Radiant Retaliaton is still bugged. It is the XIII trait in radiance and it worked when it was released. I am curious as to when you will either fix it, or give guardians a trait that will actually work?

The mursaat betrayed all the other races, which is why the dragons were able to come back. so glint made the flameseeker prophecies were the titans came down to destroy the mursaat (which the heros of gw1 helped to fulfill) and only lazarus survived because he locked his power away in trinkets so he wasnt a mursaat anymore. the people who had the trinkets died when lazarus took them back, so justicar naveed went into hiding so that lazarus couldn’t fully resurect, and so lazarus wouldnt kill him.

so i can see lazarus finding the last trinket to restore himself, and assisting the destruction of the dragons, but since only 1 is left, how can their be more than 1 in gw2?

so i am supposed to be able to get naything in the game without having to grind or spend real money… yet it took me over a week to get the 360 gems i needed for 10 transmute crystals. so if it takes over a week to get those, how am i supposed to get a limited time item for 800 w/o using any real world money?

secondly when i started playing this game, i could have easily gotten 2400 for the amount i got 360 for… so why such a huge increase? to kitten us over and make people spend more money then they have to spend? and if the person doesnt have the money to spend, how is this in any way fair for all players in the game.

so i’m still having trouble seeing how your marketing campaign to people like me is anything but false advertisement (legal issue if you must know)

lets face it, zergs can be fun esp for farming. The problem is that when you released this game you said no grinding. well as this game evolves (based off of the way you update it) it is becoming more and more popular to be apart of a zerg, mainly for farming reasons, or wvw.

ive never been a big fan of zergs, and thier is no benifiet to not being in a zerg other than your own pace, but then you get less, and usually screwed over by the zerg, or you have to listen to ppl in the zerg kittening at you for screwing them up/over.

either way, you have to but up with a major headache if your in an area in pve if their is a zerg present (some areas its nice, like arah), and if you dont want to grind, being in a zerg is nothing more than a headache.

so im not a big wvw, i will go in and play from time to time, but not alot. the problem is i cant get map completion on any of my 6 lvl 80’s. the reason being because i cannot finish off the green barderlands. For over 3 months now my server has been switching from blue to red and back again.

im just tryng to figure out how im supposed to craft a legendary or get the title if my server isnt big on WvW, If the system you set up does not allow me to complete the map, or if i never get a precurser drop? (have 6lvl 80’s and i hat to buyt a precurser, granted turned out a bit premature)

my suggestion is have world completion strictly pve, so that your not relying on others to obtain it (lets face it, not everyone’s schedule matches up)

so… started playing with my engy and i noticed that one of the resent updates makes the rocket turrent tool belt skill ground targeting. i use the trait with my tool belt that shoots out an electric bolt (too lazy to sign onto engy atm) everytime i sue a tool belt skill.
not only has that been a little buggy to begin with, but now it seams that i might as well not even have that trait 50% of the time. at least before it always worked. on top of that, the rocket ground targeting is just crap…. one of the reason why i wnet for my build was that none of the tool belt skills had ground targeting, and now anet just fed that up with the rest of the tool belt. i dont even know why i am postin this, because just like countless other bugs, it will never get fixed. Just gonna have to face the fact that ill have to completly redo my engy or just never play with one of my lvl 80’s (and yet anet doesnt give you refund for time wasted after they kitten you over).

If the attitude in your post here is the same as in your submitted support tickets, I’d ignore you too. Glad I’m not in the customer service industry where people have to deal with this on a daily basis…

For future reference, be nice/respectful in your support tickets and you will almost always receive a helpful response. I’ve submitted maybe 5-ish tickets to them and all have been dealt with quickly, with me only having to deal with the initial automated response. Probably because I skipped all the QQ and got straight to the point.

Considering this thread isn’t an actual bug report, deleting it would simply be following the rules they set up for this sub-forum. It doesn’t prove you wrong or right.

I am nice the first couple times i try and contact them about a problem, but you can see how far that gets me.

If your question is answered in the automated responses, chances are you should have just typed your problem into google and it woulda taken you less than 5 mins, i.e. your the kind of person those responses are for.

thats actually impressive timming….. now what about all those other ingame bugs people have been having trouble with since beta? or what about the bugs that have been getting released with game “updates”?

makes me think this update wont fix a whole lot, but also that the only way you would release it is if you have a few bugs to go with it

every time i try to say something in guild chat, all i get back is no one care hear you and no one can, even though i am part of a guild. Re-loging did fix myproblem, but the point is that the problems shouldn’t exist in the first place

think their is now 15 or 20 bugs that go away with a re-log now… and yet anet hasnt gotten a clue about it

I dont know why i even bother posting kitten about actual in game bugs, its not like its gonna get fixed anytime in the next year… starting to think that its their job to release bugs into the game instead of fix the millions that “accedently” get past all their extensive testing and make it into the game

this is a bug that has been going around now before this living world update. anet just doesnt care to update or fix it since they bugged it

Update: my brother claims when they kicked me (because i asked them to to try and let me in for cof p2) but they were still in p1 (hadn’t left) and hadn’t started p2 yet, it kicked them out of dungeon, like I started it. yet I did not start group, I wasn’t even near the gate as I had used a different wp into the zone and entered from there when prompted.

SO: maybe it’s somehow thinking there’s 2 hosts/instance owners?

sometimes it wont let you join with ppl of other servers, and when they run up to the gate to open it, they make a second instance because urs doesnt work for them. so much for extensive testing

this just happened to me on FotM when i was the instance owner at near the end of the third fractal. took a screenshot since the in game /bug system doesnt work when theirs an error message up on the screen (ikr, whats the point of being able to take a screen shot if u cant use it on an error message, how kittened is that).
But it has been happening to me on multiple dungeon runs, and it has limited how many i can do a day, b/c after a few of not being able to joins, might as well take a break, b/c the game has the oposite effect that it is supposed to have, it is making me more stressed out

and now fotm, got d/ced at the end of the third fractal, and couldn’t get back in no matter what i tried, and i couldn’t leave party cuz i was the instance owner.

says that the instance is full, yet their are only 4 ppl in it.

When i get a group together for ac, either i cannot enter their instance, or t creates 2 instances. The only way to fix it is guesting, and I only have 2 guests a day.

this has pretty much ruined the dungeon for me

was running FotM and unequiped my back peice. Normally i have 35 ar, but when i re-equipped it, my ar drop to 30, nothing changed on the equipment itself

when i noticed it, i tried it out with other items, just to find myself trying to do maw on a lvl 30 FotM w/ 5ar, when i was supposed to have 35ar.
after words, when we finished and i was back in LA i checked my stats again, and it said i had 35 ar like i was supposed to

or mountain areas. one of magumaa’s is that you have to kill a portal dude down in the CoE area ( they spawn around the map) and jump into the portal they create to get to the area.
their is also a jumping puzzle thats easy to miss cuz of how well the entrance is, but it is in the upper right hand corner (all the way in the corner) of that same map

have ben in and out of parties all morning just to try and do 1 path of ac, just to find out that the new bug in game doesnt let every server enter in to dungeons of all the other servers. from what i have seen, it affects everyone differently as to when it pops up, but unless you guest on one of the other servers that opened it, you cannot get into the same instance of the dungeon. the message box pops up and asks if you would like in, and if you click yes, it just goes away and leaves you in the area. if you try to enter the dungeon manually, it just creates a new instance. if you leave and re-join the pt, it doesnt work.

the only thing that does is guesting to a new server

Whenever i create a support ticket, i get what seams to be an automated response from someone who couldn’t even read. When responding to it, no matter what it is I say, the other person simply does not seam to read it, yet I am supposed to read their whole response even when it doesnt help me because they did NOT respond to my question?

Their is also a couple that the support team has closed out of MULTIPLE TIMES without ever even sending me one response. I even re-opened them, just to have the support team BLATANTLY ignore me.

Also, when all else fails, they tell me that they have submitted the problem to the development team, and for my future reference, i can use the in game /bug or the forums to let the development team know, WHICH JUST DOES NOT WORKS!!!!! either the dev team doesnt care, which would be proven by their actions, or they never actually get the messages, meaning the corporate ceo’s of anet dont care and are intentionally screwing over the gamers.

Deleting this post only proves me right, if moderators want to prove me wrong, well actions do speak loader than words, and you can see what words your actions have inspired so far….

I have already emailed Support about this and to be perfectly honest I am getting nowhere with it, even after FIVE responses. I’m really hoping someone here can read and understand fully the problem I am having. The fact that every single response I’ve had from ANET regarding this issue has been about a problem I am NOT having is rather frustrating. We as players are asked and expected to read everything; read the terms of use, read the rules, read the conditions and fine print before doing, playing, buying anything. First off, i have made countless support tickets, just to have the tell after a few responses that i need to stop swearing at them because their ppl too and dont like it, and yet every time they respond to me IT is the same response as if an automated machine was responding to me, and no they do not read, i have pointed this out to them lots of times. They have even gone as far as to claim that they are actual people, which really isn’t too re-assuring considering that someone with a HS diplomat, or a GED, can read. (realy does make it quite sad when you think about it, but hey, at least they can employ ppl without the proper credentials to do their jobs that they obviously cannot do, LOL)

Secondly, Anet claims to do extensive testing, that, unless by extensive testing they mean that they release new content and wait for the gamers to tell them what the bugs are that need to be fixed, Anet does not actually perform any extensive testing. Hell, a ton of the bugs that we report to them they just simply dont even care about, and i honestly think they have proved that from to the gamers. I have gone as far as asking them for a word by word description of what it is they mean by extensive testing on the forums and it has been almost a month and still no response!

Basically, anet really does NOT care about the gamers, only that their is enough to fill their pockets with. Anet does not care about the end gamer experience, only that you buy gems. they dont care about their promises they make to the gamers about the game, only that they get rich. And they dont care that they are loosing customers because of all that, only that their are still some to take their bait.

Anet says that they dont like responses that are rude to the other employee’s or to other gamers, and because of this, the moderators may delete this post soon, because they also dont like it when you point out their flaws, or their problems to the community. This poses me to ask a question, how can one expect that Anet actually cares about the gamers, when their actions show other wise?

Hell, i still have questions on the support tickets that have NOT been answered, but THEY decided to mark them as closed

The thing is just that winning doesn’t give you the best farming result. I hope next invasion event going to balance them a little bit more.

Thing is farming results should be best when event is sucessful. That is Anet’s mistake on this event. Another thing is that commander tags should be used by people that are leading wvw army not by people that are leading farmer army, thats another Anet’s mistake.

Why is it a mistake? Obviously there’s a lot of people out there that want the commander tags to lead to good farming locations. You seem to be in the minority on this issue.

anet claims to do extensive testing yet they usually have to release major update shortly after a living story, meaning that they did NOT do extensive testing or at least they did not test it in a similar environment as the FULL release of the game, and how it is played.

either way, it means that they are FALSELY saying that they are doing the extensive testing when it is not getting done.. at least not right

on Vorpp’s portal invasion closer, i have been stuck at 80% complete for the last 2 invasions, hell, i even got the bonus chests.

Just seams pointless to have the even farmable when the corwn pavilion is still open, but so many ppl farm the event, it just has become an epic fail. Problem is, their are PPL who are ACTUALLY trying to do the event, and the commanders basically screw them over.
ive gotten to the point that if their is enough commanders farming, that ill just take of my tag after a couple events and go afk till scarlet shows up, if she shows up. whis means im not playing, b/c other PLAYERS are ruining the game for me

Recently their has been loads of commanders just farming the pirates instead of actually completing the event, making it quite difficult to work on living story and achievements for them. Even after they have been asked to stop farming and actually participating so we can clear the event, they just give the rest of us kitten. On top of that, they DO NOT tell anyone following them that they r just farming, and not completing he event.

Something does need to be done about this, or when you plan out these huge meta’s, this needs to be taking into consideration

if you die in the lava, their is no way you can get back up.
You bleed off over 4k dmg every second, so ppl cant rez, and their is no retry from check point or wp to get you up

Kicking someone to overflow so they cannot even participate in the event is kittening kittened. I can understand the need to control the drop rate and lechers, but having it were ppl cannot even enter the event, is really stupid, its the worst option you could have gone with, esp w/ only a 10 min window

please go into event viewer and view the log (can beleive NO ONE SUGGEST THIS FIRST ><) it should have some critical errors recorded, need their information. (if your want, you could prob google those codes yourself and find the fix, but thats dependent on personal ability)

while your waiting on the response, try to uninstall and re-install the game (seriously, such simple options and answers, yet no one resort to these first event though it’ll tell you almost exactly whats going on, though some interpretation may be needed)

if that doesnt work, after your next blue screen, robbot your pc and hit the windows key to pull up the start menu, and type in the search box “Event Viewer”. It may atek a bit for everything to load, but once it does you can view critical system msgs (under critical and error), and hen you can post the error codes and what they say here

based on your error, this should have been done first, but thats true for all critical stop errors (blue screens) before going to the next step. I waould also go through the drivers manually and check to make sure you have the proper ones installed.

i am also curious as to your case and your coiling options you are using (i.e. if the heatsink and fan were stock retail that came w/ the cpu or thirdparty, and your video card, which right now i am under the impression it is build int the mb, in which case i will need you mb specs (make and model))

The reason why i am curious is that any other product/software/service that claims to do this does NOT have even 1/10 of the problems your game has, let alone half of them

why is it hat anet releases these bugs into the game through the living stry then never bother to fix them before it ends?
happened with he last living story. the aspect arena races, had 1 min timer at the finish line, if u didn’t move u got kicked. and their was no reason to move until THE NEXT RACE BEGAN. or when the candidate trials started, and NOTHING was cross server, but apparently the vote was? just a TON of little things that made absolutely no sense and made you wonder how culd they claim to hae done EXTENSIVE TESTING yet miss SOOOOOOO MANY BIG THINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

on that note, you really expect them to do anything about this before it ends? hell they haven’t even fixed the ballon tower in queensdale thats been broken since day one?

Anet needs to remember that actions speak loader than words, and if they keep this up, they are going to show the gamers how little they care, and they are going to have to keep relying on new gamers to make money so they can keep the game going.
