News: low upload speed reduced my content, HDD failure lost most of my videos during that time.

It’s worth doing daily Tequatl and Triple Trouble if you get in one of the organized maps.

Teq is very much worth it as there is a reasonable amount of loot (rares and 2 gold) plus it’s easy to pop in 10 mins before to a bit after the start time (at reset). Rates I’ve seen for Teq is about 1/50 for normal ascended weapon and 1/200 for the unique skin. Wurm can take a while to start if you don’t mind the afking. Also higher chance of failure and seems to be less loot in total.

My stock i7 4770k with air cooling runs on average mid 70’s with some spikes up to the 90’s but no problems at all handling GW2.

that is ugly. fps is your graphic and ping is the internet connection between you and anet server.
since there is no zerg in pvp fps should be good. how much fps do you have normally?
60 fps plus is normally good for mmo.

lol, I’m not the type to complain about playable fps not to mention the fidelity. Would be sad to consider the world full of ugliness.

Granted the series of tubes get cluttered from time to time, maybe that’s causing the tubes in my local network to get cluttered then interfere with my poor computer. Why copy paste articles?

Difficult to do that when what happened occurs.

The number of times I’ve had 4+ of the same class on a team, no we need to be able to swap out.

Another lazy method to delete things that require typing in their name.. make a new character and put that junk on it.. delete the character.

Been having severe lag and disconnects over the last few days as well.
Super fun being in PvP when it happens, basically can’t join out of fear of making it a 4v5. Even trying to do teq has been a joyful event of disconnects. Ping actually poped up once for it at 3500.

Both vids are at 6x speed. Did not write down all rewards as the time it took to simply open was absurd. Plus a video is better. If you just want to see most of the loot pop to the end, first one I scroll to show it while the second shows it in the forge ui.

Having an off-season also kills many people’s want to even bother.
Just having ranked enabled between leagues will help a bit but it’s most likely too late at this point.

If an enemy would take all damage from an attack wouldn’t it be simpler to equate the full damage it would do?
A. 100 damage attack, 1 attack per second, 0% crit. 100 dps.
B. 100 condi attack, 1 attack per second, 100% duration. 100 dps.
C. 50 condi attack, 1 attack per second, 200% duration. 100 dps.

Comparing dps makes the second better. 550 dps vs 1320 dps. There is no trap about it, higher dps is higher dps. Arguing against this would mean dropping condi and going full Zerker since there is no ramp up.

Condi has a ramp up, ignoring it in a final calculation is illogical.

It would actually be funny if they went with, “Evon Gnashblade’ Story” now available on the gemstore!

The portals don’t even work to get in to LA until that char is lvl 35, it’s not even an account unlock.

iirc it’s lvl 3 or 4 to unlock sPvP for the f2p account, at that point it’s easy to reroll the second slot to get the pvp daily.

Never had one drop from a creature, gotten two or three lion keys. Come to think of it havn’t seen a key drop since the update that supposedly made them more common as well.

If you do teq once a day you’ll eventually get pulled in to the whirlpool after the first damage phase.

Watch its bar and when it goes invulnerable look around for the circles, some will be whirlpools. Bring a class with a blink and hop inside any that seems like the non-deadly type. Swim down while holding ctrl+alt to see enemies and where the chest is.

So far I’ve managed 1 PayPal commission and about 10 gold commissions. That leads to sometimes doing work for free, or extremely cheap.

Hopefully that paypal one was for another game or something else. It’s been officially stated we can’t do that for GW :/

If they are like the poly-lumi refractors they should be salvageable (black lion kit) and resellable.

Noticed EU has more rank farm servers and way less daily servers. Both seem fairly even around reset time though.

Took me about two years of casual flushing to get mine.
No idea what the gold value would have been if I sold the items instead. Next one will be via HoT mastery whenever I get it, may be a method worth considering.

XHSA has been discontinued officially as of Nov. The changes to missions are.. weird, and not too keen on a few. Seems we can get more rewards if the guild has the slots unlocked which is interesting. Thankfully they fixed a few of the largest issues.

Still fun to do ^.^

Your best bet is probably to remake it, vectorizing it shouldn’t be too difficult.

Playable races need to have diversity.
Kodan could get some updates to be viable. Quaggan maybe as a special mission, highly doubt them being playable. Dredge have even less variation, plus you’d just see your screen ui since they have no eyes. Also eww.

Introducing one new race will make a massive influx of those characters, think we’d see two new races (at least) at the same time. My war is waiting on Tengu and could use an extra slot for a Largos…

Comparing gear grind games to the Guild Wars series may not be the best approach.
GW isn’t about getting better loot, it’s about making your good (exotic) or end gear look pretty.

Simply merch or have an infinite salvage kit ready to go…

Depends on what you’re trying to do.
Casually playing PvE you can run anything and spend or save as you want. Baseline gear should be exotic, stats up to your build. Multiple gear sets give better playstyle variety.

Spend some time in the bank’s wardrobe to find a look you want, save up to get it ^.^
Gear, generally berserker is optimized for damage. Sinister for some extra condi punch if your class/build can make use of it. Again for most of the game this doesn’t really matter, it’s more if you want to min/max or do speed runs of stuff. While learning the game it’s ok to get something with more defence and gradually get used to active damage mitigation. Ascended trinkets are easy to get, just takes a bit of time. Ascended weapons are worth the process but cost a fair amount while armor has a high cost and mostly best for fractals or highly competitive WvW.

Laurels are best to hang on to until needed for something. They are the hardest to obtain game currency. Examples of use: special skins at the laurel vendor, t6 bags (for money or legendary crafting), ascended crafting.

It comes down to making goals for that character (need to say what it is for specific advice) then work towards them while having fun. Grinding only as you enjoy it. There’s the option of making additional alts to try their play styles as well.

Youtube will process any video uploaded but you can try to take steps to reduce the degradation. Could try uploading the source file and editing online with their editor (it’s not too bad, be sure to uncheck public stats), try a small test video since the file size is generally larger on the raw files.

My research a while ago had satellite speeds similar to old 56k modems, at least for uploads.
A phone plan if you can get unlimited or a really high cap would be better if nothing else would be available yeah. Just gotta be careful going over the limit as GW2 can drop some large updates in the upcoming months.

Checking with neighbors if you can use their wifi or downloading big updates at work/school/free wifi at a coffee shop etc could help.
