making ascended gear, which costs about 500g for heavy armor (cheapest) when just calculating the cost of bolts of damask. Also it is so ironic when PvP players literally bash on “elite Pve” players while wanting the same amount of gold and rewards yet keeps PvP exclusive rewards.

Also PvP players are the ones least affected by economy, since they spend literally no gold (not even for waypoint) yet still earns gears/t6 mats through champion track. Also PvP already has some exclusive rewards such as glorious armor and tombs of knowledge (transmutation charges as well but they can be acquired through map completion). Basically now pvp players can acquire all dungeon armors/weapons without having having to learn a single pve mechanic or suffer horrible dungeon runs.

WvW actually needs more rewards other than karma because of how many people actually put their time and effort into this mode, such as scouting a keep and commanding for several hours just for server pride during seasons.

PvP players (top ones) get free legendary, a special mini and now cash prize. Since you PvP elites are so good, then get better and actually win something in the tournament instead of demanding more free stuff. Since it is totally skill based like you said, don’t make excuses and go out there and win something instead of complaining about how pvp rewards are bad because you actually get weekly cash.

TL DR: If you want fractal stuff, learn the fractal mechanic, be the “elite pve” players you bash and suffer through RNG. WvW is the one that needs real attention

I play every single aspect of the game, and I respect each one.

The tracks to be honest don’t provide enough profit than PvE even with the Tier 6 mats. Sure we get transmutation stones, tomes, and scrolls, but people who don’t even PvE have no use for that. They’re not gonna level it up for WvW. The Glorius Armor? Sure it is exclusive, but it really isn’t all that great, there are better skins in PvE. (just my opinion. Also regarding dungeons, I can do dungeon runs and get more pieces than a guy finishing a Reward Track in sPvP. You guys have more access to skins through PvE, and the skins in sPvP are really not that great.

Sure but the only top players who get a “free” legendary is the winning team. Not everyone is hardcore at pvp. The people who enjoy sPvP, but not competitively, and refuse to PvE don’t get these. Not everyone can win weekly cash, and these have only been implemented recently after 2 years, unlike the updates PvE and WvW have got. Majority of these changes are for the casuals.

I’ll agree in WvW it needs a change to rewards, but thats on A-net’s side. There have been WvW changes and seasons, and sPvP is just barely starting season tests. sPvP barely got anything big until April 15th when it comes to rewards. WvW and PVE have had more updates. Maybe make the badges currency better, and a WvW track I guess similar to sPvP, but like for capturing objectives, escorts, and other stuff like that. Maybe something stricter so people can’t abuse just swapping camps and towers.

For the Fractal Track to work it needs a certain restriction and RNG setting on what to get. I can do more Fractal Runs and get more than a guy finishing 1 Track. A Track while you get things, it isn’t something that you can finish too fast. HJ has a cap, and in Solo Q you run into 4v5’s, and Team Queue if you aren’t organized you get smashed.

Sure cosmetic items dont’ really matter to Pure sPvP people, but having something to show is nice. Sure skins dont’ show skill, but i’d like my character to look nice like lets say all those PvE people, and some sort of decent look instead of the bland things. I want incentive to play for better skins/rewards. If I didn’t care about cosmetics too much, i’d play some fighting game where looks don’t matter.

The reason why there is less flexibility is because it is a smaller format, compared to the huge fights in WvW. Like you need to be tankier in WvW, thats why you have flexibility or you have no sustain. I’m down for certain combinations, but when you introduce lets say Nomads, Dire, or any other tankier stat combination into sPvP It gives some ridiculous sustain and fights are boring in Conquest. In sPvP, the celestial meta gives certain classes sustain, but in WvW, you can build super tanky builds while maintaining alot of damage. Cavaliers SA Teef is an example, and sure it brings more diversity but it doesn’t bring more skill, meaning being carried by your build, and sPvP is more balanced because of this. They should bring back rune customization/jewels for sPvP again.

I don’t want my Solo Q ratio merged with my Team Q. I never really cared about Solo Queue W/L Ratio, but if that is being merged with Team Q stats, then it’s going to drop my current Team Q ratio down. Sure it doesn’t matter, but I think people with a decent Team Queue W/L ratio, shouldn’t be affected by their Solo Queue ratio. 5K Wins and around 2k Losses on my Team Queue, and if you’re merging Solo Queue, then it’ll drop my ratio down. It took a lot of games to get a stable W/L ratio, and this is going to mess it up. Solo Q shouldn’t be counted, most of my losses from that are 4v5’s

It’s kinda rough to get that 1.83% back. I’m trying to get to 70%, doesn’t matter too much, but it’s a personal goal. It’s easier with a W/L ratio that has lower stats, but once you have this much it’s different.

IP trait that applies burning could be changed, just like Dhuumfire was. Sigils such as Battle,Fire,Air, and other things can be shed down or have their mechanics changed.

Not without large changes to the other eng skills to balance it since IP is there to make up for the rubbish aa damage. Dhummfire later added an additional condition to necro, it’s not at all like IP being on eng (which has already been nerfed several times btw). Dhummfire on necro was more akin to eng getting access several stacks of torment (which would be nuts).

In addition to that you want to change air/fire sigils… I guess you like bunker metas?

The reason why Dhuumfire was changed is because you could literally sneeze on someone with Necro and give them burning with RNG principles Same thing applies to IP, but they haven’t changed it yet. I could dodge roll and it can proc burning. Also if you’re saying it’s to make up for AA damage on Engi, then not sure why you would sit on AA damage, that isn’t the main source of damage anyways. If so then something is wrong there. Necros have rubbish auto attacks too, do they sit on auto attacks, and was that the excuse to why Dhuum was changed? No because RNG of the burning application. I actually like the new Dhuumfire, because you can control when you want to put burning. If IP was changed to where you could control the burning, then it could be applied like lets say after when someone pops their condition cleanse. Like if I were to fight a Ranger with Empathethic Bond, I apply burning and then it gets cleansed due to that trait coming off c/d. If we had more control over when the burning procs, then you can use it more strategically.

Wrong and way off guess, I dont’ like bunker meta’s, but I also dont’ like 2 RNG burst procs at the same time. What I meant is to give fire/air a separate c/d again. Sure it’s what still makes S/D teef and other stuff do damage, but it’s kinda ridiculous still and an separate ICD wouldn’t hurt. Like getting hit by 1 Lich AA which procs Air/Fire and Chill of Death.
