some people want to farm, some people just want to finish early and lvl up fotm…. not everyone have the same preference…..

it is not elitist. people just don’t want to babysit the lower level especially since the update, where you can’t wp when the party is in combat…. rezzing most of the time will only drag the group, seriously.

as long as no hacking/glitching involved, looks OK to me…. working as intended……

what to do. in each match up involving Maguuma, threads lock are the norm, so it must be them. they have the best forum warrior, but not on the battlefield though…..

Well, I’ve only been WvWing for the past 3 or 4 days, but it does seem to me that my server (Tarnished Coast) just doesn’t have enough people interested in participating in WvW. We try anyway, and usually fail, but I’m also seeing commanders in map chat getting bitter towards each other, as if there is some sort of power struggle or something. I’m new, so I don’t know the history. But shouldn’t they be working together? Or is it just an inside joke? Trolling, maybe? -shrug-

unless there are major transfers again, yes tiers are pretty much stabilized….. also perhaps servers are pretty much happy with their current tier match up….

Naah gears suck…..
Sure I could use them but they are not fun, its not fun to beat someone by stunning them the entire fight and its not fun dying by being stunned an entire fight.
They are not unfair because everyone can buy them, they are just stupid and ruin the game.

fun is a very subjective term indeed. stunning a zerg may not be your definition of fun but it is for some others……

remember in GW1, you get your gear infused by taking a normal gear to an NPC after completing a quest…. that’s all….

You can do this with the triforge amulet.

do alot of CoF… trade the tokens for lvl 70 rare GSs…. gamble on MF….

if that’s the match ups for next week, which doesn’t actually take into account the points reset, i wonder why would anet reset the points in the first place ?

if the current glicko is still to be used to determine the next match up, a little politics may involve in determining which tier your server want to play next week… few servers could try not to push too hard to avoid match up with the big boys like SoS, JQ and SoR to avoid being roflstomped…..

play a mesmer, you’ll like it…..

the max 5 AoE limit invites player to zerg……

really, there should be at least some sort of points gap between tiers to start with, 100 points perhaps…..e.g. tier 1 1600, tier 2 1500 , tier 3 1400 etc etc…..

nah, the current reset is OK. it is just that people who think that they should be in the high tier can’t wait for the match ups to settle down in about a month…

i think it is pretty normal that when a newcomer server is so owning, they get bashed in a match up thread by the other 2… happened to almost every match up in this situation….

the one you posted ealier is invalid since it used old rating points in its calculation….. server jump and dive is calculated based on the new rating points which are 1500 for all servers…

i ’m really confused now. not sure if OP is missing the fact that the points got reset….

nope.. no level cap increase pls. GW2 (as in GW) is all about skills play, and not about level cap. if I wanted lvl 100+ I would have played Cabal.

happened to me as well….. sometimes your sentences repeat itself after you submit the reply…

i can confirm it is definitely worse to the point where the big pack dolyak rendered on my screen only after i moved very close to it…..
