ahhh, okay so it only does this on preview? and the actual item is still the wings not the toymakers bag?

ok so i transmutated my shattered wings onto my toymakers bag but when i preview it on my engineer it shows the toymakers bag and not the shattered wings as it should. Heres a screenshot:

he can remove the soulbind status with a transmutation technique in order to salvage the skin itself so he can apply it to another of his current characters.

taking notes is all fine and good but the reall problem is that even if you note them down there will eventually be one that bugs out or does not count because of a bug and then you mistakenly count it in your notes and thats when you get confused..
so Arena net must fix it asap!

still stuck on 12/13, dont know which maps to do now. just did fireheart rise didnt count, maybe the next one will count? im completely lost as to which one counted or did not count because its so bugged… PLEASE A-Net add an achievement tracker..

I just completed 2 invasions in Lornar’s Pass, the first one I was on my home server the entire time the second on an overflow (the entire event in the same one obviously, did not swap characters etc).

For both of these invasions I got the “Scarlet has been driven off… for now.” popup, needless to say the second one I only got a skin scrap, but that is not the point. If I am qualified to receive invasion rewards shouldn’t I be qualified to receive achievement credit as well. However, my Vorpp’s Field assistant and other achievement tracks that tie into invasions are stuck in four invasions and have been so for a while now.

Now, if I am unable to complete the rest of the living story content because achievements are not getting credited properly, that would quite frankly suck. So please, if you are going to gate content behind achievements please make kitten sure they are credited correctly above all else. Or better yet, do not gate content behind achievements but use something like actual items as the metric of progress.

Edit: I seriously am tired of spending 45 minutes of my time and never being sure if I actually get what I need to get into the content that I actually want to see (ie. Scarlet’s instance) before it goes away. The design idea itself behind Vorpp’s Field Assistant is great, but it would need to work 100% of the time, otherwise it will just lock people out of content because for some inexplicable reason they did not get the achievement credit.

i was at 11/13 i did fields of ruin twice, one time yesterday where it didnt count and today it counted. I killed as many champs as i could and just now i finished lornars pass which i also did for the 2nd time also killing as many champs as i could and i still am at 12/13. i’m pretty sure lornars pass is the map i havent done yet.. this is definately bugged for me

I’m correctly at 10/13 cause i have done it on:
Frostgorge Sounds
Fireheart Rise
Blazeridge Steppes
Fields of Ruin
Lonar’s Pass
Dredgehaunt Cliff
Timberline Falls
Mount Maelstrom
Bloodtide Coast
Sparkfly Fen

- If you repeat the event 2 times in the same map, you will not get the +1
- No problems with overflows
- you will get the +1 even if you fail, you just need to partecipate and wait the 45 min timer

I think there is no problems with this achievement at all, it is only hard to find the event in 13 different maps.

I’m sorry. I thought I was abundantly clear when I gave the example of how Frostgorge even completed it’s own Friend of Fire and Frost achieve that each map I visited was the first time for the event.

I’m sorry. It does not work consistently. It IS most definitely bugged.

I was able to boost to 10/13 late last night in Fields of Ruin; however, Mt. Maelstrom and Frostgorge still have not counted for me.

My list so far is:

Maelstrom are bugged for me (seen as done before but not giving credit to achievement).

maybe Scarlet is a chronomancer? with abilities to open rifts in time and travel from the future to us and summon creatures that are way ahead of our time, along with more interesting skills^^

Level scaling is FINE at level 80 if you are appropriately geared then you kill mobs in low level areas quite easily.

So I’m a Mesmer. I throw sparkly lightning all over the screen and shimmering pink bubbles. Every engagement is an explosion of fabulous. I also poop rainbows because I carry Bifrost. That’s when I’m alone. Lets not even begin to discuss how it looks when there are more us. We cant even see bosses because they are covered in flame/sparkles/explosions/unicorns/whatever.

But now I also have to have my retinas burned off every time I swap to one of the new greatsword skins?!

How much more lighting effects can the game have before the entire screen is just… white?

On the page for whats in store on august 20 it briefly mentions the anniverssary bash and a invitational tournament then it mentions also something happening in seattle and they call it an “event” so is the anniverssary bash this event in seatttle or is it ingame? Its not clear at all

Small sice guild with tight relationship.
Alot of activity and stuff is done together in team or teams.
Likes to do pve cause its fun.
Likes to do some dungeons or other stuff like champ bosses in 2, 3 or 4man team(for the challange and fun).
Doing pvp and www sometimes.
Doesn’t mind to run something that you allready did if someone else needs it.
Doesn’t mind to run with any of the classes.

What i don’t want….

Huge mega guild ofc.
Repetive stuff like running same stuff over and over again every day.
Pvp and www is done alot more than pve.
Abusing bugs and glitches to make dungeons or Bosses more easy.
Those “please skip the video” in story/exp mode in dungeons people.
Rushing trough everything.

I got 4 lvl 80s and i dont mind switching if some my other toons is really needed to complete something.
I dont mind to help out and abort what im doing if im needed(if im not currently in a dungeon)
My main is a Ranger named Damhnait and i prefer to play on that one if none of my other classes is really needed.I managed to beat all the bosses in gauntlet so i would like to think i play ranger decently good?

Hoping there is some guild out there that doesn’t think my demands is to much of a pain in the kitten .

I’m in the same boat as Ves, also pre-ordered the digital deluxe version, and since the first day of launch made and deleted a lot of characters. Now none of the characters i made at launch exsist anymore.. so am i screwed? i dearly hope the birthday gifts count according to how old the account is and not the character.

Aaand same with me too, i’ve already deleted the first 3 characters i ever made, about half a year ago. The gift is for each character btw, at least that’s what i read… But after reading what the gifts would be, i don’t feel so bad actually.

actually its only one gift, a mini queen jennah and quite a pathetic one gift for a birthday… i expected more =/.. oh yeah scrolls and birthday exp booster but thats nothing.. how about some gems to spend on my birthday?

okay,
so now that all tokens are accountbound and characterwide why not make token rewards also accountbound and not soulbound? i have farmed AC P3 for many days to get 3 superior runes of the monk for my warrior and they ended up being soulbound to another character… NOT my warrior!! this makes me want to rip out my hair.. -_- now i have to farm AC p3 again?! just to get 3 more superior runes that will finally be soulbound to the correct character? this is ridiculous… make token rewards ACCOUNTBOUND!!!

You get a bag every time you kill a champion. So far, each of my bags have contained karma (drips), a random green/rare, t5 mats, a t6 mat, lodestones/cores/slivers/etc., or a skill point. While not awesome, it’s far far far far better than what it used to be. You can also get exotic things, including the new skins, if you’re lucky.

Totally worth the hassle of killing champions now.

do exotic skins drop from the champion itself or come from exotic grade lootbags?
any answer on this i would appreciate. I did get a Crystal guardian exotic but i dont remember if it dropped from champion or from the lootbag that the champion dropped.

Okay so in timberline falls i was getting one balloon then i went to the next one and there i was about to open the chest, someone opened it before me and i ended up porting to DR instead of opening the chest. Now i go back and the chest is still opened and that tower didnt count towards myachievement. This is now one more tower(other is queensdale) that i cant get now!! please fix this bug..

Hi people, so for this specific achievement i went to 2 towers in each zone in kryta,maguuma region,brisban wilds respectively. But what i want to know is if i can come back to those same towers i visited today in these areas to progress this achievement or do i have to find new towers?

This includes gold, karma, laurels (which are account wide already), dungeon tokens, and badges of honor.

It will, been confirmed already. Everything (that is affected) is becoming account-wide and will work like existing currencies of gold, karma, gems, and glory.
