PROBLEM SOLVED
The phrase ‘throughout Dry Top’ would seem to indicate any Boss within the confines of the Dry Top map.
Same answer than to karizee; the sentence is formulated weirdly.
Can we have a clear list of what boss can drop it ?

The Monkey King tonic and a new miniature now have a chance of dropping from new bosses throughout Dry Top.
The “new” in the sentence is misleading.
Is it really any boss or just the boss in the dry top zone added the 12 August ?

Imo the price leap is from people buying up the cheap ones for later resale, exposing old prices from back when the mini first came out. People left the old prices up and never pulled and relisted those minis, they forgot about them or stopped playing long ago.

Okay in today patch, I did the first version of the backpack.
Then I received the mysterious vine and the new seed.
I made the Chaos Infused Clay Pot then I used it on the new seed.
I made the Package of Ley Line Dusted Plant Food, and I used it on the seed again.
Now I’m stuck on the step “cultivated sprout”.
The description is as follow “This young carnivourous plant seems restless.Feed it something soothing, like Oasis Soaked food plant to calm it down”.
The only items that is left to me is the Attuned Grow Lamp with the following description:
“Doubleclick to shine on a cultivated shoot
With a hefty helping of luck, this lamp should get the most stubborn plants to grow toward its light”.
And that its’ I’m stuck there with a “cultivated sprout” and a item for a “cultivated shoot”.
Please help.

First i’m mostly a PvE player doing mainly dungeon/event & MCM from time to time.
I have an issue with dragonite Ore; i don’t get enough of it.
There is many reason linked to the megaserver way of working ;
– The first one is the handling of the Orr map.
Before megaserver, it was possible to farm dragonite Orr easily by tracking the temple event.
Now the temple are almost always done & except sitting on an map waiting for the event to start; it’s almost impossible to arrive in time or track them.
- The second is the way the worldboss are timed ; I play mainly at night which mean the world boss that give the more dragonite are :
Karka queen at 18pm .
Tequaltl at 19pm.
GreatJungle Wurm at 20pm.
Claw of Jormag at 20pm 30.
Shatterer at 22pm 30.
Well as the world bosss are now timed wouldn’t it be more logical to even the dragonite ore distributed at these event at 20 or 30 for all?
I have the exact same problem as described by OP.
