Am coming back to the game after a break so am looking for a guild as the one am in is not active. Looking for a guild that does some PvE, guild bountys and the others as well as a little bit of WvW that always some fun.
I got a level 80 warrior and 3 level 20s a ranger, thief and elementalist.
I agree with OP he makes valid points with a well thought out arguement which is much better than alot of the whining people making the same point but doing it very badly.
@Mystic Starfish, I know but the apparently for the dungeon their putting in for this event the deeper you go the harder it gets, I wona be able to get a far as possible, also there will most likely be alot of ‘LF lvl 80’s only’ for this dungeon.
The real question is why DIDN’T you make a Norn? Norn are awsome, they live in the moment always striving for greater feets of legendary accomplishments so that others will sing they of legend even long after they have left the land of the living.

So we got another once in a life time event happening soon thats ment to change Tyria forever. Can anyone speculate as to what is going to happen? I have’nt leveled far enough to get to this zone I don’t know if there something special with this particular zone.
What am thinking though is that is the 6th underwater dragon that drove the krait out from the bottom of the Unending Ocean, your thoughts?
I agree with Ulviden Norn should get the Techno Viking dance, the current Norn dance just seems… off with massive Norns doing it. Humans got the shuffle, Asurans got the robot, Charr got that new zealand tribal dance and the slyavari got… well I don’t know what they got.
I would enjoy having more titles, there should be a title for maxing out a achivment such as killing 1000 centuars or discovering all the places in a certain area such as Shiverpeak Explorer.

Warriors need a ‘long’ range close combat weapon, I know your thinking long rang close combat? I mean something like a spear, polarm hell even a halbard would do something that would give warriors extra reach with their attacks.
If you got dual axe signet build then axes can put out some good damage and is good if you solo alot, but that is at lower levels and doesn’t give any abilitys to help your group when your in a instance, at around 50-60 you should switch up to something else.

Saying that just cause other MMO’s have warriors with no cast times does not help your argument in any way, why? because Guild Wars is not like other MMO’s, if you want to have a instant spam warrior then go play other MMO’s and stop your complaining.

And what am wondering is whether it works at 80 because the signet build becomes alot less powerful the higher level you get. If any can recommed any other good dps builds it would be appreciated.
The Subterfuge that thiefs can choose would look better instead of that half skull mask you got, am also asumming that you got a pistol sword combo, you also got the colours right the brown for the chest piece should be a little lighter
Im a bit suprised that something like this could be missed with all the testing and such they’ve done to the game, also a fix shouldn’t be difficult, hopefully it’ll be noticed and fixed soon.
The people who want to or do buy will gold will do it regardless, they want the gold their willing to pay for it which means their also willing to risk getting caught from it. Banning people permantly outright for buying gold is probably not a good idea and flaunting how many accounts/people they’ve banned seems dickish. Banning the accounts that have bots farming gold would help slow the gold selling but you can never get rid of gold buying/selling completely because they will most likely buy another guild wars 2 account.
While mounts would be cool, I think ANet said they wouldn’t put them in because then players would just blaize past everything, ignoring all the art, scenary and dynamic events.
I would like this, I’ve got some cool dye colours on one character but would like them on another, the chance of my finding that specific dye again is small.
They really need change the cost of buying gems from the UK because they are just too high for so little. Did some reaserch, £8.50 for 800 gems from the black lion store, £4.63 for 15 gold from a gold selling site, that 15 gold could get over 1200 gems, there is not much chance of me buying gems for such a high price when I get more for less.
The order of whispers has a lot of humans due to its origins in a human kingdom, the vigils leader is a charr which could deter some humans and the priory I imagine has the more inqeustive races such as the asura and sylvari.
The Charr may have owned the land 1000 years ago but, it was a 1000 years ago by the time the charr returned to take it back generations of humans called that land their home. Its not like they have a shortage of land considering the blood legion have their own homeland and the ash legion most likely has one aswell.
The male norns can look a lot more cool and can have weathered faces which is a nice change of pace from the girl human men and super modle female norns
Hi, when im playing my asuran engineer I noticed that when I used explosive shot, poison dart volley and static shot the effects for them don’t come out of my asurans pistols but above my characters head. Its not a major thing but it is a little annoyance that to see when im playing, I don’t know whether this is effects any other races or its just caused by how short the asurans are, anyone else notice this too?
