Towers and keeps actually matter for the fights and slugfest in WvW…people going into citadel where you are all invulnerable does nothing…it’s the equivalent of someone trebling the enemies citadel

Are these the armor skins for the new living story? And how do we get them?

Agrees with gust needing a bigger AOE/spread/360 degree hit on it or even a tiny bit I damage would be nice

Them not doing anything about the massive amounts of WvW guild recruitment does specifically state that they are fine with it because they do look at these threads

No you are completely wrong…the infinity ball storyline the PC in that world is supreme leader of the world and they took it over forcefully with the steam creatures as his army…he also killed all the dragons with them he states so no he’s not influencing the world he controls it

Bannock we’ve had a small strike force guild transfer in and a good guil from blackgate. DR from blackgate and VP from DR other than that similar

Yes those cities are generally hard to take…but they fall nonetheless such as Byzantium(now Istanbul) with the largest thickest walls in existence being taken over by the Turkish army

Agreed engineer is my absolute favorite! I’ve just started playing a d/d ele too and he’s quite enjoyable as well but I don’t feel quite as much as my engi! I also run heavily grenade focused build with rabid condition armor and also occasionally run bomb kit when running with my guild for fire fields and blast finishers…wen solo roaming I usually keep my dual pistols out and enjoy having wrench because of the huge confusion damage and pull but it’s 1 attack feels lackluster…I haven’t experimented with elixer fun yet tho I’ve heard it can be fun and there are some very tanky flamethrower builds out there!

Of all the improvements that could be made to WvW this is on the bottom of th list if even on there at all…exploration and scouting in war is a key aspect for battles…an the waypoints…well if you are playing only on reset there’s no WPs bc the match just started and they have to be built by you server(takes effort) than you can WP everywhere, even without it takes no where near 20 minutes to get anywhere even without speed buffs which you should also use more when just running

It really matters what you prefer…if you like supporting and buffing your mates and having multiple varieties of attacks go ele…if you wanna be a pain and hit massive conditions on enemies and fear them of cliffs than go necro

They used to move them when the sub forum was made but there was much complaining about it so they allow It to stay now and rightfully so since we are lookin for WvW players

There are events related to this west of the HOTW dungeon…quite interesting actually I need to look more into it

Just saying after seeing many negative posts recently about ele that after recently making an ele(primarily d/d) I absolutely love it. I love all the jumping around and movement required and the large amount of combos and variations to attacking you can do as an ele! It has been a blast and I can’t wait till I get it to 80 to see eles full potential…btw ride the lighting is one of the most fun moves in the game(coming from an engi with rocket boots)

Battlefield was the first big game that came to mind an yes while there are max of 64 players there are also things like vehicles being driven and giant explosions from them and for battlefield 4 every building will be destroy able, that requires quite a large server and an advanced one. Yes I’m assuming they don’t have the best servers out there but they should have a game that can be played without simple restrictions like that which change the game…also for reference I love WvW an think Devon does a fantastic job but believe he has limited resources from the higher ups

Yaro Devon has said that the servers wouldn’t be able to hold higher AOE so simple solution upgrade servers, there are many other games out today that can hold amazing amounts of action and graphics for their games namely example the battlefield franchise with their frostbite engine! If you are talking about their money than I’m sure that I formation is available with their yearly profits reports and such along with over 3 million copies sold within a year

Pretty much the solution is anet needs to put in some extra $$ which we know they have and make a major upgrade to their servers which are honestly crap for modern day tech

Don’t run seeker in WvW you will just die in seconds and you can’t tag when dead, rabid is a good start but you will need more in defense…my personal stats are 30/30/10/0/0 with focusing on grenades and dual pistol for condition…main reason keep 30 in power is for extra nade which really does help…and the conditions from the constant grenades do a ton. Of damage, couple hundred per tick usually

The only one of those events in Kryta techincally was the jumping puzzle airship…which may be In LA territory considering how far south in gendaren it is

Than you guys must not be too good because every COF 1 I’ve done for one I’m an engineer and its been easy everytime along with having any range of classes with me and usually us not being zerker and finish under 10 mins nearly always

Primordus has a huge swath of land underground with all seven of the asuran cities which are said to be at least as big as rata sum, that along with underground dwarves structures, skritt kingdoms, and dredge areas…so primordus has plenty of territory and a metric kitten ton of magical items to consume right now

Could be close to Elona…a desperate Asura faction possibly from one of the farther 6 surviving underground cities could have come up around there, obviously the humans there, elonan centaurs and some other minor species including skritt coming up with Asura, norn not really sure on besides maybe a small hunting group that could be out looking for an exotic hunt? My speculation on how it could be expanded
