for me and my guildies we normally run AC all path, CoF p1p2, HotW p1… altogether just a little over 2 hours, netting around 12-14g gold… and we do them everyday…

after the Champion Breeder trap phase, try to wait a while until Detha says “OK, that’s enough bait bla bla bla….” before moving on…

that may reduce the possibility of Detha bugging in the last room, where the ghost she is supposed to talk to doesn’t appear…

people buy the picks with effects for its aesthetics, not for economical reason…

if you love the effects, it’s always worth it… otherwise you’re just wasting your gems

there use to be, not long after the gems sale for free Mr. Sparkle promotion, it dropped to 4.5g per 100gems( from 8g), and i immediately bought 10k gems.

some people want everything for free, without effort, even if the effort itself is free of charge..

in F2P/B2P MMO business, developers get more money from the casuals than the hard core players, since the casuals always find the most convenient way of playing the game and willing to pay anything just to access what they like in the game.

i considers those missing the 2-weeks window the casuals.

i only seriously started grind the LS AP when it was the Bazaar of the Four Winds LS. prior to that i never care.

i would pay 200gems per S1 LS episode if it allows me to grind the AP i missed.

but as ANET stated in the blog, it would take time before S1 LS be included in the journal system. even then we do not know whether we can still grind the AP we missed.

just login during the 2-week episode , you won’t have to pay anything… and you’ll get an expansion worth of content, for free… you don’t even have to play the content, just login….

i really don’t understand the noise about having to pay etc etc…. zzzzzzzzzzz

i play for fight = i want to be in the top tier server = wtf, have to maintain ppt to ensure server is in top tier = nvm let the ppt scrubs carry me in the top server, i’ll just play for fight.

as a CDer, i was kind of expecting to fight GoM in the current match up just to see how their WvW players are like, but instead we were given SF.

no disrespect to SF, but we fought you a couple of times already. it is a good change if we get to fight GoM next week.

i don’t see any problem with megaserver… in fact i’m loving it.

the only change they need to make to the megaserver system is the major town like LA, where it need to have server identity.

altogether just a little over 2 hours with an average group, yields around 12g gold, karmas and tokens.

i think the OP was guided in the game by a wrong person.

it will return to the match up system just before the tournament i.e. using glicko rating, deviation etc to determine match up variation.

i hope they make a slight change this time.

3 weeks (major update) followed by 3 weeks (minor update) would be nice, instead of last season’s 2+2 . it was just too hectic for everyone..lol.

actually 27 points will earn the servers 4th place (assuming no tie breaker) , provided HoD does not come third this week and next week.

in-game voice comm would stress the game network bandwidth even more, introducing more lag…

same goes to for BP and NSP. winner of those two will have tough time getting 27 points next week, while the loser can have a crack at beating CD and take 27 .

there was no tie breaker in Season 1.

In which way? Cause as i understand it some servers are not playing for loose but rather accepting that they cant win and therefore play with a different mindest. It`s just relaxing into it but i dont understand this as tanking because there is no gain in it.

we know our strength and weakness, and as far as the tournament goes, we know we couldn’t get past FA and YB due to their numbers, that’s fact. so, one way to get as highest place as possible in the tournament is by maxing your points.

taking the lose now- own later would guarantee us the max possible tournament points we can achieve, and that is 27, and we would be on par with SbI and IoJ comes tournament end, and share the 4th place.

so basically if you went to a shop and bought an item for a $100 dollar, and then the next day the shop offer the item for $50, you’re entitled for a refund ?

It seems bugged at the fourth (4th) stage where you have to carry the powder keg and blast the ice gate/wall. every time we were trying to get past the first gate, we were ported back to the starting point where we pick up the keg.

ANET please look into this. we wasted a lot of time trying to figure out what happened. in the end just had to let it fail, and try another puzzle.
