I also tested Scourge in WvW. After i tested it with full Trailblazer i realised there is no point to even evaluate the damage because you only get false reports due to bugged burning ticks on downstates (thats why scourges get heavy dps spikes).

But honestly if you take 280k dmg in 20 seconds.. your positioning is terrible

Scourge is not even OP… everyone is overreacting cuz they see big numbers in wvw with DPS meters.. those are mostly caused by insane burning spikes which tend to happen on downstates cuz of bugged traits/skills with dhuumfire. Once that is adressed the damage will be 1/3 already. In the graph i was top dps in a open field fight in SM lordsroom while i had healing power main stat.

Scourge is definitely a good condi spamm class but even alot stronger in its support role which everyone seems to ignore at the moment

i dont understand the being rewarded for losing discussion here… in many pug raids are so terrible players who also just get carried… where is the difference?

pvp – u can be good or bad get rewards
wvw – u can be good or bad get rewards
raids – u can be good or bad (getting carried by the others) get rewards lol

literally why? the hole is absolutely against every type of play.. even if its only visual its absolutely missplaced….any kind of statement towards it?

I would liek to know why there is a ktitening hole in the middle of the GH Arena? like…. GvG guilds don’t want holes in the middle of their battlefield?

I have the problem that some of the communing hero challenges wont work for the xunlai ingot for example Burnisher Quarry.

Okay so as a 90% WvW player let me share my PoV.

While i disagree highly with alot of new PvE people who jus twant quick rewards i also somewhat agree.

The pip / ticket aquisation seems pretty hard to balance, some wvw players would also love more rewards for kills, but french & spanish servers would just run even more than they do already and make the game even more boring, extra pips / tickets for objectives would promote even more karma train and make people avoid fights again.

Outnumbered buff should all together be removed, while i understand the idea behind it to reward players on outnumbered maps – let’s be honest 99% of people just afk for more pips. Maybe change it that on outnumbered maps u actually have to do events.

Shared participation should also be removed, the amount of grief and rage i encountered because people want to leech is ridiculous.

In general i can also say the time gate behind the backpiece is not a problem at all. 15 weeks seems fine to keep people motivated (we wvw players will continue anyway).

how ever the time needed to be able to get the weekly cap of tickets is ridiculous even as a WvW veteran. If u mainly play WvW u’l lstill need an average of 2hours a day in active WvW. For people wh owork they will be stuck in Q for ~ 1h first. And thats for ppl at rank 2,5k+. New people got absolute no chance for max rewards and need between 20-40hours max a week of ACTIVE WvW. This is literally irresponsible.
New people will just leave again because it simply takes TOO long.

I would take a look at the pip distribution and increase it, because it doesnt matter if people who are like rank 5k-10k be done with weekly caps in 5h total because thos are the people who will keep playing wvw anyway, but the system must be adjusted to keep the new people in WvW.

Commander’s and their Lts can organize the squads however they want, and its no secret what the current meta is…

All you need to sucessfully zerg and win fights is G/N/R and maybe boonshare mesmers.

in the squads i run or organize we even kick eles if we have more cleave.

whatever skill you use after epi will give you the condis

I’m also surprised why they dont put the Insignia in for Magnetide Shards.. like 250 / 500/ So its still a time gate but not as much.

You can’t be at the top at the leaderboard without PVP and WvW. You need all aspects of the game.

Exactly but they play it because they have to, with another way they could stick to whatever they like the most.

Dear Anet this is just getting ridiculous….

there should be a serious revamp for AP in general…

no one should be locked out from any rewards which AP give… why should only PvE players get permanent bonuses? why can’t WvW and sPvP players get some too?

Why should only PvE players be at the top of a leaderboard, why not serious try hard WvW / PvP only people for earning the hardest titles. Could make 1000+ AP Points for WTS Participation and Placement so these Players get something to be acknoledged for as well. Imo the person who gets God of PvP should get ALOT more rewards / AP for actually achieving it. Ofcourse PvP Players don’t care too much for AP because they don’t really benefit from them. I’m sure if there would be section specific permanent buffs (instead of gold karma , maybe wvw rank points / spvp rank pts, reward track increase) this would be a better way.

I really don’t think AP should be only a grind so u have to play parts of the game u dont want.. but also totally removing AP from a section is also the totally wrong way.

Because everytime something has a lot of effot people will keep complaing about how impossible it is to get… so just add so much more that it actuallt is impossible to farm everything and people can focus of what they enjoy and earn their AP for whatever reason that way.

There should be alot more AP tied to wvw and spvp. There shouldn’t be any way u can complete everything. Why should wvw only and spvp only player be locked out of ap rewards? Why they don’t get a chance I’d different permanent quirks? (like more rank points instead of gold or karma which they can choose).

I think the whole ap system should get an overhaul. So everyone gets enough ap and the rewards ties to it for its own focus.

Trial

Trial consists of a PvP trial to define your ability to read your opponent and adapt to the situations. After the PvP trial you get instant feedback no matter if you get the WvW trial or you get declined.

for quite a while now it happens to appear that especially in guild fights down states keep moving in one direction even they’re down and should be on point…

so while fighting mordremouth, it bugged out.. after killing rytlock and marjory and the flying phase at roughly 50% he just spazzed out doing circles for … idk 10 mins straight so i gave up .

So i’ve been running arround DS for a while on on going as well as on finished maps.. and my machetes just keep on stacking while i rarely find any pots… is there a hidde nspot for them to spawn or am i kittened? xD

So im running fractal atm and we’re on cliffside… on the last stage where u have to hit the seal usually twice (cuz it healed abit) the hammer disappears as soon as u pick it up..

I was mostly using Dxtory with Lagarith Lossless Codec – worked fine for me average fps loss of 5. (4770k & 7970)

So when i logged into my beta character and visited every single town i got the map completion thing… opening them in verdank brink the 26k exp convert 1:1 to mastery xp.. will this stay for the future? or is this not intended?

on a serious note i think 2500 is just fine… people forget how long they actually needed for it.. i bet most people didnt even pay attention cuz they would never egt it anyways but on popular servers it might take more than a few months to get it which is already longer than any other achieve.

What if you transfered very recently with a price much higher than the new one will be?

well last time we figured you can damage the mobs before the portal actually spawns.. maybe we killed them while being “on the other side of the portal” ?
