I would like a mini Hero-tron please. A toy item that looks like a shock rod for custome brawl and a small sized golem that is a mount but does not give speed buff and is just for show. Thank you.

That would a pretty neat class! However I kinda agree………we already have classes that could fill the role of golem companions. Do I still want this class to possibly be implemented? Heck yeah!

If anything buy the rest of the episodes when you have time. My honest opinion? the 1st 3 episodes are good. The rest? Amazing. Once you unlock the episodes, you unlock them forever and are replayabble

To me the 1st 4 episodes were good, and the last 4 were amazing. So it is worth coming back imo

He did return yesterday. He’s at Fort Marriner up by Magnus and Ellen Kiel, where they run through about five minutes of dialogue.

That said, it doesn’t look like the NPC pathing was implemented properly. At some point, I imagine Hero-Tron was supposed to travel away to talk to Evon Gnashblade, but instead they have their ‘secret’ conversation right in front of everyone else.

OBVIOUSLY IT IS! lol are you serious? hey let’s do this and maybe u can put it together. i give you a very small meal every day for 2years, you are badly nourished and you get very hateful/angry. all of a sudden i come at you with a basic meal and all of a sudden you think im amazing and how wrong u were to judge me……just because i gave you a basic meal, not even a good meal, nor anything fancy or out of the ordinary….jsut a very basic meal.

Today is the last day of Wintersday and I found this guy, he is the minstrel that used to hang out with Hobo-Tron. He has the same quotes and appearance so im assuming it is the same character with different position. What do you guys think?

hmmmmmm interesting. Thank you for the links! While I don’t really think we will get raids and big changes on the 13th I do think we will have either a) we will lose against Mordy and his minions, or b) we MIGHT get some answers as to were Rytlock is, or c) both a and b. I remember seeing a WoodenPotatoes video that it would be really shocking if Trahearne sacrificed himself to save the whole pact camp. As for the raid changes and stuff we’ll prob get it in a future release or for sure announced on PAX convention thingy. I have high hopes for PAX since when you really think about it on that day is panels of “some cool games” “some demos” “other games etc” and “Guild Wars 2”. Looks promising.

I like the miniatures and thanks to the September update I love how minis feel like a part of you now, your loyal companions (they don’t disappear if you get defeated or change to a WP or other location). And this is like a super nitpick but I feel like my mini is trying too hard to follow me XD. Make minis as fast as us, or as fast as a ranger pet. I know minis teleport automatically to your side if they are far behind but it would be a nice touch if they could catch up. Thank you for reading this

I’ll be totally honest here: This new patch is amazing! I love everything about it. I like the story, the new map, the new events, I love the replica job-o-tron backpack. Really satisfied and a big thank you to Anet. However I’m a bit curious. Are we back to the bi-weekly release? Are we to expect the new trailer for the next episode on Tuesday next week? If we are, then awesome! if we are not, this new content can keep me occupied. Thank you for reading this

No. I prefer that they work on other parts of the game rather than festivals. Especially since they made it rather clear that festivals will be more or less the same year after year.

My thoughts exactly! I’m pretty sure I’m one of the few who didn’t complain at all when the devs said they would copy&paste last year’s halloween (my computer couldn’t handle games, but for now it works fine I guess). Also think about it: by simply copy&pasting they worked nonstop on LS AND we are getting a new area. To me Dry Top is a neat place and having it expand is a great step up IMO.

Since I was never able to play Blood and Madness 2013 I can’t see your point of view. However, I speculated they stopped LS due to Halloween, and since they “copy&paste” it from last year I have good expectations for next episode. Enjoy the festivities.

My thoughts exactly! I have actually enjoyed the all the episodes (and this is from someone who never played Season 1). However my only “concern” and this is just a personal “nitpick” is that my expectations for the next episode are way too high (expecting the chapter to be twice as long, getting a new area like we did with Dry Top) because of the hiatus, then again they were also working on Halloween.

I know this might be impossible because as we speak the devs are doing the LS or most likely adding the finishing touches. But wouldn’t it be cool if we had branching story lines? After all Season 2 is basically like the personal story only that you can replay the chapters so I guess maybe we could get branching storylines in the future? what do you guys think? and is it a good idea? IMO I think it would be really interesting..

I recommend you give him a house in Lion’s Arch, being the first ‘inorganic citizen’ after a vote by the council, and rename him to “Xenial-Tron” for short, so we can give him in he wiki a name that starts with X, “X-Tron” for short, so it works for whatever any other name you want to give him.

He could then appear in other places, but his version while in LA would always be “X-Tron [Collector]”.

2. this idea sounds good buuuuut idk about the X-Tron. With the exception of Job-o-Tron, the golem has been called H 4 letter-Tron. And Hero-o-Tron (have no idea who came up with the name btw) sounds fitting since it starts with H and has 4 letters. If the devs were to implement this idea I guess his name would be “H-Tron [Collector]” at the very least. At least IMO anyways.

Any mini golem in my opinion such as mini PK 632Z Mini Ho-Ho Tron or Mini Scruffy

Hello! Hello! I’m a bit surprised that no one started this topic of everyone’s favorite golem. Pretty sure most of you check the wiki and all, but something caught my attention:

Hero-Tron

This former Consortium golem has undertaken perhaps the biggest journey of all. After losing its job (its job being to berate refugees into getting jobs themselves), trawling the streets of Divinity’s Reach begging for coppers, offering to serve Scarlet Briar, being punished by the human authorities by being forced to collect money for the repairing of Scarlet’s damages, fleeing the law, and attempting to make amends by healing injured citizens during the initial invasion of Lion’s Arch, the Heal-o-Tron (formerly Job-o-Tron, Hobo-Tron, and Ho-Ho-Tron) finally found redemption aboard the Breachmaker, where it served a crucial role protecting citizens alongside Captain Kiel, using upgrades generously supplied by the Black Lion Trading Company. Will the Seraph now finally call off its manhunt? Result not available at this time.

As someone who never played Season 1 and had to watch Let’s plays and stuff. I enjoyed Job/Hobo/Ho-Ho/Heal-o-Tron’s arc. I also find it impressive how a gag character played a crucial role in the defeat of the main villain (don’t lie, you know he at least revived you at some point or another XD).

I really really hope he comes back for Season 2. Even if it was just for one scene I would be happy. I would be really happy if he gets to play a major though. Maybe he’ll try to heal the Pale tree? Hey I can dream don’t spoil it.

On that note what do you guys think? Will the golem return? And is he really going to be renamed Hero-o-Tron?

Lastly this is a “personal message” to any developer/lead writer/important person (if they read this that is). And it is MY suggestion I don’t want to cause an uproar or something. If Heal-o-Tron does come back I would seriously buy a mini of him. And by buy I mean the gem store for 400 gems. I know we have a mini Ho-Ho Tron but it would be nice to have him without the Christmas decoration IMO. Thank you for reading this
