I’m in a guild called Hakuna Matata and we are based on Aurora Glade [EU], so you may have to transfer but welcome to guest with us.

We are a small, mature (18+), friendly, family type guild with about 55 members spread across Europe but mostly from UK and we all speak English. We have couples, students, people working etc. and mostly active during evenings from 19:00-00:00 GMT and all day weekends. We welcome all players with different backgrounds and discrimination is not tolerated.

We are a social guild and a tight-knit community, where we are first name basis and like to know each other, but respect people who wish to remain what’s private in their lives. We do require members to represent us.

Our guild has members who are completely new to GW2 and others who have done most things in game. We like to do things together regardless which stage people are at and we actively do and encourage our members to invite those are new to things, such as dungeons. We do not exclude people from events unless it’s the game that limits them.

We are laid back and helpful so there is no raging or drama in our guild, and we like to have a laugh now and then

We are mostly PVE but some do go to WvW or PVE. Our speciality is dungeons, but we do some other events like doing dailies together, gathering high tier crafting materials in teams, meta events or doing guild missions.

We have all the upgrades except the upgrades after guild bounty.

Hakuna Matata [HM] is a small, welcoming and friendly guild on Aurora Glade [EU] for mature players (18+).

We’ve been running since beta and currently have 60 members with about 10-20 members online between 19:00 – 00:00 GMT weekdays, and mostly all day during weekends, but you’ll find some of our members online anytime of the day.

The guild I’m from Hakuna Matata would be a great place for you.

We’re a small close-knit guild based in Aurora Glade with full guild upgrades and we have about 50 members, 10-20 active members everyday, that are across Europe with different backgrounds. We’re a mature, friendly guild (although we do like to have a laugh now and then in chat) and regularly do events with each other every day, if we can.

Most of us have families, are working, or studying and mostly on during from 16:00 GMT to 00:00 during weekdays, but you’ll find a few in the early mornings or early afternoon. Weekends we are mostly on all day.

We have a wide range of players with different player experiences, from veterans to new, but we like to mix the team so that everyone gets to participate and if you’re new to something, you’ll be helped with very patient friendly leaders/members who’ll guide you along the way.

We’re mostly PVE focused (dungeons, fractals, farming across cursed shore etc) and we require that you represent us 100% of the time and communicate with us in guild chat (a simple hello when you log on will do ). We don’t have mandatory events, but it’s great if you can join an event we’ve planned on the website or join in a random event suggested at the time.

Mesmer traited in toughness I think to include temporal curtain to reflect projectiles also I think the focus phantom can block the projectiles.

The Time Warp usually just place to the side that has most players that can move into it

This method does not use the initial ‘stealth’ crystal placement or standing on places to avoid projectiles.

Assign roles
- 1 fan, 1 left panel, 1 right panel, the others dps

- Place 4 crystals each side
—- those in charge of the side panels to pickup and insert one crystal into the panel as quickly as possible. Afterwards, gather the other 3 crystals for each side and place near the panel then to help dps boss
—- check now and then (you can see each other’s bar meters across the room) and insert crystal when meter bar has depleted

Fan guy has it easy – just need to be next to panel, range dps and check meter bars now and then

Ranging is easier to avoid projectiles and strafe left and right to try and dodge them. Unless the boss is not using projectiles or melee can shield from the boss’s projectiles (thief, mesmer curtain i think (not feedback bubble – doesnt work)

Those dpsing try and be close to the ones near the panels and fan to help ressing

Need good dps since you got limited crystals. A mesmer Time Warp helps (Huge pink bubble) quickens all skills to those in it.

Very annoying while fighting in fractals

Yeah lots of reflects, but sometimes I stay at the starting area position, right click mouse and change camera to look up and target the nearest harpy. Range attack and change camera position to look more at your floor – this will give you a better view of the red ring appearing on the ground to avoid the knockback energy missiles.

I can range most harpies from the starting area position.

Very easy to dodge the bombs and you can anticipate it as he stands still with his arms spread out ready to launch them.

Also, if you have a good mesmer in your group, they can cast the feedback dome to reflect the bombs to himself.

Agreed, share the MF, but if not put an inspect gear option, or remove the stat.

It’s tiring getting the one or two who are selfish in not helping the group but want better loot for themselves

I really enjoyed it and my favourite part is the clock tower – I played it so many times and didn’t get bored.

The other great moment was getting the endless halloween tonic

Anyone else having problems with team members not joining the same dungeon?

I like playing with a group of people, it’s fun travelling and achieving a goal together. At first it was hard and frustrating but after practising and completing it I find it enjoyable to do repeats .. sometimes I purposely fail if I see no-one behind me anymore.

The only thing I want to change is the timer – you have to wait for someone to either die or enter the tower with the chest, or if you do complete it you have to wait a very long time due to the group just entering the game as you just exited the tower.

Really enjoyed doing this puzzle and the loot was nice too ^^

GTX 570, i5 2500k

Before the last two updates I had no issues with fps drops or lags and I could play smoothly in WvW zerg vs zerg massacre.

Using the same graphics driver and after gw2 updates, I get fps drops just moving my camera around in arcs in pve and it’s unplayable in wvw. Sometimes it causes a blue screen or pc to black out after playing for a while.

They did it again and I lost my gold – the outage a week ago I never got my purchases and last night I got a dye drop worth 3g and put it on TP but got rolled back.

This and the other problems it just keeps getting worse

Yep floods of them showing up at Cursed Shores’ DE areas wearing the same armour and signet builds, standing at the same spot until an enemy is close to them.

Levelling to 80 and gearing up, the entire journey wasn’t difficult but longer compared to other professions. I had no problems getting into or doing dungeons or doing the non-group skill points solo after 100% the world. I enjoyed switching to other abilities. But when you compare the reward::effort to others for example, warriors, it’s depressing.
