This has happened a few guildies. My suggestion is to instead of ask for a refund, update your ticket to ask for a repacement ring. There is another ring, don’t know the name, that has the exact same stats but has a dufferent infusion slot type. Find the name of the ring and update the ticket.
For every member that did this they got a replacement, and told that it would only happen that one time. There were also many other threads a while ago that indicated the same results.
It may not mean much to a lot of people on those servers and overflows that do marionette. I’ve killed them there myself alot.
However, none of them was as fun as banding together on Anvil Rock over the course of the last 6 nights. We met guilds we’ve never talked to, we had fun, and we worked together to make a win! it was awesome and we are going to continue to do it, as well as continue working to get the numbers to finish of teq.
AR is a great server, even if it is thought to be “small”. Don’t give up hope other “small” servers, you can still do everything, just need to join up to do it!
when you take down the first head the timer becomes 1 minute (no matter what the timer was beforehand.)
taking down a 2nd head does not extend it further. You have 60s from the time the first one goes down to take down the other two.
Edit: i was there when Crimson bugged. It was the last head to go down . We’ve taken Crimson down before without it causing issues. It was when it was the last one to go down that it bugged.
If they unlocked something on Aurora it will not be unlocked on Whiteridge.
To get the upgrades you must gain the influence for your server and unlock the upgrades.
Edit: for example the stash. You have to research the stash on whiteridge before you can use it. If you transfer (not guest) to Aurora you will then have access.
In a sense you can. If you stop the installer it will resume where it left off. So, if you downloaded 1 GB of that 15 then stopped, the next time it will be 14 GB to go.

What time server time did you do your daily?
List of fractal lvls you ran in order.
So far all people in groups that didn’t get a chest were easily explained due to the new tier lvls and their personal lvls.
1-9
10-19
20-29, etc
If your lvl is lower than the tier you are doing you will only get chest that you are eligabke for. Ie if you do lvl 20 but personal lvl < 20 you get 10-19 chest for the daily and can’t get it again until after server reset which is 0:00 UTC.
They instigated a vote to return to the lab via the exit icon above the mini map. The majority voted yes and you were transported out.
However it was a jerk move to reset the instance for all. The upset parties should have simply dropped party so those wishing to continue to do so with fresh members.
There is no associated level. There are tiers to which they belong however.
Molten furnace and snowblind can only ever be your second fractal. If you are hunting for them, complete your first fractal and then if the second isn’t the one you want you need to start over.
Took a long time for me to get molten furnace. The underwater one was one that took a while for me to run into too. RNG
Hell on Tyria definitely. Felt soooooooo good when those bosses went down though. Its tough but its doable.
Really takes people being aware of their surroundings. I kind of hope that they leave as is,, my guild and I plan on redoing that one with others to show them he pain, but I bet we won’t even get the molten bosses

Thank you for the clarification. I sent in a request and received instructions on what to do. I’ve been busy and haven’t done so yet which maybe was a good thing.
I’ll review the email again, and was going to before i followed the instructions because I am a nervous guy when doing such things. The thing is I didn’t see anything in the instructions that they had to be tools that you had extras of. I bought the different visual effect ones only because they were soulbound and I couldn’t bring myself to buy extra of the same exact same look. (Ie a molten pick and a bone pick)
If that is truly the case that is fine, but I just wanted to let you know that the instructions when received via support may be a little unclear on that part.
Those achievements become unlocked after you have completed the final instance once. You will need to complete it again and not be defeated to obtain the achievements.
If this was not your first time then it may be a bug.
Just wanted to let everyone know that Tyrian Misfits {TM} will be running dungeons for 25 hrs to support the extra-life.org charity event benefitting the Childrens miracle Network. We will be doing all of the explorables from AC to Arah, no exploiting, stacking or skipping bosses. If we finish all of them within the time we will then move on to story modes.
Looking forward to doing what I really enjoy doing while actually helping out another cause!

Bots would appear at waypoint right outside dungeon hop once then disappear. One bot reappeared right at the portal to HotW making it seem like it is tied to that dungeoon.
If there is any chance you said something that could be of an offensive nature in any form of chat please consider not filling a report. It takes time from support helping people with actual problems to check your chat log and say something to the effect. “You used 10 curse words in 2 sentences.”
If you really are certain that you said nothing of the sort then of course do so.
I assume the main reason is because there is no low level Orr zone. This would in theory block some people from being able to achieve it. Even though I am not against such things it is a volatile subject that would be forum fodder.
Anyone remember when dailies were first introduced and one of them was combo finisher? Had to kill an enemy using a combo field effect. I personally loved it but many complained you had to team up to do it or play a particular class.
I think it may be a possible issue because of the inconsistency. Why should one type of attack put you in combat and another not? I don’t mind either way but it probably should be universal to avoid confusion and constant bug reports.
If I understand your issue then this is not a bug.
One path was removed (formally called Forward/up) and replaced with the lvl 80 aether path. So now if you choose Forward you will not be given a 2nd choice.
Its due to the fact that the axe auto attack applies vulnerability. In the last patch they made it so that applying a condtion that does no damage will now put you into combat.
Not saying it isn’t a bug. I think it is definitly an unintended side effect on ambients
Yep, worked fine for me. One member was even in a different server. Just make sure only one person runs up to start the instance and that everyone is in the same zone.
I think it would be interesting to include a condition that when applied would damage others that are nearby it. The closer to others that the inflicted is the more damage.
This would add incentive to group enemies together as well as have players be aware of the situation and avoid infected players.
Edit: Just remembered there is something that is already seen in Arah explore with the defilers. Would be interesting to be able to apply this as well as have bosses apply it on players.
The reward is in the “dingly” chest right above your mini map. The candy corn node. Did it last night. There is a second pop up.
Edit: people that have not completed the 13 acheives before doing he instance will only get the blank message. People having the 13 achieves finished doing this for the first time will get the blank message and another with the candy corn nose. People having completed the 13 acheives and already beaten the instance will only get the blank message.
Krytan explorer is not tied dirctly to map completion. There are zones in the map wih no hearts, wps, pois, skill points, etc. those also contribute to Krytan explorer acheive. What I would suggest is to look at the wiki on the various maps that detail each zone in the map.
Look at any that do no have wp, sp, etc. if it is “fuzzy” on your map that is the culprit.
Maybe this belongs in the suggestions section but sice this was related directly to the new path I figured why not.
The main reason I am playing gw2 and why I created my guild was for dungeons. Love them and live them. Ever since the new reward system there are a lot of conversations ong the line of. “I’d go but I already did it today!”
I’ve tolerated it for the most part because we can usually find a compromise that pleases all. The issue is that right from the start the new dungeon is the same way. Guildies want to try it but if they weren’t there for the first set of runs they are hard pressed to find a group.. i’m willing to go again and a few others are like minded but its hard to fill out the last few by the end of the night.
Wouldn’t it be nice i for the next week or 2 there would be a 1g reward at the end of the dungeon everytime you ran it? Aetherblade retreat had it and was overall shorter. Then as the novelty wears off and the living story moves on it takes on the normal dungeon rewards.
