druid, dragonhunter, rev, thief, scrapper, ele “meta pvp builds” are using power based amulets (6 out of 9 classes) and you can also play war, mes and necro with a power based amu…, pls tell me more about condis breaking pvp, or condis being “meta”
after 3 seasons it is still mmr hell and totally not you ^.^

if someone doesnt enjoy playing i would recommand a break, log off, shut down your pc, go out, take a walk and breath, eat something, drink something…, log on again and start enjoying the game
druid being mediocre in pvp? its just the best support class in game right now and destroys your apex predator dragonhunter in 1vs1 (also a proper played scrapper beats, atleast doesnt lose against dh and revenant has an advantage against dh and its possible to beat dh with condi necro/reaper, becouse dh doesnt have enough condiclear to cleanse everything)
guys i have a suggestion, learn to play gw2 pvp (you dont have to facetank traps, you are allowed to move out of them, or not to step in them to avoid trapdmg)

(my suggestion is to remove dolyak rune from pvp, becouse of the sixth bonus a druid gets astral form to often)
in my opinion druid would feel more balanced, if pvp team removed rune of dolyak from pvp
in my opinion druid gets celestial avatar form to often, becouse of the passive regen the rune offers
this is my wvw build, you have a disadvantage playing against condi heavy builds, becouse you cant remove enough condis (you can use consume conditions instead of your soul is mine)
the only thing, that i would change with druid is astral force gain through dolyak runes

i played this build from diamond to legendary tier in last pvp season (one needs to kite a lot and position proper)…, in some situations this build lacks condiclear (especialy against condireapers and condiberserkers), just use consume conditions instead of your soul is mine, if you think you need the extra condiclear
if your team dont have an ele and enemies do, than play close/far and try to outrotate ele, easy as that

i would prolly remove the amulet, wich meta chrono is using, becouse of it chronos are tanky and are able to deal very good amount of dmg…, there are many other amus, wich have same amount of condi dmg, but less tankiness…, in my opinion you should be tanky and survive for long, or do dmg and die quick, but not both
there is one thing, that bothers me with chrono and it is the synergy between persistence of memory (shattering a phantasm recharges all phantasm abilities by 2 secs) and echo of memory (shield nr4) (there are also other phantasm related traits wich give an overall advantage to the combo)…, with this trait a chrono can block very often, to often in my opinion…, combined with other invulns chrono is able to deal dps and defend himself, not taking dmg for to long at the same time…, in my opinion a class should be vulnerable, if it is going to dmg others
in my opinion you shoudnt kill a bunker in 1vs1, if bunker plays proper and if you cant kill a bunker in 2/3vs1, than its a l2p issue for me, and if youre trying to kill a bunker with two other bunkers, than its again a l2p issue, it should be a common sense, that a bunker cant kill another bunker and you should rotate elsewhere (unless you fight on your own node, than youre actualy winning, becouse enemie bunker is useless, couse he cant kill you)
if you cant kill a bunker in 1vs1, than take some skills, wich kicks/pushes enemies off node, so you can decap and cap over time, this is also a legit tactic to beat a bunker, even if you cant kill him by yourself

@kuroblack…, indeed, if you dont rupt key healskills, or poison them in the right moment and tempest(water overload), or druid(celestial avatar) is able to sustain itself, becouse you dont know what you do, than those 2 classes are no skill and braindead…, its always the others, right?

@suffish…, my suggestion will not stop anyone who is going to rage and afk, my suggestion encourages players to not stop to play the game, just becouse there is no reason atm to continue to play (if youre playing only for pips), if your team is going to lose anyway and atm everyone loses a pip for a lose, no matter how much pts your team made, but if there would be a pts treshhold, where you dont lose any pips there would be a reason (except if you play for enjoyment) to continue to play

high single target dps…, you can play with offhand dagger, instead of warhorn, but warhorn is better, becouse of interrupt and lifeforce gain…, instead of zerker amu you can play with knights to be more tanky, no one will be able to burst you down, but your dps will be nearly halved
if you want to play with gs as you used to play with dagger/warhorn pre hot, than youre right…., gs doesnt rly work, its weaker
gs offers a new, unique way of playstyle, wich is different from dagger/warhorn, but not worse…, learn it and get used to it

instead of playing with marauder amu try to play with a defensive amu like soldiers and daredevil runes (6th effect: your next attack after a dodge will crit)
in my opinion daredevil isnt a dps specc, but a tanky specc and with all those evades and the physical heal with trait you can dodge 24/7 on the node, while doing dps (dodge dps trait ^^)
this is how i play…, im using longbow most of the time, though, couse in melee range im taking to much damage from enemies and if i dont pay any attention i would be permadead (im using greatsword rather defensive…, im also working a lot with lb nr3 to survive longer)
i dont really have any problems with dying to fast, or often

the only thing, that i would change is gravedigger spam below 50% of enemies life, becouse its boring in pve and to effective against downstates in pvp
@Tux…., rifle and longbow, warrior has also higher mobility (with certain weapons), than condi mes
and pls keep in mind, that not every class/specc is able to fight against all kind of other classes speccs
duno against what build you played, but in general a condi mes with scepter and stealth punishes mindless spam, or to fast use of abilities
you need to play different against condi mes, than against most other speccs…, its build and gameplay variety (if you didnt know, the best way to fight a condi mes is to outrange it and to destroy the illusions as soon as the mesmer stealths)

i will try to play druid with zealot gear, becouse i like the idea of an offensive supporter and i dislike healer only classes
if zealot will not work as good for me as i imagine, than i will be playing powerranger (zerker/knight)

i dont like healers, but druid seems to be impressive and it will enable a new way to play gw2, especially in pve/wvw
i have a question, are you aware, that chaos line has two more grandmaster traits and did you use them, or would you use them inseatd of pu? if your answers are no, than you should admit, that pu is overperforming
and lets be realistic, pu nerf is just minor, it wont affect stealth burst, or stealth decaps

i dont think, that ele needs a nerv, becouse besides cele dd ele the class isnt to strong at all…., in my opinion only the burn stacks/application need to be reduced, becouse cele dd ele is able to stack many burn stacks to fast
and if ele will fall out of the meta warriors as bunkers/supporters will return…, necro will not take over, just becouse hambow warrior is able to beat necro on node and also decap/hold the cap against necro 1vs1
and if ele burns will be reduced we will see more engis, i guess

i tried this build in pvp, i wanted to play a tanky dps reaper to avoid thieves, mesmers, warriors and powerrangers bursts and to be able to bunker a node up to two enemies (depends on their speccs) until help arrives
-gravedigger crits up to 5k
-axe range feels to short, though (would be nice, if axes nr1 and nr2 range could be increased from 600 to 900)
-“fluid” lifeforce generation
-as third utility i tried suffer (used it rather only to chill enemies), flesh worm and signet of undeath (the signet felt rather useless in comparisson to other utilities)
-second minor trait in reapers specc line feels useless, becouse of lack of fear (i would like to see a secondary effect for this trait…e.g. 10% more dmg against chilled enemies)
-i like the shoutheal, but i feel forced to use consume conditions, if i dont play with other condi cleanse/transfer utilities (maybe increase “suffer” transfered condis from 1 to 2) (condicleanse in shroud isnt enough against condiburst)
-i tried to use the shroud only to mitigate enemy big hits/to get stab/to chill enemies with nr5 and not for dps, becouse autoattack feels pretty weak…, shroud nr2 is nice for mobility, though
-its very hard to keep up with/to play against high mobility classes (zerker gs warrior, thief, mesmer)

the problem of ele burn isnt might, the problem is, that ele can stack burn constantly and those abilities have pretty low cd (even though, i think, that a class shoudnt be able to stack up to 25 mightstacks and maintain them during a fight by itself without the help of teammates)

i would like to suggest an improvement to reaper minor traits, becouse in my opinion they are a bit lackluster, if a player doesnt have enough fears, or chill
becouse one of the theme of reaper is about chill and chilling enemies, i suggest to give the reaper an ability (minor trait) to chill enemies around him, if he/she enters reapers shroud
the ability could work alike weakening shroud, but instead of inflicting weakness and bleeding, it would chill enemies around the reaper in a small radius for few seconds
chill on entering shroud would help to keep enemies in melee range and enemies could counter this ability, if they outrange the reaper
i myself love on shroud effects and i would like to see at least one for the reaper, becouse reapers specialization line doesnt have any, and this suggestion would improve the reaper minor traits

pvp perspective
in my opinion necro has to low lifeforce generation in general without investing in traits and skills, wich boost the lifeforce generation and therefore it is like necro need to have specific traits to not to feel awful bad without them
not to forget, that shroud is also necros defensive mechanic, keeping necro alive and as a necro i want to fill it up as quick as possible and becouse of this i rather choose traits/skills, wich allow me as a necro to gain lifeforce, or to sustain the shroud, even if i have to put aside other traits/skills, wich doesnt increase lifeforce generation, or decrease lifeforce degeneration
my conclusion is, that i have to play with soul reaping, even more as reaper, becouse rs fights in melee range and gs has to low lifeforce generation
actualy the excuse for shouts having casttime was, that they would be to strong without casttime
after testing reaper and shouts i cant imagine where reaper shouts would be to strong without a casttime
pvp perspective:
im liking reapers shroud more than deathshroud
my only concern with gs is the low lifeforce generation (in comparison to dagger/warhorn),
even with blighters boon and chilling force i wasnt able to generate enough lifeforce, becouse i didnt have enough chill to benefit from those traits (i played with death magic, soulreaping and reaper…, with knights and soldiers amu…, i came to the conclusion, that i need to use spite to benefit more from those traits and that i had to play more offensive to defeat enemys)
if i would specc for more chill, chill duration (with runes and sigils) i would lose a big amount of dps, thats why i didnt do it…, in my opinion it is more beneficial to deafeat the enemy as fast as possible, becouse if hes down he cant dps me back, or do anything else (the most fun with reaper/gs i had using zerker amu and bursting enemys down, but it feels to squishy, though)
i tried to play with shouts, but i came to the conclusion, that they arent good enough to defeat enemys, the existing utility skills are far better in my opinion to defeat enemys fast enough (shouts were good for bunkering a node against more enemys, but i wasnt able to bring them down and it wasnt fun to me, becouse i wasnt able to survive longer, if i would have used other utilities)
i like the shoutheal, though, but without enough condiclear i feel forced to use consume conditions (i tried to use death magic for more condiclear in shroud, but the dps wasnt high enough to benefit from that traitline…. i also think, that corrupters fervor needs further balancing to increase its utility, maybe duration increase, or more than 1 stack per condi, otherwise i dont see any reason to use this traitline, or shouts)
elite shout…, to long casttime and cd for me, i dont even feel, that the effect is beneficial enough in fights (i still rather use plague for safe stomps and resses…, and if i dont have any lifeforce and im using plague for its duration i have 55% lifeforce, when its end, becouse of pulsing stab and blighters boon)
