That would actually be a pretty nice change. Trouble is that whatever team creates the armour skins probably won’t put the effort in as they haven’t already. Most armours are clearly designed on a human before being stretched to “fit” the likes of a Charr.

Yeah, that is pretty disappointing. Imagine all of the amazing styles and characters that players would be able to create. I really hope that the design team eventually decides to at least try to put a little more effort into the armor.

I like it much better when the wings are flapping. The animation is neat! That is why I got them

I have to post one of my only two Asuran characters

We are a startup(and I mean that in every sense of the word, it’s me and my buddy, we’re co-leaders and currently the only members) Guild on the Gate of Madness server, even though we are on GoM, anybody on any server can join(though you know, no WvW)

We currently have most of the upgrades, banners, banquet, etc. And are looking to find likeminded players. We are very chill and lenient about the game but are looking for others to join in our adventures.

The Illuminatriots are a guild with no REAL status, we do a bit of everything(some WvW, dungeon runs, PvE, we’d even be open to some PvP play, we also do a little bit of RP where we get into our characters a wee bit, but not overly RP-like as some of the folks in Rata Sum on friday nights O_O)

We dont do TS, or have a website, or even plan on that type of thing.

Honestly, we’re a guild that you can be yourself, without judgment or any fighting from other guildies, see ya in-game! We dont care how many or how little AP you have, just that you are friendly, have a knack for the game and are social.

That is your opinion. I don’t like the stiff wings in the video. The animation for the holo wings give life to them and I thinks its cool to see.

GG I hope they don’t ever thing of changing the female Norn, I’ll quit the game in a heartbeat if they did. They should use the Norn one for the human too, imho. That side to side lurching on the human run cycle is a bit much to me too. For the Sylvari, wow, I really can’t say express how I can’t tolerate it.

To be honest I wish there could be more group combinations that we don’t normally see. Always trying to be politically correct in order to make everyone happy just kills any creative freedom imo. Also, if we do get something different it does not need a “special” reason either.
Like, say there is a new main group that just happens to be 4 female charr and 1 female sylvari. There does not need to be a reason for them being all female or mostly charr besides the fact that they just happened to be the best heroes Tyria has at the time.

After earning my keys throughout the day I just followed a chest train for a few hours :s

I made around 60-110(lucky!) each time. I salvage and sell the materials and things I get which is how i get all the gold. I hope that helps.

I really hope they do not cave in and change the armor. I think people are being too sensitive. Some people like revealing armor (I like it) while some don’t. I don’t understand why they should remove it though just because some people feel that it shows too much.

By that logic, they should remove all of the armor that I feel is not revealing enough.

So I went back and was welcomed by an outmanned buff and enemies who wanted my blood.

I managed to make it through and finally reached the chest without any deaths

Just buy gems every month. Anet does not need to put a system in place.

When something you want shows up, you will have the gems ready AND you know you are constantly supporting anet with your money.

Well things will never be fair to where players will not get kicked undeservedly. Which is why party owners should be able to have some sort of leverage.

I remember somewhere in the forums where a dev stated that the number of reports does not matter.

1000 false reports are nothing compared to 1 legit report.

They look into these things and these players will end up getting themselves banned lol

I agree that guilds should be able to do as they please but, I have seen some pretty uncool things that they do. (Not all of them of course)

-Some guilds I know of don’t respond to calls of help by PUGs, but will respond when another guildie does the same call 2 seconds later.
-After a fight, I seen guilds only res their own and leave PUGs dead, even when they are standing right next to them and are in no rush to go anywhere.
-I have even seen certain guilds lead PUGs on a suicide run with a separate commander tag just to get rid of them. (I actually had joined that guild the same day and seen the chat)
-I have also seen guilds angrily yelling at PUGs (in chat of course) to leave WvW because they had no guild, but never gave then an option to join one of their guilds.

Nothing wrong with doing your own thing but some guilds have disgusting attitudes towards other players that are not in “popular” guilds or not in guilds at all in WvW.
I mean, do as you please but don’t treat others in your server like they are complete trash or the enemy. This is a weird “status” thing that I see in WvW alot.

This is where your entire post breaks down. The assumptions that every zone is dead and that no one could conceivably enjoy single player / small-scale multi player are wrong.

Uhh, no, it isn’t. Because no one does unless its their first character. Also, you can still enjoy dead zones at level 80.

Woah, way to generalize the entire GW2 population. I am on my 4th character and I still explore and do all the zones. I find new things all the time and my experience is always different. Oh and I have tons of fun.

Even though I am not really in the same situation as you, I totally understand. Luckily for me though, I only strive for exotics and I spend my time playing with guilds, friends, and focusing on exploring and just goofing around.

It makes me happy that I am not a hardcore player. I have no problem with being an average-skilled, low-middle class(gold) player. Things like this don’t hit me as hard.

(Speaking for Asura) I don’t want a body change, just options to choose female versions of the armor and outfits where we are forced to use male versions. It worked for the ancestral outfit. Im sure an asura can still wear a dress even if they dont have a female figure :/

Well at least you have the option to use in-game currency. I think that alone makes it kind of fair. They could have just made it so you could only obtain gems by cash.

Hiya! I had fun sending out my secret toymaker gifts this year! I got someone who didn’t ask for anything specific which is the best ones lol. I wanted to show what I did and see what other creative ideas others came up with when sending holiday gifts to other Tyrians!

Took me 3 mails to send my letter! Glad I was not suppressed while doing it lol.

Bring on the skimpy armor lol. More variety and eyecandy for me. Too bad none of my characters are human :/

I ain’t gonna sugarcoat it. As a matter of fact, let em all just run around half naked with swords and hammers (human females only plzzz)

It takes forever to turn, can’t hit anything near it besides the barrage skill which has a long enough cooldown, and can’t be placed anywhere since it has specific spawn areas which can be hit with aoe skills.

It is finally somewhat useful, especially when you are being attacked by oversized blobs (thanks to linking).

Nerfing it would make it useless.

Just wanted to say that I LOVE the expansion. I finally finished the story and I thought it was amazing, I was on the edge of my seat at every point lol.

The characters, the dialogue, the maps, and everything else. I am still exploring and finding new things each time.

Worth every penny and I won’t be leaving the game anytime soon! (not like i planned to anyways lol)

Hey so I am not sure if this is something already mentioned but were the roses taken away? Mine went away since the patch. I have double checked all of my inventory on all my characters and banks.

I have all my other toys but the roses are nowhere to be seen. Am I the only one this happened to?
