Don`t assume. I`ve been playing since headstart and only have 3 80s. Most of my other characters are still level 2-6.

I do not believe Champ farming was intended. Anet will eventually doctor the system enough that the players will seek out new easier farm modes somewhere else.

The last thing they want is for the players to “control” an area preventing others from event completion because of inferior or easier to obtain rewards. Changes will arrive.

If they nerf champion loot bags people will just find another thing to farm. It’s been happening ALL YEAR and will NOT change at all. Sad truth.

There is a guardian ability that hits everything, that is what I was told. They don’t want them to keep the party alive, they want them to tag.

Guardian staff 1 randomly hits 5 enemies whenever you swing the staff. It is GREAT for tagging large scale events.

Well the majority of RPers are on Tarnished Coast. You may be able to find some RPers on other servers in taverns/cities and the like though. I would imagine it would be pretty rare though. TC is where RPers go.

3 rings isn’t a lot.. I have about 20+ rings eating away at space. I would have liked if you could salvage them into vials/globs/shards to infuse them.

I don’t care about the despairity between new players and old players I just don’t think everyone should have a Legendary. That isn’t what a Legendary weapon is. If all you had to do wakitten 8k achievment points they would just be common skins. Just throw them in a vendor then and call it a day.

They already ARE pretty common skins. A legendary weapon is not a legendary weapon because they can be sold on the trading post which was a stupid decision.

Pretty basic thing. I would LOVE an option to dismiss a certain achievement in the AP window. I have Krytan and Maguuma explorer as my 2 next nearly completed but we all know how annoying it is to get those.

I main a light armor class and the light armor skin is UGLY. No way am I spending 800 gems when the original armors skins were 500 at launch.

Because some people want them now. I really doubt the scavenger hunt will even be released in 2013 anyways. In 6 months you could easily get the gold to buy even the 600g precursors. Just depends how bad you want your legendary.

I do agree that the achievement progress being bugged for so long necessitates an extension to the activity though. It’s not fair to the people who are trying to get the achievement otherwise.

If they do not extend the duration of the crab toss than Anet will NOT be seeing ANY more of my money. Having it bugged for so long with them not even trying to fix it makes you see them for how they really are. It’s totally unacceptable.

Not even commenting on the issue only makes it worse. They would rather make more RNG boxes than try to fix a bug in one of their events.

I think I would only kick a person if they are incompetent, rude or are a serious liability to my party. That isn’t to say that I would kick newcomers, Although I would first gauge their in-game merit AKA Achievement Points. And then when we enter the content I would see how they actually fair while participating in the group.

Judging by achievement points is stupid. If they started early they could have done dailies to bump their points up. A bad player is a bad player regardless of their AP.

I never kick anybody or exclude anybody unless they suck bad.

A lot of decent companies would make things right if they messed something up. Anet isn’t special in that way but it’s nice nonetheless.

I would hope people that used a mystic salvage kit get SOMETHING back since you know.. we spent money on the stones to make the kits. If not then that is kittening bullkitten.

The water spout needs to be much larger but glad they fixed the animation.

166 salvages is hardly a large sample size. A large sample size would be 500 or more.

They will not actually announce anything relating to mounts if they ever get added. We don’t really need mounts anyways with the waypoint system they have. I could see cosmetic mounts being added one day but even that is unlikely.

They haven’t removed them from all server, if any at all. Still up on mine.

I personally want ascended armor in sooner than later IF they add a good way to get them and not a time gate like the other pieces are.

How about they fix their current game before adding any expansions to it? Too many bugs they still need to fix. Mainly traits and skills.

I don’t think they need to remove it but they should make it so if someone is wearing MF gear the bonuses go to the entire party. It’s obviously not a fix but it’s something.

Many guilds do this already. I don’t see anet dedicating resources to making an actual thing in game though. Just have to trust your own guild.

Some guy made a post a while back asking for dailies that include costume brawl. I commented that having a daily that required a gem shop purchase wasn’t a good idea. A few days later, they put it in the game. :/

I still think its a bad idea for a daily to require a gem shop purchase. I don’t see them removing it from the game, especially since people are fine with it. At a minimum though, they should make the tonics tradable.

The NPC who hands out free costumes is a nice idea. They had NPCs like that in Guild Wars 1 for the Costume Brawl mini game. However, since it would cut into their sales, I don’t see them putting it in game.

If you have a free character slot, you can try doing key runs. (Human, warrior, commoner) You get tonics frequently as a reward.

There are TONS of tonics you can buy off the trading post. TONS.

Have you actually checked the news and announcements section? Because they HAVE been posting them a little before the patch hits. They just don`t dedicate an entire new thread on it. They are posted in the April 30th thread.
