LOL I hope not it looks great on Charr except for that one flaw.

In the image above you will notice the finger nails on the Heavy Bounty Hunter armor hand piece are colored the same as the spikes on armor piece.
However for some reason this does not happen on the toes nails for the Heavy Bounty Hunter armor foot piece and is destroying the look on Charr.
Can you fix it before release next month?

The whole community rant the whole weekend with no response and what do we get? bubble glider! The game is a dead franchise.
Very poor video, he total misses the points why people are upset, and he is pulling numbers out of his kitten , he even says that he doesn’t have figures.
Guys, I understand that you are all really upset…
I still think that what some of us fail to understand is that this is how game industry works… I explain myself… you should not buy a game because the devs promised to add more content after the release that will compensate what the game is lacking from the start, that is your fault, I’m sorry, but it is true. You can’t trust a company that far because kitten-ups happen and things change and maybe something that they really want to ship never comes to life because they can’t find a way to do it or they need too much time. It was their fault to make some of us continue to think that the ideas, that what was planned was definitive and that it was a promise, to never iterate on the issue saying that they are trying but they can’t be sure themselves to deliver, because that is how making a game works. There’s no magic wand that will make the game interesting and fun, it is a process of trying out, and some times you find that is much better to put something on hold instead of sacrificing the results. Would you prefer the Legendaries to come out half finished? Or broken? OMG anet is shipping half the work done again! That’s what you would read again on the forums.
That in my opinion is what MO is trying to do, he figured out that is not going in the right direction and instead of fake it and make people think that they are doing it, instead of shipping half backed content, he is telling us that they are placing the Legendaries on hold, it does not mean that they will never come, in the future I’m sure that they will return on them but for now they are focusing on something that have better chances to be delivered in a short time and in good state.
Still, even if things are not great recently, I look around and couldn’t find any MMO that keeps me engaged as Gw2, and I’m sure that this is the same for a ot of other people, and that is why we get so upset and feel betrayed but instead of leaving and migrate to another game we are still here complaining.Expecting MO to say that the Hot release was a bad choice that it was a mess is not something that will ever happen! Just because, if he is still running the company it means he believes that even if things didn’t go as planned it is still a project worth the time. If MO says something like that, then you can be sure that GW2 has no future.
MO is trying to change things, obviously he is trying to do it for the better, not everyone agrees but none of us knows what is happening internally at Anet, what was the extension of the problem.
If things will be really better only time knows.
I will keep playing and if I finish every thing I like in this game, get too kittened off about some release or find something better, I will stop playing the game! If Anet doesn’t deliver any good content the next expansion isn’t worth that name I will not pay for anything else.It seems you fail to understand how business works.

It’s not Customer pays. Prodiver delivers partialy and changes the deal on it’s own without consulting the customer.
It litereally doesn’t matter what the story behind the curtains is. From the customers point the only thing that we should ask is:
Did we get everything that we paid for?
And the answer to it is: no.
It literally doesn’t matter WHY – at least not to us. Same as they don’t care how we got the money to pay for their game we shouldn’t care how they are working on the promoted features.
Don’t sympatize with your seller, because as soon as you do, the seller will use your kindness – which is exactly what was and still is happening with this game.
Exactly for the life of me, I cannot understand people sympathizing with Anet on this one and saying it is ok. This effects everyone that bought the expansion. What if next O’Brien says “we are suspending work on new fractals indefinitely”, will this be OK? What if he said “We are not bringing out Legendary armor as only a small percentage of the player base will actually get the gear” is this ok too?
These features where promised with HoT if he can just drop Legendary weapons he can other features too. Wake up people, as a consumer you should get what you pay for!
I love making Legendary weapons, I can’t wait for the new ones to come out.

I think we got too spoiled with constant updates and new free stuff that we forgot how much they did for the game till now. We already had legendaries with the expansion, now we will have 1 free. The others were not meant to be included into Hot, it was planned but they changed their mind, and that’s fine because it’s their game, their idea and they are the ones working on it.
Excuse me?! Their constant updates consisted of 10 minutes of mediocre story for 4 times in a row with huge gaps in between and the last time we actually got new content outside of the half finished expansion itself was vinewrath on january 13th 2015! Yes, over one year ago!
The whiteknighing in here is just baffling.
HoT was advertised as having a full new set of legendaries, period. I bought the expansion specifically for the legendary weapons as well as the fractal backpack, neither of which are actually in the game almost half a year after release!
Dude you might as well not waste your time trying to get through to the ‘White Knights’ they are blind even to the facts that are slapping them across the face. Anet could stop producing content and shut down the servers, and they would still defend them.
How do people feel and what do you think about WoodenPotatoes latest video?
There is no way I will pre-order anything from Anet. Broken promises and DLC passed off as an expansion with the only content being glider skins, raids and glider skins.

Please don’t give Anet any ideas like this, HoT already felt like the emperor’s new clothes!
Simple reason why dwarfs if not a race, is because they are known as dwarves!
We all know that gliders are a touchy subject with Anet releasing new ones every few weeks. However, what would you like to see in design that is different from what we got already.
Some of my ideas are:-
Racial looking gliders
Leaves or flower petals – Silvari
Fur or mechanical wings like a airplane – Charr
Rocket Pack – Asura
Sheet of Ice – Norn
Para shoot – Human
These obviously are not restricted to race to equip just.
As the Sea Dragon is nameless I would love Anet to have a competition and let the community name it.
What name would you name the Sea Dragon?
I would like something ‘Cthulhu’ based, like ‘Cthulha’.
I like the idea and Dwarves could be the new playable race. Also the rate at which Anet are putting out expansion, it will take 12 years to kill 4 dragons at 3 years per expansion. Anet will not want GW2 to last another 12 years. This way you speed up the dragon encounters.
Out of curiosity I went to Metacritic to see what the score was for HoT and wow it is not good, it a avaerage 6.5!
I know some will say MC is not relevant and that they don’t read reviews, but someone making the jump to buy an expansion will look at reviews and this is surely going to put people off buying it.

Please let us know if you get a refund. I know a number of people (most of my guild as a matter of fact) myself included, that want our money back but feel we might be wasting our time.

Hey folks,
Lots of passionate feedback and discussion in here on either side, and a friendly reminder that constructive feedback helps us make better games (please do keep it constructive!) We don’t always get every detail perfect the first time, but I like to think one of our strengths is we’re always open to and listening to feedback from our community and making good decisions based on that feedback.
Ultimately, we’re thrilled with the parts of HoT everyone is enjoying. Your passion is awesome, and it’s part of why we all love creating this game. In particular, in game we’ve seen a really positive reaction to the game from folks who are busy playing, which has been really cool to see.
While we never like to rush and make snap decisions, in particular with a game that’s basically been out less than three days; I think there are some fair points in here for us to discuss. Much like other feedback about HoT, we’ll be discussing this as well!

Too little, to late i’m afraid Col. People are slating the expansion all over the net, you have committed the cardinal sin in gaming of alienating your casual player. The casuals are the ones that keep a game ticking over, pay for the newest skin, like to change their character design and pay for it.
Your current model will see these players leave in droves and will ultimately kill the game.
