I can’t bear this game anymore. I get disconnected at anytime and I don’t know why. In fotm, in pvp etc …. It is really annoying.
Is there someone who have a clue for my problem ?
On another note, does anyone else see the flaw of warrior’s access to condi cleanse through this nerf? Cleansing ire is the only reliable way to deal with the condi spam meta. There needs to be more options.
Cleansing Ire has been nerfed but it is not our only way to deal with condition. Stop whinning, change/adapt your build or accept its weakness.
You have Warrior’s sprint in Discipline. A minor trait who gives you a perma 25% speed increase if you are melee a clean roots when you leap.

Berserker is the best option if you don’t play condi. Knight armor and other stuff with defensive stats is for noobs in order to survive in fight. When you get experienced you play in berserker for damage. Survivability come from dodges and skills, not from armor.
This is for pve, pvp is different

What was your build ?
I’m full Berserker right now, but I was doing some comparisons few days ago and I think I’ll switch to Demolisher if it will be enabled in PVE: with minor adjustments, you get much more toughness sacrificing very little damage; I think Marauder is a good alternative to Berserker, but I prefer to reduce damage taken instead of just increasing vitality (unless you raise healing power too, but then things become complicated)
This. I will stick to Berserk unless they give us Demolisher in PvE. Vitality is a more or less wasted stat on warrior IMO, because our base HP is so high already.
Other then that, 4-stat gear does obviously give you more stats per piece, so yeah, it could be worth it. I just like toughness a lot better on warrior then vitality.
Even more so when you increase healing power btw. Toughness’ usefulness is increased by better healing, vitality’s usefulness isn’t really.
If you have the regen signet and trait then go for thoughness, if you take a burst heal go for vitality. This is logic and true for every mmo
You should look for DnT nike’s builds on google. There are o lots of hints about every class, gear, food an even the optimal rotation.
For exemple for thief it’s CnD -> BS -> AA full chain -> 2 AA then CnD and repeat. At 50% it’s AA chain -> Heartseeker -> AA chain (like that you have full initiative for the trait [more init = more dmg].
Under 25 you active signet +15% dmg for 5 next strike and spam HS. I play like this and yes it does an incredible amount of dps (for like 3 sec but after the boss is dead).
About weapon, D/D for single target damage, Sword/Pistol for trashes (cleave and Blind! Usefull in pve solo or grouped). Staff ? I don’t know this weapon I just came from a 1 years break but it should do less single target damage than daggers.

Doubt it…. it needs dmg mitigation mechanics… Atm we are getting carried by vamp rune safe net but w/o it the class is simply unplayable in pvp.
Anet won’t nerf other classes, so thief generally needs some defensive passives… as much as it is cringeworthy….. There is no point to roleplay high skilled thief when everyone else is overloaded with passives. After all we do pvp to win and not feed enemies. Right now thief design is to feed enemies kills. Period. Crappy design, imo, but it is what Anet desired apprently.
Doesn’t mean it should stay that way. One of my suggestion was to introduce “cheat death” mechanic which will have long ICD and will bring thief to 10%? HP by attack which otherwise would have killed thief.
Also, we need protection and more condi removal.

Anet said warriors have to be vulnerable to condition. I used to play war and with cleanse on F1, brawler’s recovery, hoelbrak’s rune, berserker stance and trait coupled with heavy armor and 18k hp pool I didn’t fear condition.
For thieves, increasing the pool hp is not the solution. We lack of condi clear, the cleanse on invi is a good idea, but the way it is working now suck, we have some healing skills but use them for cleanse 2 conditions is not worth it if we look at cds.
Edit: I think that thieves should’nt have access to protection, the thief way to survive is avoid strikes (blind, dodge). Not to survive if catch

I need advises in order to kill the spider queen in solo. I heard a myth who said that if you melle range her she stop sending deadly AOE but in practice … even if i’m at melee range she send her AOE under her feet and i can’t dps her. Can you help me ??
And I’m playing as a thief, I take S/P+SB to try to kill her with a meta build but it’s not very effective
Thieves damages are fine, 20k backstabs or 20k HS hurt a lot. It’s the class who get the higher damage in a meta group. And as a thief, i prefere a up like 1hp and 1000% damage modifier. Take a necro if you want higher hp pool
And guardian got more skills than warrior to survive.
Brawler’s recovery is not strong enough to be a Grand Master trait
Some people wanted fps view, it is coming. And maybe you see dps meter as comparison tool but in the other hand for others it will allow to improve or see their impact in a group (and why not a heal meter ?).
And my thread is not just about the dps meter but in the video we can see golems hit points. It would be nice if we could, in my opinion, know a little more about foe’s statistics
They can do a feature like an option to accept other peolple to show their dps.

And about the DPS meter, it can bring a lot of drama but it can show how exotic builds are good enough in a PU run
I use to go in tpvp solo and i don’t know why but since the patch maybe i play only with premade or i’m matched in a noob team but i loose most of my game. Only since the patch ….
D/D is maybe outclassed but i am still playing this on spvp. My only defense is blind on stealth but i do tons of damage.
In my point of of view, i think all builds are viables, but there are some build who need more practice
So you want a weapon that is so rare that it currently trades for 1,300g to be able to be crafted for 56g?
Do you really need anyone to explain why that recipe is not even remotely realistic?
Anet said many times that even 100g were too expensive for precu and they will do something in order too lower the price of precu. 2 years laters precu cost 1500g and Anet is’nt working on it
