That’s sort of the thing about Elite specs… they’re far from ‘all in’.

It is pretty all in because you have to sacrifice an entire traitline in order to use that hammer.

You have to remember that there are two edges on the sword. Some want every legendary to be flashy and shiny beacon that screams “LOOK AT ME I MADE A THING!” and others like me prefer the more subtle effects like the Howler currently has.

Changing it now would only lead to disgruntled customers who like it because its not flashy.

I’d like to see something that negates or clears all non-boon buffs for a few seconds. It would be nice if abilities like Berserker’s Stance had more counterplay.

It blows my mind that so many people complain about vamp runes, yet no one seems to have a problem with Berserkers stance being on a PASSIVE trait.

Endure Pain and Balanced Stance are available trough passive traits not Berserkers Stance.

I’d just use the normal meta build and swap the longbow to a GS if you are so keen on using it.

In your build you are missing out on 100 personal ferocity, 100 precision, 450 pet ferocity. And you can easily keep high duration fury with using warhorn 5 before combat, red moa and rampage as one while swapping weapons in combat.

As for rotation you should use: GS#2, GS#3, swap to s/a, axe#4 and sword auto and axe 4 off cooldown till the boss dies. If you need the block, stun or evade from GS you can swap to it and then try to go back to s/a as soon as possible.

Make it spawn champs Peni/Shelter style. Same goes for Grenth cleansing event.

3 Engineers.

3 Warriors.
3 Mesmers
2 Rangers.
2 Thieves.
2 Guardians.
2 Necros.

What can I say, too much time and money and I like to play dress up on different race/armor weight combinations. 12 of them are lvl 80 and rest are getting there slowly.

I honestly wouldn’t mind a nerf for burns/burn application if they buffed other condis and their application. Only reason why ranger/engi/guard have decent condi builds is because of burning, hell the only reason guard is decent condi is because burning is so strong that it doesn’t even need another condis to be usable.

30 points into NM and you’ll get Natures Voice, then 10 points to BM and take shout mastery and just spam guard all the time. Nearly 100% swiftness up time with just that, then added effects of WH and runes will give you easy access to 100% uptime.

Yes please, as a person who plays 8 different characters it would be nice to be able to access my salvage-o-matic, perma gathering tools, more important foods and whatnot without needing to find a bank or hauling the same items on every character.

TL;DR: Let’s punish those who use zerkers.

You need to quest onto the server that has the guild missions unlocked. In this case it’d mean that you need to quest to Blacktide for the duration of guild missions.

Soon they’ll introduce some constant DoT to Molten duo that will require people to use healing gear to survive throug the unskippable cutscene.

I think the best method would be – since zerk gear typically has no toughness – to add a negative value to toughness and further increase their power.
This would make them capable of dying in a single hit.

Currently all armor classes have a base toughness that is sufficient for end-game content w/o the dire need for toughness (it helps – but it’s not needed).
Since we know damage is calculated by…

(Power * Weapon damage * skill coefficient) / (Toughness + Defense)

…We can easily see how if we pulled – say, 1,000 toughness away from them – they should die from just about any hit.
This will create a need for a support class to accompany the zerkers – and since all classes can support with AoE healing and such – it would balance the game far more.

Many people would rage if the zerk bars got nerfed – but it would make the community much more tolerable in the long run imo.

Berserk armored thieves, eles and guardians already die from a single hit. Rest of the classes take 2 hits to go down. Non skilled player using berserk gear will be a burden to any team but a skilled player will be able to mitigate that incoming damage with evades, blocks, blinds, invulnerabilities and other means.

Try meleeing the ettin in uncategorized fractal at lvl 50 and you’ll realise that berserk armor is fine as it is.

Biggest obstruction for my next legendary is obby shards and i guess this gives me a nice solution. And a good way to level my guardian by spamming staff #1 in the blob.

You didn’t have to do anything LS related to unlock them. As long as you logged in during the time a certain episode was available it would be unlocked for you indefinitely.

Don’t forget the fact that in GW2 most of the endgame grinding is purely focused on reaching exclusive high-end skins. Stats grind isn’t that big of an issue since you can just use transmutation to keep the same look from start to finish.

I’m sure the artists and developers used huge amounts of time to work on these changes and i truly appreciate it. But you need to open up on your player base. This whole ordeal could have been averted if you had communicated with your customers and asked if option A is any better than option B.

Also you seriously need a proofreader for your patchnotes. Huge stuff like this should never slip from them not to talk about the dozens of other changes that aren’t listed in the patchnotes.

None of the condi builds can compete with direct dmg builds atm. Some might have a burst relative to direct dmg but then run into cooldowns and very low sustained dps when direct dmg keeps pumping.

Well they could start by removing fall damage on flying pets…

Since it has a very short animation before the first hit I’d just use an aegis preemptively and try to time the 2nd one.

If you do dungeons then make a mix of berserkers and assassins armor.

Assassins helmet, zerker shoulders, assassins chest, zerker gloves, assasins pants and zerker boots.

Toughness and vitality are absolutely useless in PvE when 90% of incoming damage can be avoided with dodges, evasion skills, blinds and other means.

Because they had some major technical issues yesterday and are preparing to launch the update today. And then doing the standard bug fixing tomorrow.

In fairly certain that they’ll have their hands full for the next few days.

Reminds me of the Sic’em change from the Oct 15th patch where thieves were complaining how their world is ruined now and it’ll be OP. As it turns out it’s still not worth taking over other utilities because of it’s lackluster effects, difficulty of use and long recharge.
