This patch for me is the worst patch I’ve ever seen in gw2 history. I still play this game even though it’s pretty boring lately but after this patch I’m not sure I can continue.

So Can we discuss about 4 necro 1 druid meta “again” ? I dont understand the logic behind this. I would prolly change 1 necro into a rev or ps war. Druid in pug is also awful because people never stack properly but that’s not my point here.

Hi, Does Staff FA have advantage over d/wh? which raid bosses where I can make a good use of FA staff?

Does scepter/torch sword/torch guard has dps like ele? If yes, then is there any reason to bring ele at all? bcoz guard has better utility (cc, niche skills e.g. SyG, WoR, Purging flames, heal, pull, block)

Is nevermore bird animation too big? is it a bug or working as intended? it looks so silly in raid.

On my party, some people has the bug, some dont. I literally cant get any charge. One of my teammate occasionally get the charge.

Learning with someone experienced would be the fastest way to catch up. I know all the mechanic after 1 month raiding, Dulfy guide helps a lot. The rest is just practicing to do mechanic properly

I would say wing 1 is the easiest. Wing 3 is pretty ez also, but xera would be hard if your tank isn’t good or know what to do.

What use does a PvP player have for gear that doesn’t matter in sPvP?

Emmm… pvp player doesn’t always mean he/she always play pvp. They possibly play other game mode too. It’s like saying : PvE player can be rich but pvp player can’t or wvw player can’t.

How about we turn this around : Only PvP player can be rich, Other game modes wont give good income; Gear wont matter in PvE but it matters in PvP. But I digress/escalated this too much. I like how the legendary pvp backpiece needs around 1k gold to finish.

But yeah whatever, I’m too tired to argue. In my opinion, Better reward will give good ripple effect to pvp. Better reward → bigger player pool → Better matchmaking (maybe?) and Better queue time. It’s a good/easy starting point to improve pvp experience.

Sigh, I hope Guard wont face the same fate as ele and necro. Fun/crucial skill/build got shaved to oblivion.

One time I complained about pvp reward in reddit and someone commented “PvP players dont need ascended gears and gold”. My jaws dropped.

I know guard has so many leaps and teleports but still, I think giving guard more access to swiftness wont hurt the game. Rev can get perma swiftness just from a button press.

At least, please make retreat swiftness back to back without the need of traiting it.

Spring rolls give swiftness when you kill enemies regardless what you skill you use to kill them. just try it it’s only 20s.

Executioner axe toy is not available at the moment. No there isn’t. Skill 2 has the potential to give you the longest dash you can get in the game.

You have to be good mechanically with perfect rotation. It’s really not forgiving.
