Outmanned buff should not give battlefield advantage. Being outmanned means your server not willing to come out and fight why should it gives advantage?
Those willing to remain and fight, should be able to defend with what they can. And being that they can’t field the numbers to fight in open field, the structures they turtle up in should be able to actually defend a bit with the limited numbers.
By having the benefits effect the stationary objectives and siege, does not give the players any broken balance mechanic if a single player faces another single player in open field.

-Outmanned Buff no longer visible on enemy players
-When Outmanned siege now deals 33% more damage
-When Outmanned Walls/Gates take 33% less damage
-Treb Range reduced: So that SM can no longer overlook, and overlook can no longer treb SM. Also so that Garrison can no longer treb down Bays wall.
-Have the 3rd place server control the “GREEN” spot: Green can eaisly defend all it’s Towers from it’s Lowland keep in EB
-Have the 2nd place server control the “Red” spot: Can defend at least 3 towers from it’s Overlook keep in EB
-Have the 1st place server control the “Blue” spot: Can defend at least 2 towers from it’s Valley Keep in EB
-Don’t allow golems to use Portals
-Let supply camps show as in combat the second it is in combat
-Reward players that destroy enemy siege with some supplies used to build that siege.
-Keeps: Allow the enemy realm to steal supplies from the outter courtyards supplies.(would only be allowed 50% of the total supply in the keep)
-Allow players to help speed up the upgrade process by manually bringing supplies and working the gates/walls with the workers.
-Allow Rams to roll and move.

@Kalkz The screen shot posted is clearly tampered with. That’s EBay BL and I see some cleverly Photoshopped in blue structures. As we all know thanks to test pig, AR doesn’t go there.
I do like the recommendation from them that AR hit an area that will help secure BP getting a wider lead on AR. Those are brilliant tactics if we are trying to get a BP win.
AR finally engages ebay..(even tho they took it from a keep that was previously owned and downgraded by BP). But if they stay in ebay, it’s all good, it’s how the fight is supposed to work with 2nd and 3rd place servers hitting the 1st place server.
This is the first time AR has done this. good job AR, you finally are not playing for 3rd, instead, you are playing smart.

More like when it’s not in your interests to attack AR will you stop, testpig. Also, since the new reset time will be at 9PM EST, meaning 6PM PST, you better be prepared for our full power on reset night later this week. By the way, while I’m sure you guy can probably take one or two of our keeps, the question is how long can you hold them before either AR attack them in order to steal them from you for easy points?
This was the first week in many weeks that we have turned our eyes towards AR. The results speak for themselves.
That 9pm reset does effect some of us in a negative way, but thats just reset night, which does not matter, it’s just the friday night fight, all out brawl, everywhere.
IF We control all your keeps in EBay BL, then AR has the free will to totally engage the keep on their side of the map. If they want to take all the Ebay keeps from BP.. they have the total right to it, it’s about keeping the points out of Ebays hands.

So far tonight AR has took 2 of our towers and tried for more. GOOD job AR!! I’m proud of you. It did take you over 30 minuets and 8 catapults but you finely got the SW tower. That’s why we like AR, they never give up!
And BP has taken nothing in EBBL. Only in ARBL where you took there bay, and tried for lots more
I’m glad and proud AR has finally taken a step in the right direction. And perhaps next week after the reset, they will continue those efforts. And then BP can easily turn our eyes back on EBay. However, this week, BP eyes are still looking at AR. Once AR shows some consistency BP will note that AR has finally understood that the 1st place server is the true enemy, and we will proceed to engage Ebay again, with constant night caps and downgrades of Ebays entire BL, making it nice and easy for AR to take and hold and upgrade hills in Ebay BL.

is a good fight the scraps that are on the outskirts where there is no fight? Because thats what it sure seems like.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a very sound tactical move to engage on the zone that has no players in, and to engage on the team that is clearly busy hitting the enemy with the greatest population.
If i was a server just looking for EZpoints i would be doing exactly what AR does as well. Wait for BP to dedicate themselves to hitting Ebay, then just go snag all of BPs stuff in either EB or BPBL, it’s a very smart move for a server that is just looking to feed themselves points…
…However, if what you say is true, that AR plays for a good fight, nothing else… then everything your server does, contradicts this statement. Because the good fight, the best fight would be the balanced fight of AR and BP hitting EBay at all times.
Oh little tip.. this entire game is PvDoor. Killing players doesn’t get you into the keep now does it?

yes, we complain when we win over AR, because we don’t want to crush AR. AR is not the zerg server with insane populations at all hours of the day.
again, do you think that reset night is just like any other playtime during the week? are you really that thick? come on now, if you are trying to pick apart each statement i say, at least say something that actually makes your case that AR does engage on ebay.
What you just stated proves:
-you solo camps in ebay(therefore, you don’t have AR actually actively engaging on on Ebay in any matter of a true dedicated assault
-It’s at a time frame that Ebay doens’t have a zerg in their zone to instantly counter you(so why are the rest of your AR players not assisting you?)
-BP has players at insane hours, that are taking advantage of the window they have against Ebay and flipping their BL.
-AR still has yet to capture an Ebay keep… playing for 3rd or playing to drop a tier ?

Reset night is reset night.. all players are just looking for a place to go thats not currently sued. Each BL has the same thing going on. Reset night is just an all out brawl, winners are not declared on reset night. It’s the week long fight that determines it.

AR will learn that we don’t want to attack them, we don’t like flipping all of AR, or engaging on any of ARs towers. Because BP does not like bottom feeding. However, if thats the only game that AR knows, BP will bottom feed on them.
IF AR sharpens up then BP will keep hitting ebay like we have always.

So with all the time AR is speading in EbayBL, why are they not accomplishing anything? And if they were truly spending all that time in EBayBL, wouldn’t they atleast have a supply camp, or tower, or even showing some troops to take a Keep while BP is keeping ebay very busy?

So AR just doesn’t seem to learn… Again BP turns our eyes back towards ebay… we take everything in EBAY BL, we take SM(to downgrade it, and let AR have it…) and what does AR do? instead of hitting ebay, which is already being stomped in their BL, the start to hit the BP corner in EB.
This is why Ebay is winning this tier. not because they are that good, or have a greater primetime population.. because AR never attacks them. And it’s not like AR doesn’t have the bodies for it, these early monring they have a 30-40 man zerg running around trying to take our towers.. instead of just using that zerg to hit the outmanned ebay.
Why do you kids fear them so much?
Don’t you understand, that this could be a much better tier, with much better fights if we bring ebays score more in lined with the rest of ours?

All problems of this tier can be solved with 1 very very simple formula.
2nd Place server, and 3rd place server(in terms of score) Should always hit 1st place server.
So 2nd place, and 3rd place should basically ignore each others BL, and just focus on the 1st place servers BL and Corner in EB.
In EB, whoever controls SM should be focused on.

Seems my simple post hit a nerve that cause such a response. And possibly just proves my point more so. So what we see here is, the daily seks group in wvw is 15 players. reset night is 20 players… the reset night on [WAR] on avg is 10-15. daily, well, we don’t run groups daily. The few days that we do run would be 5-10 players.
It is a bit funny that a guild that doesn’t even run consistent groups daily in wvw, is still something you feel you need to stroke your ego with. We play for fun, for the fun that was from the days of DAOC and WARhammer. You guys play to try to move up a tier. So i guess, you can keep farming more gold, or buying more gems, and keep server hopping your way to the top!

yea ebay doesn’t bother with AR because AR isn’t a threat. i have yet see AR hold any keep in Ebay BL.
AR is only eating scraps.. and while those scraps are sorta working for them, i can’t see how it’s much fun.
BP takes and holds Ebay BL..for 24 hours… and AR eats the scraps left over in Eternal.
BP could easily just decide.. heck lets hit AR and push for 2nd… but what would be the point of that? AR and BP just focusing on each other doesn’t hurt the 1st place zerg server.. just helps them stay in first.
BP focusing on Ebay, just leaves ar to eat the scraps, which still keeps ebay in 1st, but at least keeps the scores closer
AR and BP focusing on Ebay at the same time, brings the tier in an overall line of balance, it’s much better fun for everyone.

-Sekz, you do have some skillful players indeed, but you have you also have numbers. And you are chest bumping against a guild that are not a bunch of hs/college students like yourselves, but instead people that are way to old to bother feeding into your post =). So chest bump away, and zerg on! Also.. way to up-transfer to an already higher populated server in the attempts to leech tier advancement. That’s the way to win!
-Ebay, Borlis Pass is the only server that constantly hits you in this tier. It’s sad but true, i have yet to see AR even any keeps in your BL. With that i wonder what your server prefers.. a server that actually engages you daily, always pressing the fight, even if we aren’t generating points to move up a placement.. or a server that cowers and just lets you eat them all up?

The more you hit BP, the more BP will hit you, if you took your attack to Ebay hills, BP would take advantage of that and hit Ebay aswell. If you see BP owning a tower in ebays corner in EB… hit another ebay tower, don’t hit umber, it serves no tactical reason other then, shifting our eyes to look back at you…. it will just let ebay stay on top.

I love WvW. And can’t wait to see what the future hold for it. And with that, here is my wish list of things i would love to see added to WvW!
Hopefully someone at Anet dev team would see some of these suggestions and implement them!
-Guild Rams, trebs/siege!: half price and extra damage with a sexy guild skin, like the improved guild cats!
-Guild Commander: like the 100g commander book, only it works for guild mates only!
-The return of Orbs of Power!(require keep lord death before orbs can be manipulated)
-Change the power value on orbs to have some negatives for controlling to many(the more Orbs of power your server controls, the more damage your keep doors/walls/npcs receive. 1 orb : 0%, 2 orbs: 10%, 3 orbs: 20%, previous benefits from the orbs will remain.
-Adjust the outmanned buff, please add: siege damage output increased by 20%, keeps/towers/npcs damage taken reduced by 20%
-Only Allow 1 Golem to be in an area at a time, have the golem projectile buff be constant(only 1 golem can be in the projectile buff at any given time). Golem role changed to siege protector.
-Have the Supply capacity increase from WvW abilities stack with +5 supply benefit from guild art of war upgrades.
-Create underwater siege engines.
-Try to bring a bit more balance to the tower placement in WvW(this is a hard one), but the first place server(GREEN) has the best placement for it’s towers in relation to it’s keep, making it the easiest to protect each of it’s towers with mortars from the keep. Perhaps change the GREEN to the 3rd place server[so they can defend easier]. Keep BLUE as the 2nd place server keep, and change RED to the 1st.
-Reduce the range on trebs by a very tiny bit, so that players can no longer Treb SM from the overlook in EB. or be able to treb Bay keep from Garrison.
-Reduce the cost of WvW structure upgrades… money’s tight!

-i run shout condition conversion(soldiers) / self heal on boons on allies.
-the first fight was perhaps a 4v4, and some extra pugger showed up at the end.
-the follow fights after are just cut shorter, as there was much kiting happening on the other players that were murdered.. not fun to watch, and i don’t like speeding up fight footage.
-Perhaps maybe your guys were not running a tight group, and were to staggered thus why it appears you were dying 1 at a time vrs our group.

-when playing a support role using staff/hammer, no point to switch weapons so much mid fight to staff.
-WAR was the ones out numbered by ECHO, just your people were dying so quickly, it would instantly turn into a 5v1 as the rest of your 6 dudes were dead somewhere.
-And ECHO, this video isn’t an attack on you, your crew just happen to be the people we steam rolled constantly last night, i’m thinking nearly 100% of the time we engaged each other with that melee train, you guys were pretty much dead.
