Try between 2-5am eastern. That’s generally when it drops down. We have a ton of PvE’ers.

1-2 hours a day is pretty casual. I maintain a minimum of two, but typically pull around anywhere from 4-7 hours.

And thats with a wife, a kid, and a pretty crazy job.

With lets say an average of 10 million plus subs for just a year thats a income of 100 million pounds – MONTHLY.

Now take into consideration they have at least 4-5 years with that kind of sub number or more…
And the inital cost of development (supposedly) was around 60 million.

Now you see how overpriced that game really was.

The thing about wow was that it was a much “bigger” game in a sense. While they did make tons of cash, they also put tons and tons of cash into the game. The amount of team members they had for content development was pretty big, and they had a large support team.

Had fun with the new supply traps on my thief in DBBL tonight! So funny to see a Zerg scatter once that tornado comes up!

If you invested in karma shells in the past, you will definitely take a hit. However, I see karma shells rising up again post event. So it wouldn’t be a bad idea to put in a low buy order for a stack and sit on them for a while.

Anets solution is to recruit more guilds for your off peak hours.

Hello all! Dissentient is looking for people that have an interest in PvE and WvW. We are a PvX guild with a WvW focus. Dissentient is a growing guild with a strong American crew, and are looking to expand on our European outreach.

But the opposite is true as well – you have a lack of knowledge of how any other server works period. You see how TC has been affected, I’ve seen how FA has been affected (my own WvW included).

My real point here is that all server get affected by these things – and all typically in the same manner – sorry, no unique snowflakes here.

I try to learn as much as I can about a server when I face them, including their culture, how their server is via guesting, etc.

I know enough about FA culture in WvW to know that whether or not the commander is on, they’ll still run small groups till a commander gets. I’ve seen this multiple times, as I’ve been learning how all act and react to situations.

While I see your real point, it’s not a very valid point. Sure, all servers may have some issues with various factors being presented in and out of the game, but it’s easy to see how the servers react to those situations if you watch and pay attention to them.

I assure you, the amount of college students and college students whom are commanders is likely equal across servers. I can replace any of your statements with “FA”. Not to say its not saying it shouldn’t affecting TC but these same affects are everywhere.

I’m just saying how it is on TC. There are no “excuses” being made, or anything else. What may heavily affect FA turn out may be the opposite for TC, and vice versa.

TC was slowing down during KN’s last week here. The difference is, combined with the lack of fairweathers that come out when we’re winning, and the lack of regular commanders and other players that are usually on, it makes a sort of lackadaisical TC, where we still come out and push, but we won’t be pushing consistently or with as many numbers.

As others have seen, our turn out has been low. I think your lack of knowing how TC functions may be indicative of your not knowing just how crippling finals week + new PvE content cripples TC. It happens every time new PvE content comes out, since TC is a RP/PvE focused server. Our WvW focus is a small part of the total server.

This is a weird thing going on the last two weeks… Our WvW guilds aren’t transferring off the server or anything. They’re all still here… They’re just not really playing WvW all that much. It’s very strange.

They ain’t having fun no more. I mean look at us, FA. We don’t have any “rules” but one as a server – to have fun. We encourage guilds/individuals do whatever they want, go wherever they want. We don’t have “assigned BL”; we don’t have “WvW guild council”; we don’t have “meta game strategy”; we don’t care about being 1st/2nd or 3rd place as long as we stay in T2…

That’s why there are many servers raised and fell in front of FA. But guess what? We are still here.

Hopefully these “stealth revealing fields” don’t actually pull people out of stealth, are relatively short ranged, and cost a pretty penny.

Otherwise, if they have a large range, cheap, and pull thieves out of stealth, then this is a pretty good GG we just put thieves in line with engineers and rangers.

Now we’ll have 3 broken classes!

We’ll see how this is implemented.

Also, props to the mesmer from Corp. When the female glass shatter mesmer catches my thief off guard, I get downed in 2 seconds. Those mind wracks are like getting hit by a truck.

On a side note, it’s nice to see that DB thinks TC is the bigger threat and continues to go after TC BL all morning attempting to turn it all green while mostly ignoring FA BL.

Edit: The second picture is just a small part of DB on TC BL. Do you guys have ques this early in the morning?

NNK flipped our BL last night.

We aren’t being ignored.

They must be hitting you guys late at night and then spend the rest of their time trying to flip our last two towers in the am.

Is it really that bad for a necro? I tried the class at release and couldn’t stand it.

We’re slow and our stun breaks are on long cooldowns so there is literally no way for us to get away from an enemy zerg or anyone unless you find friends

Good necro can control zergs with well placed wells
And plague + other AoE are great too, did i mention epidemic with 12s CD?

Maybe in t3 and lower, in t2 and above, unless you’re running small groups, wells are nothing. I sit in wells all day.

Until AC’s get their damage toned down against other siege, especially rams, this can’t happen.

Basically, as it stands now, unless a group is able to night cap a keep or treb and then overwhelm them, a group of 5 is able to keep out a group of 40 with just a few AC’s, which is pretty ridiculous.

I expected a bump to AC damage, sure. But the amount that they bumped it too not only kills zergs, but also any way to take a keep.

Want to take a keep now? Better not ram unless no one is inside. If anyone is inside, build a treb.

Oh, an enemy zerg comes to wipe your treb? Oh, lets stack and…oh, they’re building an arrow cart! Lets take them ouuuu….and we’re dead.

This game has gone from Zerg V Zerg to AC v AC.

While I understand the need to change mechanics, the current change was a bit much, and there weren’t enough balances to go along with it.

To some people ascended isn’t “easily” acquired.

I bought several fiber splices for my bunker guardian, these have the same stats has soldiers spineguard but are only 20s (vs 90). for those of us that like to collect back pieces, this is a pretty good deal.
