Actually about GS right the only change i want is soul eater healling for each hit reduce cd on gs abilities and increase in LF generation for each ability aswell. Nothing else needed

Well, that’s pretty much the trade-off anet want for ranged attacks: that they can be reflected and blocked, in ways that being up close and personal can’t. The idea being that you have to make a smart choice about which of the things you want to give up on in return for the advantages of your weapon.
It’s … definitely a consistent development strategy, and I can see why they would regret the exceptions to it.

That being said if u go up against a heavvy cc class, mobility, condi, evades ,blocks and so on ALONE a power reaper is dead. Take good warriors teefs druids revs mesmers eles Dh (with bow to kite easy) for ex. I just said power necro agaist any other class almost looses with players of same skill level. If you play in a group like you its “easy” to go wild and dps at will without needing to much stability ans stun break.
ImO power reapers need more LF generation to stay inside shroud if they want too and to get inside it again.
Tbh i think they should maybe give a regen on master trait 3 that has inscrease in ferocity with a added % on each atack to remain in shroud for longer periods

I agree with major balances in builds classes most used in wvw but still feels less rewarding specially in outnumbered fights that we down someone and they r insta brought back because of numbers ONLY. but i can take babysteps. Remove downsstate while outnumbered buff is on then.
That last idea seems appealing. When a server is outnumbered, there’s no downstate for other servers. Insta kill, and no revive. My sadistic side also thinks of a “time out” of killed players from non-outnumbered players.
So you would be totally ok with fighting say 2v5 and you dont have downstate but the 5 do?
Because that’s still what will happen when those 5 are outmanned on the border because your side got 30 people AFK queueing EB in spawn.

Remove downstate for a certain period of time then hold a poll to ask the community wether or not we want it to remain. Or Just do it in desert border or eotm for testing.
Alternatly make it so rezes can be made while in combat also for testing.

On the build page you linked there are armor pieces missing so what is the complete build? Also this is a tanky set up but you seam to have low toughness (or perhaps not idk since there are 5 gear slots left empty)
Hey tbey rest of the gear is zerker full zerker except for one trinket that has knignts stats. Full zerk armour. Tankyness comes more from the death magic trait line. So i can keep some sort of decent power damage but soak damage better inside shroud. Also poping in and out of shroud plus minor ttaits get me almost constant protection
While scrapper runes would be great, you are losing damage on a build running 2 bunker lines right?
Yeah might drag 1vs1 too much but 1vs xplus might be ok with some twerks in sigils and removing knights trinket for zerker one. I noticed that against some bad players with str runes i still died more despite more dps because of condis amd cc. Might not look like it but 1/2s of resistance can deny one big tick of condi damage :/ also boon duration and extra tough vital helped in that area.
Good video but yeah, you would have trouble making it on NA. You’d get swarmed down by 5+ condi scrubs instead of finding 1v2s.

Nah he’s making a comment that roamers/wvwers on NA use conditions builds more than roamers on EU in general. Not just your own gameplay.
I guess thats true. I rarely if ever seen a power reaper in my BG account. And cant use it aswell simce NA servers actually fabor condis overall unfortunatly :/
If it gave evade while casting would be very nice. The long cast when fighting and pressured kills you so might aswell not use it.

Lol well against good thiefs ita hard as core guard. But if u time well ur judge intervention with gs5 for the insta pull or with gs2 for some sine burst damage followed by weapon swap and sw2 and maybe shield bash it will hurt most and make them retreat a bit. Also shield 5 for their pew pew pistols and regain sw3 and sw2 for ofensive again.

with sword and GS u feel less slow targeting npcs and gs3 on 9s cd so even tho it feels slower that spam of gs3 and sw2 makes u just as fast as someone with traveleres. Or just use travelers and some valikrie acessorys with the rest being zerker gear weapons and trinkets.

Not the same job. One of the other efects. The one that is actually needed for that ability. Instead of imobilize make it work for SLOW.
It should remove imobilize imo as necro is the easiest class to kite root and cc. And like someone above said our most common (only usefull imo) mobility/escape/persue abilitie should remobe imobilize to at least give necros a better chance of escaping a pintch instead of crying out loud help to the rest of the party that has the means to run away much better. Dont think just removing imob or adding evade for that efect would make a big diference in zergs but would do wonders in smallscale.
My mouse has like 3 extra keys. I use one for heal and even a easy comb of keys like Alt+mouse 5

Trooper reaper and strenght runes are all viable options, depends on what you are more confortable lacking in
trooper for ex makes condis a much lesser issue without touching the build at all
Good video man. I think the only clip that wasn’t up to the quality of the other clips was the condi mes solo at the sentry.
Good gameplay with the combos. A small change would be to stow weapon right after you cast GS5, since the skill actually does its full effect without the cast time. That allows for either a gravedigger or a chilled to the bone to hit perfectly without any time to really react (unless they have a stunbreak of course).

yeah that mesmer was a bit novice but i put it there since it shows off a bit of gameplay using my build.
You have very good skill rotation and combinations.
Unfortunately most of your opponents aren’t anywhere near your level.
Only the mesmer who dueled you was at least average and knew to a decent extent what he was doing.
Was it only a one-time duel though?Not saying you are bad, in fact I found your rotations and combos very well executed. I would like to see your fights against decent players using the below classes/builds though:
Condi:
- D/D lotus Thief
- Sword/shield + X Phantasm Mesmer (bonus difficulty if using Moa)
- Reaper
Power:
- Longbow + Staff Druid
- Staff or Hammer + X Revenant
- Berserker (the berserkers in your video were not very good)
- Dragonhunter
- X + Pistol Interrupt + Blind Thief
- Staff + vault Thief
If you meet any of the above classes/builds with a similar build in your video, I would think that you will struggle against the condi builds. As for the power section, I would think that a decent druid/berserker will give you a good close fight too.
i dueled that mesmer like 10 times and i think most he got was a down at same time as i.
about those classes and build u said you would like to see me face it all depends on the player behind them. them condis teefs from the same lvl of skill i have will be enough to kill me with just kitting around(easy build) that condi mesmer and reaper builds with bleeds etc u talked about i would need to switch heallinbg to cleanse condis and use signet to stand a chance, my build only takes me so far.
as for power, if i take the momentum and enter shroud before getting cced to pop stability at right time and corrutpt etc i take advantage to control the fights against these classes u stated: druids, dh, revenant(not so easy coz revs have such small cds and rotate between so many defensive and evasive utilities)
as for power warrior that use 100% uptime stability etc cant be done, i might try to spec for this and use diferent weaponsetup and utilitys for more corrupt but warriors when they r good its not beatable.
and for those thiefs builds u asked, its the same, if they r below my level they die, if they are on equal level they win, class mechanichs wins.

Yes please. If anything Just give remove imobilize or evade while doing with without touching cd. Necros have it worst right now and the remove imobilize would help escaping (wich they suck at) and evade would help the lack of utilities inside shroud.
Given it’s on a 6 second cooldown, it’s easy to argue that it’s overloaded already. 600 range dash, AoE Blind, decent damage, and projectile blocking.
At most, all I would change is that you don’t stop moving on the very first hit on your target, instead continuing to move if they are no longer getting hit.
Meanwhile in wvw… there are a crap ton of incredible skills being spammed and players are bouncing all over… and this skill gets crapped on by enemies moving, pathing issues, and is completely shut down by 1 (of the thousand incoming) immob… All of this wonderfulness on the least mobile profession in-game that has 1 offensive mobile skill gated behind shroud.
