I don’t know if this has been bought up before, but both the mini Moto and Mini Miya despawn if you enter water, nor can the be bought out if you are in water. I guess they just don’t like to get their feet wet.

They usually roll out large amounts of mail like this in groups, so as not to overwhelm the system I guess. I only just got mine an hour ago, your time will come.

Don’t get me wrong, I know it’s not exactly a small thing to add into a game, but I hope one day we can see Oceanic servers added to GW2.

It’s not normally a huge problem, as you can learn to do everything a second or so before you typically would (jumping, dodging etc.) But it’s really starting to show it’s ugly head with Sanctum Sprint. It’s hard to enjoy the race when you can’t use the movement skills properly. It’s just disappointing, and so I add my cries to the many others of Oceanic players I’m sure.

Throughout this video they say that it’s so people didn’t feel forced to participate in PvP in order to get their wings achievement.

I disagree with them, but there you have it.

I’d be more inclined to agree with you if you “needed” the jade weapons, but you don’t. It’s just a skin, and every few months, there’s a new batch of em. I get it, you think some of the skins are pretty, and it’d just be dandy if you could get one or two for some characters, but we simply just do not need these items.

Yes, I know it’s really, really frustrating and annoying to literally flush hard earned money away. But, all I can say is just don’t do it then. If you want to support ANet, bye items which you are sure to get. And if you don’t like their practices with chance boxes, then don’t bye them.

There will be more skins. Some of them you’ll like, some of them you won’t. Some of them will be in chance boxes, some of them won’t.

And hey, of you really have had enough, stop playing. If you aren’t having fun in a game, what’s the point?

Yeah, I have a faster way….go out and kill stuff. I got more gold and karma than I know what to do with. Gold is useless. Karma is useless. Only thing worth anything is Laurels and it’s just a headache farming those.

You are trolling right? There’s no way you can get more than (or close to) 100g for an hour of killing mobs.

Some people just don’t care about how efficiently they play games. If you do, great! Hove a blast doing what you like doing If not, again, great. Have a ball doing that!

It’d be nice to have both options. More ‘realistic’ and more ‘fantastic’. I don’t play a class with hammer (ie no heavy armour classes) but I feel the same way with medium armours. That’s my 2 cents :p

Hmm, yeah I like this idea. Take some of the dungeons of times gone buy and put mini versions of them in Fracs. Nice idea

Most of my characters have long sleeves, so they’re cut off :/ That’s my reason for not using them.

I believe it ends on the 1st for you, time zone differences I guess. After that, SAB will be gone for a while, and when it returns, there will be different weapon skins on offer, so grab your last while you still can. Moto will remain for a week or two after SAB is down however, so, as long as you have the 50 Bubbles, you should be okay.

I agree for the most part. It’s okay if everyone has their opinions, and if you prefer to play one way or another, but some people are so rude about it. Try discussing, rather than arguing…

I can just imagine, this time next year, I’ll have 2 bank tabs just for town clothing if things keep going the way they are.

I’m a sucker for town cloths. With every holiday which comes around, I buy at least one piece of town clothing. But there’s no where to put them. I don’t know if other people are suffering from the same problem, but so far my bank is full of:

I have a mouse which has two side buttons right next to each other (razer deathadder I think, silly names), so i can press them at the same time. I just bound one to dodge and one to jump. Works 90% of the time.

What, do you want everything handed to you on a silver platter? You aren’t meant to get these things within a week/s. There supposed to be long term goals.

GW2 isn’t about jumping from upgrade to upgrade. That would mean countless tiers of gear, which is a BAD thing. If it’s cosmetic things you’re aiming for, surly once you get something which you like the look of, you don’t want to be in a hurry to get rid of it.

The dailys do suck and it’s not really what they promised, I remember they saying that there would be 6 ways to complete the daily and only 4 had to be done. Whatever happened to that.

This is going to be implemented in the coming months. They always stated it wouldn’t be in January. It’d be nice if it were in the January update, but they never said it would be, so we all knew it was coming I guess.

Maybe they just need to see which Dailys the community reacts the best to or something.

Where is this treadmill and grind everyone is so upset about? I seriously don’t get it. I’m not a frivolous player by any means, and of what I do play, it’s maybe 2 hours a day. I have full exotic armour, baring the chest piece, from running a few dungeons occasionally. That’s roughly about 20 times, in the entirety I have played this game. Yes, you have to put in a little effort to get somewhere in the game, but that effort can be placed where you want it, and in a lot of those cases, it can be very little effort.

If anyone strongly believes this game is grindy or has a treadmill, please, enlighten me to exactly where it is? Because personally, I’m yet to bump into it.

1) Okay, yeah I can agree a trading system would be nice. But I wouldn’t say you’re taking a ‘risk’ if something doesn’t sell immediately.

2) When did they say WvW was PvE over PvP? It’s both, and with a greater influence of PvP. JP shouldn’t be as rewarding as they are in WvW, but for people like me who like PvP and JP, well, I absolutely adore them. If you don’t want to participate in PvP, do JP in the open world. There are tones.

Oh, and I completely disagree with your statement about speeding not being the drivers fault? :/ I hope that’s not what you meant by this and I’m just not understanding your point.

3) I suppose some people might feel this should be implemented, but then again after, as you said you learn the hard way, you’re not going to do it again are you?

In fact, you can use the new Laurels which are coming this update to purchase them.

It’s one of a few different kinds of potions which you can get from BLC I think. They transform you into objects such as trees or chests… Not a hack.

A-net could have certainly handled the situation better. And their communication is not up to a good enough standard. At all.

But if you’re asking whether or not something is an exploit, you know yourself that there is definitely a possibility that it IS an exploit. Even when nobody responds, be reasonable and just don’t do it anyway. Is in-game gold and items really worth that much? Those who continued to do this after asking if it was an exploit were actually saying they knew it could be wrong, but went on doing it anyway.

Perma ban is harsh, and I don’t necessarily think it was a reasonable punishment at all. But a punishment of some kind had to be handed out. I think a better approach would have been a temp ban and deletion of gold/items obtained from exploitation. But maybe that isn’t possible once it’s been circulating through the economy for that long? :/

Personally I don’t think there’s anything wrong with nudity if it’s handled maturely, tastefully and makes sense in whatever context it’s in. The Witcher 2 is a pretty good example of a mature game with tasteful nudity. And it’s only present when nudity would be expected in that sort of situation. Plus, the game is really an ‘adult’ game. Not just because Triss and Geralt have a bit of sexy time or that prostitution exists in the universe, but the game is full of themes like political intrigue, racial deprivation etc. So you don’t see people just walking around in the starkers. How much sense does it really make to be hopping around town without any pants?

There’s another issue I have here too. A lot of people have referenced AoC for its upper body nudity. I’ve never played AoC but I do know some about the game. From what I’ve heard (and correct me if I’m wrong) but only female characters can become nude, and only partially so. Breasts and that’s it. Males have no real ‘sexuality on top’, but this mature and natural body accepting game found it too vulgar to include anything below the waist as it were? Is this what people want from GW2 as well? Because this seems just a little bit like sexualisation of just the ladies here.

Now, if GW2 had a more mature theme going on, I suppose I’d be more open to the idea of possible nudity existing, but really, you’re a lad or lass set on a journey across the continent to help farmers and towns with menial tasks with the end goal of defeating an ever present threat of dragons. It kind of sounds like something you’d read in a fairy tale (not that I don’t really enjoy the story of GW2, because I do :p) I just don’t see where nudity would really make sense in the grand scheme of things.

Again this is all just my personal opinion and everyone is more that entitled to have their own. Plus, I rather like hearing other’s opinions on the matter
