But you can make a conjured hammer wielding Elementalist whilst attuned to Water, and play the role of a tanky elementalist thats largely due to high health regen if traited correctly. Yes so you cna tank multiple mobs, even veterans and still output large amounts of damage due to the hammers natural high damage ouput. But it offers little variety and everything is all melee, might as well play warrior. And yes you MUST be in water attunement.
Also you need to increase the conjured charges and make sure nobody goes around stealing your conjured weapons because youll need both to keep permanent uptime.
The GS isnt really necessary due to its high cooldown but if thats the type of build you were going for, its possible (once again, broken link).

Once per account is fine, Just make it run for an ENTIRE DAY. Or at least once every 8 hours for an entire day to make it more accessible.

Allow me to say this, I woke up early Saturday morning (4.00am) for the Phase 1 one-time event. This one i could attend, it is a saturday afterall. After enduring some 40minutes of lag and 30 second skill delays I was rewarded with nothing but 1 single event completion.
I thought to myself, so this is what these one-time events are like? not worth the effort.

Come Monday morning I cant attend regardless but wasnt fussed because well there had been some precedent and i wasnt impressed.
Of course the next day i learn that this event had rewards fitting of a one-time event. Rewards i was seemingly blocked out of because of my time-zone. This game is truly meant to be global. Why not have it looping for a day? With the reward accessible only once?
The fact is I MISSED OUT. Through no fault of my own. I dont see why i need to sacrifice more than Joe Everyday over in the US or Europe to attend the event. The game is meant to cater to everyone equally.

YES, why not on the saturday game time (Which wouldve been Sunday for me), as opposed to my 4.00 am Monday? At least then I couldve stayed for the event.

Yep, never complained anything ingame til now. This one-time event occurs 4-5am on a monday morning for me. Naturally i missed out not knowing that I would be rewarded with a 20 slot bag and chance at legendary. No offense, a one-time event that benefits only SOME of your playerbase. Good job there.

Yeah, on the right path, also bosses drop a lot more silver now. But I can confirm NOT ALL CHAMPS DROP LOOT. Happened on numerous occasions already where some party members received nothing.

I re-do story modes all the time to help friends/ guildies and maybe the occasional stranger. Yes, theres little incentive. I dont mind HotW story. That being said, you need to join a guild that will help you.

Try make sure you’re PC has the right date set, specifically check your year. I rebooted my PC, and somehow my the year got rolled back to 2009 and found that TP no longer worked. Nor did many websites due to website certificates. When i finally realised the incorrect date, i changed it and everything went back to normal. Just a guess though.

Sorry to be blunt, but you should stop disconnecting in the final minutes.
If you disconnect anytime before it’s absolutely fine, but sounds like a local connection issue that only you can solve.

Runes of Sanctuary are bound by default. You only get them from HotW and if you pick them up from chests or buy them with dungeon tokens theyre always souldbound on acquire. Similar to most trinkets that you pick up, soulbound on acquire. Yes Monk runes are also like this.

Yeah youre examples are suss. Your warrior screenie shows you doing almost 27k but youre using a skill that takes 3 and a half seconds to channel and is arguably the strongest warrior skill in the game which requires you to be perfectly stationary to use. Not the mention over 20 stacks of might against a foe with 25 stacks of vulnerability, running nothing but signets as utilities. Im sure thats great in PvE and you yourself said youre a PvE guy but youre really struggle for survivability in many scenarios.
Im sure in 3 and a half seconds i can deal damage that rivals that is a thief in similar circumstances.

Thieves have it a lot better than so many other classes.

You either merge the US and EU servers or keep it as is. Anet has already PROMISED that players have the freedom to play on whichever server they choose. Accept it and dont get so fixated on rankings and just have fun in a Tier that you will play in when you inevitably drop OR transfer to a server will more complete coverage or stay where you are and complaining incessantly about losing because you cant accept the reality that this is an international game.

From the looks of it, it just looks like IoJ is BAD.
I see GREEN in possession of natural BLUE territory and BLUE in possession of natural GREEN territory, and RED barely being able to hold anything. What does that tell you?

Just wait til BG goes up to tier 1. There will be fights then. Keep in mind who you are facing, two dying servers who lost the bulk of their WvW community. most servers would crush them.

Player mans siege equipment like it should be and defends objectives, and you want to call them out.
Maybe they should all play like you eh? Hell why even have siege and towers/keeps?
FWIW, though i dont stand on siege for hours on end, there are times ive spent 1 hour straight trebbing, helpign the server out by draining enemy supply. Yeah those ‘monkeys’ have a purpose. Theyre useful, a person operating a cannon means its more difficult for an opponent to destroy said cannon, which may be needed during an actual full scale assault.

What are you specifically complaining about? This doesnt happen as nearly as often as you claim it to be. NPCs are easy to defeat and always prioritize defending against attackers over reviving. Invulnerability buffs arent permanent, so for supply camps/ keeps/ towers you shouldnt be attacking it until the cooldown expires unless you have overwhelming numbers.
If the invuln buff is permanent then its ‘that bug’ and you wont be taking the keep regardless of whether players are being revived or not considering hes…immortal.
Also all archers at the wall can be hit with aoe.

You havent thought this through clearly. 100% is an absurd number, though i understand once they reclaim territory itll drop down. But lets say its EB and the 3 servers each have their natural keeps/towers with one server holding SM. Thats something like 220, 220, 255, respectively. Are you suggesting that each server gets a ~70% buff, because they dont hold certain keeps/towers? Thats stupid.

The Blackgate V Crystal Desert V Gates of Madness matchup is going to be like the other matchups soon. CD has a dedicated night crew that can trump the rest.
BG and GoM do not have strong night WvW populations, both receive “outmanned” buffs for several hours. We werent even ‘demoralized,’ here on Blackgate, just did not have the numbers to defend.

I play on Blackgate during off-peak hours, and I’ll say this, CD nightplayers are organized and do well. Because we dont have much of a night presence (maybe 25-30 online) and its now weekdays, so no all-nighters from the US players, we’ve just been wiped off the map by a very organized CD.
Though I’d love more Oceanics on Blackgate (we seem to be losing more and more of our players), I believe that CD could very well be a top 3 server once they fill out the night players, considering they already have a base WvW population for it.
