This is just dumb. Wtf have you people done? You took a game that was already a complete destruction of the glorious Gw1 and just made it even worse. SHAME on you.
I think that next and all other tournaments should work exactly the way how GW1 automated tournaments worked. No one ever had a single complaint about that system. It is flawless, unbiased and fair.
This is exactly what I was about to say. The Gw1 GvG tournaments were flawless. I’ll assume that is why Gw2 did not cross it over. It was organized and only people that dedicated time to PvP were in them. I don’t understand why everything in this game has to be so unorganized and unfair to the PvP community. Hence the reason I left to go back to MineCraft PvP.
1. Adding the Zodiac armour skin is by far what was need for rebuild of the sPvP community. As soon as I bought it I came back to the game and have achived esports greatness.

You can only ask for a refund within 6 months of purchase. Funny, how people that “believe” in them (“ANet”) are being punished for it by not getting their money back. I refunded my EU account not too long ago. @Fugazi – People never even bothered the beta cause it was garb.
That is not true. Lots of Gw1 players did the beta and knew instantly that this was going to be kitten since it took PvP out of it. This is not even PvP.
This game is complete garb. It will never get better. It’s dead faster than it started. People were turning their back in beta. Why didn’t I listen to them. GG!

We’ve mentioned a few times prior that we’re looking at rebalancing the top-end of ranks to make them more attainable. We came to this decision after player feedback persuaded us to leave ranks into the game, rather than cut them.
The amount of rank points needed to hit 80 is too darn high.
This is the best thing I have ever heard from a Dev. Keep up the good work.
Has anyone reached rank 80 yet? or seen this finisher/have a video of the finisher? because I haven’t and I am really curious to see what it actually looks like, as I remember watching a video of the rank 70 phoenix finisher around 5 months ago and thinking that one looked pretty nice.

They told them in alpha. Then in beta. Then at release. Then 1 year in. Then 18 months in they listen. Honestly, listening AND cleverly evaluating feedback is a key to all types of design. Anet dropped the ball on this one.

Opinion: Conquest is the best mode ever. Was the best mode in battlefield and every game that has it.
Fact: Conquest only really works on foefire where the points are large enough to have teamfights and use movement (what the game is all about) without getting decapped instantly.
The cap points on all the other maps need to be enlarged to be as big as the ones on foefire. Graveyard always has great teamfights and even the sidepoints there let you move around.
Fact: Conquest is boring as all hell.
Fact: Conquest might be more fun in a 6v6 or 7v7.
Fact: PvP should not only have one mode.
