Clearly you are the one with a lack of pvp understanding if you are having issues killing with a condi build.
I have plenty of cleanse in almost every of my 20+ different builds on 8 classes.
yet..
Any 2v2 3v3 without a support aoe cleanse build vs 2+ enemy condition builds you will be out bursted and out sustained.
If you think there is too many cleanses on their team just kittening dont team fight?! or kill the aoe cleanser first?
There is tons of builds w/ traits that rely on crit procs to stack conditions.
Not my problem they took out sigils that made it optimal to condi burst on crit.
There is a very good reason they got rid of any amulet with offensive capabilities as well as double high statted defense.

It’s gotten so bad they had to invent a whole new boon just to give immunity to conditions. They never should have let things get to the point where Resistance was ever needed.
Okay … so
1. Deadshot amulet is a thing… literally the exact copy of marauder’s changed to condi dmg
2. Conditions most definitely work efficiently at killing people. Condition builds existed since the start of the game before burn+poison stacks or vuln applied to condition damage…
There has literally never been a time in the game that conditions have been stronger.

If you TRULY honestly believe that. You should just delete this post and uninstall.
There are zero condi builds that need to be any easier to apply or maintain conditions in fact exactly the opposite.. it is far too easy to apply conditions safely from range on AUTOS.

During fights with ventari rev, I seem to get large frame drops when the tablet moves around.. wondering if anyone else noticed this.
So there used to be a minor trait in the middle of tools 3(15). That would recharge all tool belt skills under 25% on a 90 sec ICD, just like the inventions one for healing skills.
but what about the trait in its place?The current trait is 15% recharge on tool belt skills, this trait alone as a minor.
Every other class mechanic traitline has CDR as a grandmaster minor+the original 5(25) trait AS WELL.
I remember when that used to be a trait!!
It was really fun with static discharge.
Wait so tools has 1 less trait then the other classes mechanic traitlines?

Basically, the situation where you would go behind your target and swing in the air and such was atrocious…. It is better to have something that kinda work than something broken. Warriors movement skills were always clunky, but we deal with it. We just keep quiet now because after all those years… I doubt they will finally find how to make it land on a nearly 100% basis. What we have now is better than what we had before.
Maybe it could make rush more unreliable but if you didnt like its function with rush (which worked just fine for me, ON POINT vs strafing targets) then you could aa, instead of making the trait useless with everything but aa…
having whirl+shield bash+ eviscerate affected by quickness was the only way to kill anyone that has sustain before HoT, and now it will be that way again…
Everything is just too slow, there is no way to land combos anymore.

I want to know how warriors can just stand by and not be more vocal about this GAME BREAKING TERRIBLE change for power warriors. I am not even close to a warrior main…. but this NEEDS to be discussed more.

On an Axe shield/GS Ramp build that is 7 out of your 17 weapon skills including rampage DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH QUICKNESS?!
We have a GRANDMASTER TRAIT for HIGH QUICKNESS UPTIME that is now USELESS on half our weapons?! Once again, are warriors seriously okay with this?
You know what sucked for me… when all of a sudden one patch took away my OPTIONS for GM Traits. 7 out of 17 of my skills did absolutely nothing with the grandmaster trait of my CHOICE and it was never considered as a pvp only change.
That sucked.
CLEARLY anet doesn’t want anyone but thief to have movement skills be affected by quickness… so just finish the job then!!
Just get rid of the trait, POSSIBLY the team could come up with a useful new trait?!
One that doesn’t force me to 1111111111111111111 when the proc hits?

BTW the axe mastery “buff” will still never be used, OUTSIDE OF MAYBE for 1 boss.
Just another trait that either needs a remake or to completely start over from scratch.

Well there has been a whole lot more stuff being separated via game type recently.
Maybe putting this back to how it was in pvp and leaving it as is in pve could be a decent compromise…
Having a grandmaster trait that LITERALLY DOES NOTHING with 1/5 of all warrior skills is quite silly.
Since it is possible for single skills to interaction with slow/q to be altered..
Heartseeker: This skill is now able to be affected by quickness and slow.
Weakening Charge: This skill is now able to be affected by quickness and slow.
Power Warrior DESPERATELY NEEDS this on at least Whirlwind attack, Shield Bash, Earthshaker and Evis. Physical skills too.PLEASE?!!?!?!?

Honesty, what needs to happen is just 1 big indefinite devision with checkpoints. When you reach the pip checkpoint, your display badge changes.
If you lose pips and fall below that checkpoint, your badge will revert to the old one.No more hard barriers.
You can still have the tiers where matchmaking attempts to match certain tier players but just have one big floating division.
Have every person start somewhere around 10-20% of the pips. Then you can actually fall initially or climb.
Agree completely with this. Safe guards are what is messing up the ladder and makes it a reward track.
That way we could also have a MM that randomly put players in teams and let the central theorem limit do it’s job. It would be fairer and would not favor or cripple ppl even before the match starts.

Very obviously my shield stun on warrior is hardly moving, instead of 450 range.
Just tested shield with and without trait, < not the problem
It still uses swiftness for extra length tho, both sides of the issue work…. However,

While this is a pretty minor issue, making a build only to find out it has 1% critdmg/chance less than it should, just because of a single stat point is getting fairly annoying.

According to http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Tempered_Spinal_Blades an Ascended Celestial Backpiece should give 25 to all stats. I crafted one today and it gives 24 to all stats.
Maybe this item did not get the stat increase with the last adjustment to celestial?
I can recall a similar thing happening with infused rings.

I was using them in EOTM the first day, so it was not from the first patch for that. Seems that one of the many patches afterword disabled them, but there is nothing in any notes.. Which makes me kinda feel like it’s bugged. If it’s not a bug It’d be nice to hear why at least?

Well if they get it from the last upgrade in the mastery that has the “shout” it should still be timed, not just let people walk around with -50% dmg reduction till they fall… thats pretty ridiculous.
I’ve noticed a few enemies walking around with the Iron Hide buff that you should ONLY get if you are on a ram. It should immediately take it off of you when you get off the ram. However I saw people running around with this buff on and taking TINY dmg, from a zerk thief, and no I didnt have Weakness…. -50%dmg reduction is not something to be shrugged off, I bet you it stacks with protection too, pile of bs.
I have always wanted to try out a build using “Permeating Wrath” and 100% burning duration, one night I finally thought up some traits and decided to give them a try.
Although it would probably be better to use “Supreme Justice” solo for burns on 4 hits instead of 5, it seems to work alright either way since you are able to cleave on pets, minions, turrets, and other things against some classes.
The build really starts to show its true potential in small 2-8 man fights more than solo due to having extra targets to cleave, putting out more aoe burn pressure.
I carry d/p but i refuse to rely, or obsess over blackpowder, heartseeker spamming as many thieves do. That being said I do agree with I should have stealthed, I rushed too much

Well i tried to see if it would be any better now. Nope, not even close. Walk outta spawn do a few movement abilities the first 2 of 3 go off normally then the 3 rubberbands back and forth.
Run across middle island and get next to just a few people and everyone starts running off in random directions, not a single skill will go off. Then all of a sudden 20-30 seconds of combat and running around all happens. Once the server caught up and I was lying there dead without a clue how it happened, I was promptly disconnected, once again…
so BUMP BUMP BUMP BUMP THIS IS A PROBLEM.
It really is horrible. I have been disconnected from this BL 6 times since last reset. I honestly don’t know the last time I’ve disconnected more than 2 times in a week before now.
