Leveling is easy, server matters only for WvW, and xferring servers is free with no characters. Therefore, recommend selecting ideal tier for WvW to xfer before levelling further. There are plenty of guilds on every server to suit your tastes.

I recommend tier 3 atop Silver League (such as our server Stormbluff Isle) as the ideal for its variety of fights, decent level of activity, and without the static matchups, massive queues and blobfests, and predetermined results of higher tiers. First, you should provide more details, including what type of guild you envision. There many choices – what makes yours stand out? Your current justification is unappealing at best.

Second, demonstrate your commitment. What do you bring to the table besides a partially built private bank guild? Recommend as a start setting up a guild site to showcase aforementioned experience.

Our guild meets what you describe to seek but are you willing to xfer servers? You do seem a bit burned out on huge queue blobs. See my signature to xplore more.

Server matters only for deciding your WvW (realm vs realm) team. Otherwise you can join any PvE guild from any server because for PvE (and sPvP) we all share one mega server.

That said, if you are a solely PvE player then I recommend you deliberately join a low WvW Tier 8 sever such as Sorrows Furnace This is because joining a server counts against that population which, as stated earlier, affects only WvW. For the same reason joining a high WvW tier server such as FA is ill advised as you would further count against their already high WvW population.

Feel free to ask more questions since your deliberate caution raises a good question that all new players should ask.

Join T3 which is solidifying as the new Fights tier at top of Silver League. T2 is a slightly less blobby version of T1 with the same tired yet unbalanced matchups. And T4…well that is CD and DH…

Just so you know we are based on Stormbluff Isle (matters for WvW) which is competitive at top of Silver League and current Fights tier, to offer most rewarding and diverse WvW experience. Can transfer for free if no characters in account, and still retain all account bounds: achievements, personal bank, wallet, wardrobe, etc. This is the cheapest option since you don’t have any level 80s yet and leveling is fairly easy.

One advice would be to browse server community websites (see stickied thread on page 1) and ask there. That said, apart from WvW, home world doesn’t matter for PvE or sPvP.so this might be a non issue. Just look for guilds that meet your need and they can advise you further.

For a feel of each community visit their website (stickied on page 1). Honestly there are many good servers to chose from. That said I recommend Stormbluff Isle (www.stormbluffisle.com) which stays a great tier in WvW and is known for its strong militia. Welcome to pm with any follow up questions.

No perfect tier but, from what you describe as ideal, best bet is around Tiers 3-4. Welcome to pm me for specifics if any.

Recommend Tier 3 as ideal for WvW. T2 has smaller blobs than T1 but nonetheless still blobs to a roamer.

Stormbluff Isle is known for its pugmander groups and resides at Tier 3 which is aspiring to become the new Fights tier. No blobs or massive queues either.

SBI has remained competitive at top of Silver League, the highest tier that offers changing matchups each week, plus without the massive queues and blobs in Gold. Wise idea: Selecting your server before leveling could save you gems. For a feel of WvW try Thursday – most weekly matches are already decided by then and people care less about uplevels.

Recommend Tier 3 as ideal for most WvW. Higher tiers are blob fests and large queues against the same servers with predetermined outcomes every week. Lower tiers tend to be inconsistent at best.
