We have the 1/1 person in guild bug, showing us but no other members. This occurred immediately after tonight’s patch.

I re-logged a couple of times, the problem persists. Upgrades not showing, guild emblem not showing, full roster not showing in the guild interface. We are approximately 1 day into the Art of War 5,000 point upgrade.

Same problem, relog don’t help.

I just logged in after the latest patch.

I see myself in my guild, but show that I am the only one in my guild and when I go to access my guild bank, it says I am not in a guild.

Also, noone in the game has a guild tag, as if noone playing is in a guild any longer.

What is going on? I am really worried that I have lost my entire guild that I have spent hours and hours recruiting.

I have the same problem as the above posters, with 1/1 members and lost upgrades. Our guild members cannot access our guild bank and I can’t see our upgrades. As others have said its after tonight’s patch.

Right after the patch I logged in and my guild leader rounded us up into a party but I didn’t receive an invite even though he said he sent it. I can’t see anyone online in my contacts menu, I am the only person in my guild menu, and the guild has no name with empty brackets[] and no influence. My guild members can still see each other in the guild. When I try to invite them into my party it says that they are already in a guild/party. I can still whisper to them in game.

Same problem here, log out/in fixed that, but now all guild is ‘unknown’

I have had the same problems as everyone else here, so i deleted my guild, made a new one and it was all good again, then after tonights update it’s even worse then ever. get it together and please just fix this already. im tired of wasting gold on influence ill never see agin

Time to take a break from this.

Guild has members we never recruited and lost those that we did at one point.. Guild may or may not appear after various updates. Influence we achieved went to zero with a reply of ‘sorry.’ Figure its kind of pointless to do any “GUILD” stuff at this point. May as well pvp!

After a week or so of pvp, an update comes along that resets that also. YAY!

Try to logon and post a complaint and the forums are down! I’m going to assume they are down from all the other people complaining.

I didn’t bother with posting about the guilds being messed up, and losing all our influence. I didn’t post about there being some messed up data, that made us all of a sudden have new names popping up all over our guild roster. I’m now annoyed enough to post. This should be an A-net achievement.

Please let one of these updates fix something. Not break more things.

One of my Characters is unable to represent either of the Guild’s it’s a member of.

Clicking on the ‘Represent’ Button appears to have no effect in either of the Guilds and at the Character Selection Screen it is shown as not being in either.

Good news is that no you have not lost your guild. Bad news is that I have no idea how long it’ll take them to resolve it this time. Something like this has happened before on more than one occasion which is why I know you haven’t lost you guild.

i’m the leader of a small guild and have lost all permissions to do anything i can’t promote anyone and even though we’re able to gain influance i’m unable to spend it

Seriously it’s getting fumy, every 1 new fix breaks 2 more thinks in guild. Kudos for devs and qa!

Ok. My guild is about 2 weeks old so I never had this happen before. Good to know this isn’t the first time and that it will be fixed without having to restart my guild…. hopefully! lol

I have the same problem. Just logged in and only says that I am in the guild, can’t even see my friends online or join a party. But talked to my friend And he can see the guild list and me online. This is scaring me since I don’t wish problems to arise with my guild which we have been working hard with.

Since patch I can’t see the guild stash in the build queue, which had approx 12 hours left to finish and I can’t access it from the guild bank npc. Influence has been spent and the stash is in the log.

It’s a guild for just me and gf. When she logged in the guild window didn’t display correctly, the guild tag was missing and we couldn’t invite each other. We both logged out to desktop and when I logged in had the same issue.

I still haven’t received the influence I purchased from a promoter which I logged several days ago.

Tried relogging a couple times until it worked, check if the short form of your guild shows on the character slection screen, or just empty brackets… if empty, restart client again. Took me 3 times just now, but it’s working atm.

Yes our guild Rogues Of Tyria [RT] on Desolation has the issue of seeing only yourself in the guild, no other members, no upgrades built, no influence. Various members of the guild have the same exact issue since last night’s / this morning’s upgrade.

Same issue here. Guild window says I am the only person in the guild. I pressed ‘Stand Down’ to see if I could stand down then represent again to fix it, but now I can’t represent lol.

Also, if I type /g then type some text, I get a message that says ‘You are not in a guild’.

As with many others after the maintenance an hour ago, my guild is showing 1/1 members and a “blank slate” devoid of any emblem, upgrades, influence, or even a guild tag.

Yep this guild bug has been around foir weeks, and they still have yet to do anything about it…Guild wars 2 With guilds comming to a store near you…Ok a little fesciousness. I would like to see a dev post about this at least stating they know the issue, and are working on it.

Problem occurred as of the patch on the 19th sept. Guild panel shows i am the only member of my guild, and tags are also empty.

no dice, no matter how often i relog the result is the same, they need to fix this and fast

Same issue as everyone else with the guild basically disappearing. On top of that, new characters can’t represent … again.

Guys, what this sounds like is that they took the guild database or server down to try and fix the issues that were happening earlier. Basically, your stuff is still there, they’re fixing it up there, and then bringing it down here (said the Grinch to Cindy Lou Who).

I used to run game servers that required SQL databases, and my guess is that they’re using a structure that manages guilds on a separate set of hardware from the other databases.

Character server, guild server, login server.

I just hope they fix it up soon. You probably won’t see a patch to fix this problem, your guild will just magically start working again (assuming I’m right).

It’s just probably the guild server database is downed.

Gombar, if you have stuff building it should still be continuing normally even if you see nothing in your guild’s build queue. I would not recommend trying to start building something that should already be in progress.

What the hell? now I got “Incorrect password” error, got booted out of game and now it won’t connect. Come on anet….

Replying to IsaacSin: Only certain chars are able to access the guild at this point. I noticed that my Sin isn’t able to see the guild, but my pvp War is. May want to try a couple of diff chars or create a new one that reps that guild?

Still can’t change or access the guild commands, but at least to represent and see the guild. Just a guess on my end.

Same issues, except I can’t gain influence. Can’t access the Guild Bank. Can’t see any members. Can’t invite new ones. Build queue gone, had stuff building. Upgrades gone. Boosts I had stored gone. It’s like I started all over again. It was like this for me for the first week of the game Please don’t leave it this long again, not being in a guild ruins this game for me. Can’t even use friends list to speak to people (also block is not working and it seems suppression isn’t either. Gold spammers having a field day)

edit: it was also nice finding out that there was maintenance this morning via one of the ingame warnings, because they dont post these things on the forum, or at least their own wiki, only on twitter/facebook

i know right, if they only make use of twitter and facebook for announcements they might as well shut these forums down again and put the bandwidth towards the game servers instead

Its a free to play game , don’t take the servers down for one hour then give us a broken game , take them down for longer and ensure they work please. ps my guild system is working i can see everyone in guild but my guildies cannot. The que upgrade issue has been happeneing to me since day one sometimes i see the que and sometimes not.
