i believe there should not be any more better stats that the merely +5% agony resistance rating for each piece of ascended equipment, and the AGONY mechanics should be applied ONLY in the fractal dungeons itself, and not to the other area. the +5% agony resistance should be the only thing that differentiate Exotic and Ascended equipment.

then we’ll all be happy, and you can implement this ascended armor thing as you would like ANET.

TL;DR

with the introduction of the new ascended armor (or soon to be introduced), i don’t think the cultural armor worth the price…..

Yeah the last time I followed him around when we snuck SMC I ended up giving him some coin to help take some of the cost of the seige he uses. If you enjoy the commander you follow and he uses a lot of seige, people should help out their commanders with some donations so they can continue doing what they do.

yeah, I enjoy playing alongside Titan War, and wouldn’t mind donating for siege. there are other commanders that I enjoy playing alongside as well such as Commander Terra Stormborn [HAX] and Commander Hugable [EsF]…

with the new fractal dungeon, people no longer do cursed shore. Anet, please reinstate Plinx frequency.

expect to see some sort of armor driller in TP in the future. driller can be used to create empty upgrade slot.

yeah Titan War is very generous indeed when it comes to laying siege weapon, up to the point i’m worried he is going to waste it all because he normally doesn’t ask 1st whether we have supply or not..lol

hint : burned stealthy character will stay burned. you can see the flame moving. guardian can easily fight stealthy thief.

Here at CD our Oceanic primetime is around GMT+8 6pm-2am ( i believe around 3am-11am PST, more or less ) after which everyone goes to sleep. Outside of those time, there is almost no Q at all, and sometimes even on outmanned buff.

CD has strong Oceanic coverage, but we lack NA/EU coverage. You’re most welcome here.

most posts i read are about CD this CD that braindead CD etc.. seems like more hates towards CD than DH…

anyway like most of us at CD, we play for fun. some says we’re braindead becoz we built golems, but that’s they way we’re having fun… my friend even used to built a golem purposely to fight a deer because that deer kicked his face….

so stop condemning how the other servers play, but plan your own strategy instead….

coming from CD here. yes we’re owning during Asian/Oceanic primetime (8pm-2am) but apart from that we’re nothing. we lost many NA coverage few weeks back. so i’m not sure in this upcoming match CD can withstand the beating from both sides.

however, as usual, me and my friends in the HAX guild will always turn up for a bit of lulz , karma farming and levelling in WvW….

since there is no mount during GW1 7-year running , i doubt GW2 will have it.

in GW(1), anet used to ban/suspend people suspected of involving in RMT. they detect those people by flagging their account when there is huge transaction on mail or trade panel…. not sure whether this “flagging” of transaction is coded in GW2….

i think people has misconception about magic find. when they see +200% magic find they thought the item surely will drop, it is 200% ! no it doesn’t work that way…

+200% magic find will make your magic find 300%, which means tripple the chance for an item to drop… if it has 2% chance to drop, now it becomes 6%….. if it has 15% chance to drop, now it becomes 45%….. that’s all

@Azizul the description is NOT wrong, it applies an 8 second bleed, 20 times, when the number is on the condition it means it’s applied that many times, that’s why you get skills like bonfire that say they apply 8 stacks of burning, which does not stack in intensity, nor does it apply all 8 seconds at one time.

The description is not wrong, you’re just looking at it wrong, the skill does apply a 20 intensity bleed, just over 20 seconds, that is essentially a 1 intensity bleed for 160 seconds which is the exact same damage as a 20 stack of bleed for 8 seconds.

except that the mob doesn’t suffer the bleeding they are supposed to get when i applied entangled to them

nvm, i found in the ranger bug list, that the skill is indeed bugged….

ok i found the answer to the 14k damage.. the intensity is indeed 20.

the bleeding calculation is like this :

2.5 + 0.5 * Level + 0.05 * Condition Damage= per stack per secon

my level : 80
condition damage : 950

so my bleed per tick = 2.5 + 0.5×80 + 0.05×950 = 90 per stack (intensity)

assuming my the intensity of 20 was correct, bleed over 8 seconds give = 90 × 20 × 8 = 14400k damage…..

so, either the description was wrong, OR the skill is bugged since it doesn’t give that damage….

no.. I already check.. it shows number 20 beside the bleed icon meaning 20-intensity…. my condition damage is 950 points, and at the description of entangled it shows 20-intensity bleed over 8 seconds that does 14k damage….. i tried making screenshot but it does not capture the description….

I also want to ask one thing, regarding the bleeding by entangle. at the description, it shows as if entangle does 20-intensity bleed, but when I cast it to a mob, sometimes no bleeding at all, most of the time only 1-intensity bleed… is it bugged ?
