You guys were the most organized guild on reset night.

After being in EBBL for a while we moved to KBL and took the entire CD side, the only really deadly opposition was Colorado (yeah that’s what we called you guys). We wiped RISE more times than I could count but you guys were a pretty tough.

After seeing Kain, there is a lot of them. Too many for that matter. But their tactics (even those of WM) are severely lacking. It would be only due to coverage that they could get by the new FA because WM does nothing better than RET, BT or PiNK does up higher.

The perception of WM is that they were in tier 1 and took their ball and ran.

Starting a distortion within tiers because they were hurt about something someone whispered them. IE, an emotional bunch.

I don’t think anyone doubts their skill in playing a game, but a lot may think they are an insecure bunch. Also evident by their post requesting that people stop saying they are bots.

There’s a lot of “god we’re awesome” posts, but I still don’t see Kainwagon reaching Tier1. As if you guys don’t realize just how strong SoS, JQ, and now SoR are.

It’ll take months to dislodge one of them and to do so you’ll have to get by TC/FA/Blackgate.

I think Thix’s post may be poorly worded. I believe she meant those that left are either: not large participants in wvw, or caused a lot of drama, or did not work with others.
And then she implied possibly that you fall into that category. I don’t agree with either assessment of KH but I do blame them for the other guilds transferring. Hope I cleared that up.

Come on. Sir tryce did contribute a lot to CD during his time. We should wish him well. Take it that you are seeing a hardworking colleague who has resigned and went on to another company with better pay and career progression. At least he took the effort to come to forum to wish us well, as compared to those who left without even saying farewell.

Oh I’m just posting on the overall tone of the post. It’s fine, he can go anywhere he wants. I think it’s good that they are the last to leave, because it shows they tried, unlike say KH, which caused the others to leave. That in my book, counts for something

There have been many rumors of a mass exodus, but mostly from people who don’t even know of the server.

CD has a long standing history of fighting from tier 2 to tier 4. We will still be within those numbers.

Thank you EsF, KoMe, Naga, Orb, DH and others who came to dispel these rumors. We’re going to be fighting.

Hopefully soon we will see you again Fort Janthir, and we’ll be back with a vengance. Remember what happened when we came back after being sent down the first time? Never count us out, we’re just going down a tier to gather up some siege to fight the onslaught you field now.

Good luck against Maguma, I think you guys will have your hands full just as we will with Kain.

I was working with what I thought were facts, and made a mistake with 2 guilds, which I appologized for. But you keep on trolling the good fight!

Why would we go around telling everyone CD is having a mass exodus? For one it’s not true and it also paints a very negative picture of the server. I’m on it to stay, and there’s no way I won’t continue to try to get more participants for it, which involves minimizing impact from drama that the guilds which left cd created.

I think someone trying to rally together to keep guilds on CD is a great idea, but I think making derogatory comments about others and flaming guilds that left isn’t the way to go about doing it

The CD posters here are to defend what we have so that we can preserve our WvW population. You on the other hand attacked it outright with your first post. You can’t ask people to bail and in the same sentence expect no one to defend the server.

It’s no point guys, some people leave and think they should make sure they do as much damage as they possibly can. Others leave and are just done with it.

No, in fact queues will increase substantialy for a number of servers.

Right now the WvW aspect of GW2 is going through a condensing phase where people are jumping ship and creating zerg servers.

As such the sheer population on top 7-8 servers will make queues a normality.

The bottom tiers will be pretty much queue-less but that comes at the price of playing against less people and with less people.

No, the truth is – we weren’t afraid to call certain commanders (and Guilds) on CD idiots in team chat. Yeah, not the best kind of diplomacy, but we kept doing our thing and we generally do it well, if not better than some of CD’s guilds. Yeah, we made people unhappy due to some player trolling, but they need to learn to lighten up. They didn’t like us, we didn’t like them, so we decided to move onto greener pastures. Will we be happy in DB? We don’t know, but we certainly know that so long as you have that wanna-be King in CD, we wouldn’t have an enjoyable WvW experience. That’s why we left.

Lets clear up some facts, your post expressly stated that you wished to stay in this tier, and you decided to move.
You have since changed your tune to say that you didn’t mesh on CD. That’s ok, people can change their opinions.

I specifically called you out on the ‘we want to stay in this tier’ statement because you COULD HAVE been in this tier had you decided to stay and fight. DB would’ve gone down, instead, last night you were attacking CD while FA was rolling the other side.

I feel like [EsF] [KH] [LaZY] [NAGA] [VaL] [MDMW] just haven’t been out in the numbers they have been previously. These are all guilds that used to give us trouble out there! I don’t know why this is. Overall militia participation on CD has dropped though for sure, I think their morale is probably down a bit unfortunately.

I think overall as a server people are still vary of what happened last week.

Like it or not, to an opponent it seems as if two servers merged and instead of fighting the opponent you seem to have been tiered with, you get one with a lot more muscle suddenly dropped on you. It didn’t provide motivational material. But I’m proud of how we responded. We are fighting and keeping our BL for the most part after that weekend swamp on CD.

Whatever happens I can’t wait for 2 weeks after the transfer craze. Then we’ll have good matches once again.

After it’s all settled, I think we’ll be in that tier 3 or 4 window. We’ll see how good Kain and Maguuma really are.
