took my money on the TP and no snowflakes in the inbox from TP wtf refund my money
I’m sorry you’re having trouble with the TP. Once in a while, the queue hiccups and items or gold show up a bit later than expected
If you want to get individualized attention, create a support ticket (follow the link at the top left). The forums are useful for alerting the community and ANet to the existence of a bug; you can’t get a refund simply by posting here.
Really shiny place at Unseen Scratch. No wonder the Skritt love it there so much!

It would be extremely hard, if not impossible to make those things stack.
Unrelated to the primary thrust of this topic, but couldn’t you add a Mystic Forge recipe to combine 4 25-use BL kits into 1 100-use BL kit, and then 2 100-use BL kits with 2 25-use BL kits to get a 250-use BL kit? That would be pretty legendary if so, because I currently have ~30 BL kits and they’re way too valuable to just waste.
yeah if i could replace my 25-use kits with 10x less 250-use kits that would be pretty swell
I’m happy to poke the Commerce Team about adding some kind of conversion to allow folks to condense multiple 25 use BL salvage kits into one larger kit. I only promise to poke, I can’t promise they will do it
What about a category for Legendary Crafting Materials? Like Deadly Nightshade, Bloomhunger Sap, Firebug Larva, Wurmswort, Nickle Ore, Essences of Natural Protection and etc so it’s easier to keep track of them? Also could throw in Gift of Exploration, Legendary Insight and such..
Indigo Mushrooms/milk. Shimmering Crystals. Tomes of Knowledge in with the Booster stuff. Black Lion Scraps. Gold Fractal Relics
Books? lol, including Recipe Books? They’re been getting more and more ridiculous.
Everything everyone else mentioned that I did or didn’t see.
Also I would LOVE to be able to be able to resize the Bank/Storage window to be larger. It’s a nightmare trying to organised stuff when you have to scroll up and down in the tiny window.

And for everlasting toys, gizmos and tonics, they should be unlocks, but not accessible from the hero panel wardrobe, just the bank. So any character can go to a bank and take an enchanted broom if they unlocked it, but if they want to have it readily available at all times for all characters, they would an account wide slot with the broom in it or bank consumables, or the permanent bank contract in the slot.
If ya did this, people like me who enjoy having tonics and toys available anywhere but not rich enough to spam bank access would be able to enjoy them far less
I strongly believe that Tonics should have their own section on the Hero panel or something.
Nobody is going to costume brawl, let alone carry them if they take inventory space, and they very rare infinite banks are being kept in banks mostly as mementos.
Also… Black Lion boosters!
Don’t put them on a material section. Just like Tonics, put them on the hero panel.
What ales to put on the Hero panel? Toys! Blizzard’s WoW has a Toybox for all the little fun stuff you might want to take out and play at any moment. If I’m waiting for an event to spawn, at least don’t make me go to the Bank to take my Flute or box of Fun.
BTW: Why are Town clothes considered a tonic and not an outfit?

A simple test will solve this problem now and for all future items – Do the following 2 rules apply? If so, the item in question should be in material storage.
1 – Its description states ’crafting material (profession(level))
2 – It is a first tier crafting material ie It cannot be in itself crafted
Teleport to Friend
Item boosters
Celebration boosters
WXP boosters
Experience boosters
Crafting boosters
Heroic boosters
Enchanted combat boosts
Bank Access Expresses
Trading Post Expresses
Merchant Expresses
Milling basins
Blood rubies
Petrified wood14 slots freed that I could absolutely use for anything else!
Only 1 of those items is even used for crafting, and half of them are kittening boosters. Those have no kittening place in crafting mat storage.
This isn’t a thread about what you want to clear space with. Its a thread about what crafting mats need to go into mat storage.
Jesus
I know this is a little off topic but can you guys make that when you convert Quartz to Charged Quartz Crystal you don’t need to have 25 Quartz in your inventory but can use the bank/inventory storage.
And about the main topic I would like to see added: +1 agony infusion(and maybe +3 +5 +7 +9 +11), all the mystic forge stuff(i.e philosopher stone), fractal research page, legendary insight, mystic forge stone, shimmering/tenebrous crystal.
Doubloons
Marks
Seals
Talismans
Medallions
Crests
Maybe the various Gifts required for legendary crafting?
*Anything purchased from Miyani that is used in the Mystic Forge: Crystals, Philospher’s stones, etc.
*Legendary Gifts: Gift of Ascalon, Gift of Exploration, etc.
A suggestion for the keys would be to have a spot in the WALLET for them to go into.
Things that should be in material storage:
- Legendary Insights
- Golden Fractal Relics
- Milling Basin
- Copper Doubloon
- Silver Doubloon
- Gold Doubloon
- Platinum Doubloon
- Amalgamated Gemstone
- Shimmering Crystal
- Tenebrous Crystal
- Blade Shard
- +1 Agony Infusions
- Crystalline Bottles (…and other scribe base materials from the vendor)
- Bottle of Elonian Wine
- Philosopher’s Stones
- Mystic Crystals
- Chak Eggs
- Reclaimed Metal Plates
- Black Lion Tickets
- Black Lion Ticket Scraps
- Blood Ruby
- Petrified Wood
This suggestion is probably too much work, but I figure I’d make it anyway.
You know how we have a wardrobe option for finishers, that have a number of uses shown if they are limited and don’t have a number if they are infinite?
I think it would be a huge QoL improvement if tonics had a wardrobe tab that did that. I know it is a lot of work, but maybe someday…
This. I would love to have easy access to tonics.

That’s a mistake. If players are going to make a report, they already have a good idea of which option they’re looking for. So long as they’re unambiguous, you’re fine.
Not including those options in there means problems don’t get reported at all.
Firstly because if players have to go to the effort of opening up the website and submitting a ticket, they’re not going to bother most of the time – unless it’s serious, e.g. they’ve lost gold.
Secondly because even if they do submit a ticket, there’s too many chances to miss, or misspell, important information and thus nothing happens.
In some cases the in-game report is more reliable simply because it has access to information the players don’t – the proliferation of obscene guild names in WvW has happened precisely because the ticket-based reporting system doesn’t work.
THIS!!!!! SOOOOOO MUCH THIS!!!!!!!!! I cant tell you the number of times ive seen sexual references in a players guild name, with no real way to report it. Ive tried using the inappropriate player name… ive tried engaging them in chat to describe the meaning of their guild name and reported the chat… still, I see 90% of the players with offensive guild names STILL using the said name. ts not like I report frivolously on anything that REMOTELY seems inappropriate, but when I see names like “we Fuchs U MoM” or other similarly named names/guild names, I report that… and nothing happens.
We need a way to directly report guild names as an option. I still see a person I reported that uses a female name with the last name Fuchs that I know several of my guild members have reported, and I myself have reported. I keep that person on my friends list just to see if the name gets changed, and guess what…. its still there, 2 months later….

The only thing I would like to suggest is the ability to block/report emotes.
Otherwise, emotes can be turned off. I don’t believe in segregating people just because I don’t like what they’re doing on the off chance that someone I know is going to throw me a emote of some substance… which is like never.
for there you have been and there you will long to return.
(edited by ArchonWing.9480)
The main issue is the emote range. Say chat’s range limit is fine, but the emote one goes waaaaaaay farther than Say. As Donari said, a lot of problems would be solved if the emote range were made a lot shorter. As it is now, you can be a ridiculous distance away from the RP players and still “hear” the emote text.
Something I’ve seen suggested before, and I think is a good compromise between the pro-cap and and anti-cap camps, is an annual increase in the cap that is somewhat lower than what can be achieved by completing 365 days’ worth of dailies. For example, an annual cap increase of 2.5k would equate to only needing to complete dailies 5 days a week to reach the cap within a year.
This would allow dailies to continue to provide a means of progressing in AP, but also doesn’t bring the treadmill effect some had where they felt compelled to complete dailies every single day just to keep pace.
He’s mine! He’s called Fluffy!
Got a few of these screenies myself :P
Sounds like Primordus and Jormag handy work.
Rip in peace GW2 server
RIP means Requiescat In Pacem, which is Latin for Rest In Peace. There’s no need to add an extra “in peace”.
The new repeatable heart quests do not track completion state for the purpose of Map Completion. They reset completion status every day. This has some extremely annoying consequences.
1. You have to complete ALL of the Heart Quests on the same day in order to get map completion.
2. You have to have the REST of all the map completed either on the same day or BEFORE you do the Heart Quests.
If you don’t observe these steps you don’t get Map Completion and you will have to do these quests all over.
Yuck.
Separate repeat ability from map completion and vending.
Oh you have to have them all filled at once? That is dumb.
Illconceived pretty much sums it up. It’s theoretically possible for someone with limited daily time to never get map completion even if they do every heart on that map dozens of times, if they can’t squeeze all 5 into a single cycle. I certainly hope this wasn’t intended, and I expect Anet will probably take one of the 2 options to stop the roadblock. I actually prefer a separate flag be used myself, but either will work.
They are repeatable daily. It is in the release notes.
They should have been called events then and not required for map completion. Dumbest idea to date imo.

Yes, these forums are a disgrace for Anet, I wonder why they dont replace the forum software already
