Tranafers to SFR – EU worked out like this.

why SFR got not that many bangwagoneers? Got ideas? ok.
1 guy bangwagons to SFR cause SFr is number 1 server in PPT.
This 1 guy, let’s call him Bob, got 5 friends on all other “hardcore” servers like RoF, Underwolrd etc etc etc. So 5 Bob’s friends transfering to SFR cause they got friend there(Bob), they don’t care about ppt AND….AND…those Bob’s friends got 5 friends each aswell that trasnfering to SFR that got “friEND” there (the guy that u saying “nice to see you” but you actually never seen him in reallife adn maybe he is not that nice oOooO).
That’s how story goes. So low Bangwagoneers on SFR, we just all friends of Bob or FRiends of friends of friends of Bob, u know what i mean.
And if you got some “friend” transfered to SFr and when u ask him “-Why?” he says:“-Becuase all my Bobs are playing here.” Ofcourse now all the Bobs transfered to SFR. We can kittening cover 4 WvW maps and all overflows in EOTM with our Bob’s friends army.

Our guild has around 15/20-30 people onto Black Gate. It’s slowly been opening up as people have been transferring off (the new YB bandwagon). Over time we’ve been getting people in by camping the transfer screen for a few hours. Understand these people are slowly coming back to the game after not playing at release and want to just come check out the game with their friends. However now it seems that’s pretty much never gonna work anymore because BlackGate is active enough in WvW that it’ll never open up. This leaves majority of us on the server with few people off who can never participate. Before there was at least hope they’d get in, now it sounds like it’s basically non-existent. Asking us to transfer 15 people off to play with 5 others is ridiculous.

Dislike this decision immensely.

so you and your guilds will need to transfer the hell out and it’s good.

some will suffer of that but it’s not more then 10%, WvW overall got only benefits of that.

guys, if u want your suggestions to be taken into account and it’s not about esports, think of how many resources it will need for devs to apply it, make it simple for them to apply and do not try to destroy already existing gaem mode.

spvp=/=pvp it’s gaem mode with it’s mechanics
spvp=/=gvg
wvw=/=gvg

gvg=…OS +2 arenas and EOTM overflow mechanics. GG

Before even if u had 3k power the ret would be not more then 280-290, right now i’m rarely getting those numbers but all retaliations hits 300+. They really ninja increased the scale to almost back what it was long time ago.

Once when i was leading a guy whispered me that he needed a POI in some enemie tower, i asnwered “10 gold”. It was some paper or t1-2 tower so i went for it just to keep it flipped and when i did opened it, i got a mail with 10 gold from that guy =)

For all the guys that doing map completition in wvw and braging about it – i will go to your fractal 50 last boss with friend and kick you all from dungeuon.

Need completition – go for it, but it’s open pvp zone and be ready to get pvp’d in chat and ingame by other players =)))

or better go cry to remove that completition from wvw, cause y i agree it’s kinda annoying sometimes for both sides of conflict.

ex-le i take turtle banner put skill 3 (5s endure pain) i put it down next guy takes it in 5s and puts antoher 5s of endure pain, he puts it down and next guy picks it up and in 5s gives 5s endure pain (overall cd on skill is 15s) so in this case it’s possible with 3 people to rotate 10 men AOE endure pain. in blob with a tiny organization…..together with quickenss from dragon banner, resistance from turtle it’s OP and it’s an exploit pls fix, thanks.

True. People tend to forget that Alpine borderlands where in decline of population since 2014. Deserted borderlands didn’t hit wwvw that much, the blobEG focus was already set. And you mostly can see that new players tend to go EB as it’s easier to understand that map and you have almost nothing to fight for and no tactics involved ussually, while BLs always let you choose what to defend, what to attack or focus another bl more, though it’s hard for those who just jump out of dungeuon.

One thing i sometimes hate is people with legendaries and tones of other suits and not even trying to do something uniq and beatiful.

Cultural T3 wars, guardians Norns, same for Charrs, Magitech gasmask engis….so ugly to see that clone wars.

TS, just try to combine pice by pice the look that you want and it will lead you to something uniq and good, if u really interested in your look, if not just go whatever first guy with 20 legendaries will advice you.

Sniper kit- great idea. 5000 range. U can just put 10 engis on tower and they will shoot out everybody from the next tower or bay or garri on wvw))) (but it’s still good idea)

Some electric/arcanian/lightning kit would be good. or Tesla Kit with confusion, teleport and mass stelath)

+ again i’m for improvments for speed of tool kit attacks skil#1 and that would be great melee

Did some looking at the POI, bulwark gyro has about 13k hp. im assuming the rest have about 8-9k. A little weak yeah, but the only 2 i see myself using are stealth and bulwark anyways. Maybe blast gyro for daze/knockback.

had same numbers by my watching. It’s kind of really makes them useless. Unless gyro has 50k hp with their mechanics in team fights of any kind it becomes uber bad.

liking the mechanics arround gyro, but health….not even 30k makes it just useless minion. taking in account that this mechanism is not even constantly attacking like other minions has it cds and follows it’s own ideas what to do mostly.

it may be balanced with it’s strong utility use and pretty short cd etc…but we should try it to say smth at least close to truth

No. It is probably just the numbers in the tool tips and hero panel that do not work. At least that that is the case with deadly mixture. Juggernaut gives the might. So your definitely dealing more damage. The only possible stat missing could be the 200 toughness. It is possible that it is simply not showing up in the hero panel. I have not tested it yet though. So it is equally possible that the defense on the trait is not working as well.

deadly mixture bugged tooltips it’s 100%. Glame jet hits harder though.

Jaggernaut additional toughness works ONLY if u got some other tougness additions:
-bloodlust buff (wvw)
- Strenght In Numbers (guardian trait)
- buff food.

So it doesn’t work in:
-wvw (without listed buffs: sin, bloodlust)
- Obsidium Sanctum
-pvp (without sin)

Galie, i spent more then 4k hours in wvw doing all variety of things in it.

I tried AA but i came back, cause you doing much better job, though ofcourse there are things that could make it much more interesting and keep a tONES of players in game.

Leagues together with unbalanced transfering on long-time basis made bad influence on wvw, causing some servers to become overstacked and some to become more empty.

I highly reccomend you to announce that it will be no more leagues in future and make server transfering based on WvW leaderboards, because after megaserver was implemented in PVE, transfering became only about WvW.

No more leagues – becuase it makes people to play wvw for some weeks and then quit because – “no league – nothing to push for” – that philosophy is going with leagues.

OS – megaserver as EOTM, it will be a big push for GvG and after that u can make and discuss about that map to make it instanced so people can play there gvg officially with some number locks etc (for ex-le, just to make a buble arround arena so noone can interfare, set prepare time (changing gear etc – 2m with ready button), set buffing time (30s) and max round time (10m, the side who got most people alive till that time wins). Make it for example as some NPC in LA/WvW that Guild Leader/Officer need to talk with to set a GvG vs another guild, and another guild leader gets the invitation by mail that he need to answer in 24h or not less then 1h prior GvG arranged time. Set a roster for that only 10+ (so you won’t have 2000 instances with people just 1v1). Other ideas i will put in gvg CDI, but i’m trying to make as simple as it could be for Devs team, becuase complexe system can take too much time.

EOTM had it pros and cons, overall i think the only thing that could be changed about it it to make normal WvW a lil bit more rewarding (scale defending an obective with people arround and set some ammout of money for that max-50s for defending something 5v30+, so no abusing will be possible)

Outnumbered buff to make a bit stronger as for PPT wise ONLY (build/repar faster etc).

The things that could change wvw alot but won’t take much work (ofc i can’t know for sure but chaning some numbers<making entire new map) are most important to think about, becuase alot of this things can be made in a small period and make huge influence on the game.

Best way to find out wich things will be bette to make is to make TS meeting with WvW server communitys (4-5 guys from each server NOT more) and ask their points of view on-air. Maybe choose a few of them who could help you in futhurmore brainstorming and can see the influence of changes not only on their own servers but on overall WvW and overall game.

Guys, it’s not about spvp, so they will think about it maybe after october.

basically now the server status can be refreshed with same frequency as before (FSP jumped during 2 days from full to very high and back to full) but now it counts from WVW population.

So if some guild doesn’t raid or 2 guilds doesn’t raid during 1-2 days the population together with status can open up, get in some scrubcakes who can’t relie on new unstable system then it getting closed with MORE people in.

Make frequency of server population change at least once per week and based on weekly activity, otherwise it makes it not much better tbh

I agree engis are great for smaller organised fights (and I played lots of them dont worry:-)) but we talk here about zerg vs zerg fights where 50+ ppl are stacked on commander trying play deathball and simply engi dont fit very well into this strategy.
I dont say we are bad we can do everything like other classes but engi has much higher skill cap in it and that imo is reason why ppl play rather other easier classes and why many engis are really bad witch is again reason why other classes dont want engis in their teams.
What I want to say mistake is on both sides – other classes dont understand capabilities of engi and lots of engis dont understad their class too.

There are some classes and roles that MUST be in zerg because we used to that gameplay, but it doesn’t mean u can’t be usefull in zerg as they are.

Poison Nades had their damage buffed to match Chill, they can do 4500 damage to glassy people combined. Grenade Barrage & Nade spam is very key with buffed Vulnerability. Really though, what I attempt to do each fight is roll the dice for Rampage and really hit it home. A Marauder Amulet class Rampage with Air/Fire and chance on hit to proc Rockets, it’s a scary thing m8

But the problem is not only on my server, it’s eveywhere. Wins those server who can bring more wvw players on borderlands or battlegrounds but not that is really better.

I whant to play with and against expirienced wvw players on WVW. If it was like 70% of regular wvw players and 30% those kittenheads it would be OK, but they just enetring it first time and staying there for hours without any understanding of how wvw works.

If u will have 2/5 players in your party in hard dungeon without expirience u will suffer from it by making it longer or totally failing. For wvw it doesn’t make it longer it makes it first: less fun second: u loose faster.

I know that each server it’s not only regular wvw players, but why the kitten u needed to add those kitteny achivments on start of the league and hardest match-ups in EU? Or u don’t know that at least 70% of players it’s brainless achivment hunters that don’t whanna have fun, they whant that kittening achiment points, that means totally NOTHING! That means they playing games for those numbers in the list but not to have a good time.

Make another achivment – “I was a kitten for my server on WVW” – 5000 AP, maybe that way they can succed faster in AP hunting and go away from the gameplay type that they don’t like.

Could u implement it 2 months earlier? So people could actually learn how to play it and if they liked it they stayed and started to cooperate wisely, but no u need causal players to try FIRST TIME WvW ON THEkittenleague.

Please put more recoures in WvW then u have now, cause this gameplay type got HUGE potential.
