hey guys, i’ve recently been thinking about the living story and how it will progress story wise. I understand that these elder dragons have become a large threat but i feel that politics and tensions between all the races are minimal. Does anyone else feel like Guild Wars 2 needs some more tension between the races? I would love to see a Separatist revolution take place in Kryta where the humans would have to rely on the charrs for assistance. I dont know if its just me but i would think it would be interesting anyone else agree?

lol the predator is bad-kitten . just because it is a sniper rifle doesnt mean it doesnt fit the engi theme. the predator on engineer= best legendary in game. it changes effects too like grenade barrage and throw junk. but this is my opinion in the end so….

Sorry that would be a dumb idea if we have all our gadgets in a single kit xD.
Also, if the gadgets were to get combined into a kit what would replace the old gadget
utilities ? Interesting idea but unfortunately it wouldn’t work.
As a solution to the weak gadget utilities (which i dont think are that weak) they should just add more utility to them like stun break to rocket boots or a new trait which could add condi removal to gadgets or something?
In the end balancing is a difficult job and im not a dev so i shouldn’t worry too much about it XD

Hey guys i’ve nearly got the predator on my engi however im stuck on what dyes i should use to match the predator with my armor.

lol whoever ur talking to must be very ignorant. I don’t necessarily harcore it up in dungeons but i always do speed runs with my engi and no one tells me to swap characters. The only time i see people tell others to swap characters is if they are low levels. Don’t join a guild u know are all elitists if you’re not one yourself is all i can tell you.

Engis aren’t really optimal for zergs, our lack of stability and stun breaks do make it hard for us. However, i find that in zergs its best to stay on the rim of the fight and chucking grenades from down range. As for small groups engis are great and thats what engis excel at. For the role of an engi in a zerg, I’ll say the best role is aoe damage with nades we dont offer much boons or heals however we have a lot of blast finishers so i guess blasting fields is another role.

well they can crit for 2k so i guess it could be some nice extra damage. But tbh it isnt a good trait only main use i would see is for the boon removal it provides.

Well there is a cooldown between each mine u can place of 2 seconds. And each mine you place lasts for 10 seconds. So in theory, u can have up to 5 mines at once. Correct me if I’m wrong, I suck at maths :p

Hey, i was wondering what people’s opinions on the wolf is (For Spvp). Do you think it is a must for any build or do you think that people overrate the cc it brings?

hi, me and a friend were dueling each other and i was using a high cc turret engineer. After some fights my friend complained about how cc is too strong in the game and cc chaining people shouldn’t be so easy. I didn’t necessarily agree since many classes have access to stability and stun breaks. But what do you think? Is cc too strong or not?

Recently, i’ve been using an sd engi build and i have had many people rage at me for using sd. So this question is asking for an answer whether people dislike Static discharge because it is op. And if so, why?

Hey guys, i was just wondering how others feel about Off-Hand Axe, the pull seems quite good but i feel like whirling defense seems kinda bad. Any others think the same?

Hey, that’s a pretty solid build! Overall, it seems good but if you want you could try swapping out backpack regenerator for vigor on swiftness maybe. Also, you might want to swap out the sigil of force for a sigil of battle so you stack might a bit easier. But you know… Whatever suits you.

Ranger DPS is quite high, if you look up people like Brazil on youtube he showcases the damage potential on Vet Giants in Cursed Shore and he even says that he was surprised at the DPS and it was more than he thought and more than others made it out to be.

I totally agree with this, i don’t think ‘hate’ should be used since rangers do provide some things which may be useful. For example, spirit of frost, Spotter trait can help boost the damage of the whole team. Also, Search and Rescue is a great way of ressing allies although it still sucks due to the long CD. However, i totally agree Rangers don’t offer much support and damage out of these and this should be addressed by Anet.

I don’t see the sigil thing a nerf lol. Other professions were always able to use 4 sigils e.g. a mace/shield and scepter/focus guard. Also even if that in itself was a problem the sigils do not add a huge gamebreaking effect, they are more like the icing on the cake in my opinion.

Hello, today i was doing the Temple of Lyssa event and used Merciful Intervention on the Risen Priest of Lyssa and suddenly got stuck under the podium (pictures below). I’ve become stuck in the environment many times when using Merciful Intervention so i posted this to put the bug out there. One interesting thing is, that there is a portal under the Temple? It was interesting and made me wonder where that portal could lead to. Anyways, thank you for reading

I have recently taken up SD too, been practicing in obsidian sanctum a couple 1v1 and small group fights, i can say u need to be good with the build as it is very glassy so using ur active defence and kite is essential.
I personally go 0/30/0/10/30 using tool kit, goggle and rifle turret however i sometimes swap goggle for elixir s if i want to be more defensive.
Im not a pro with SD engineer but it is definitely more interesting than condi engis and much harder in my opinion. GL

I’m going for my legendary too and i am bone dry on karma. My solution to the whole karma thing is to increase karma u get from events e.g. from 300 to lets say 500 and re add karma to dungeons. This way people can get their karma from doing events and dungeons the way it should be and without it feeling too slow.

Because all of my characters are equally beautiful
