Andele are you seriously saying there is a higher skill cap for player vs ai than player versus player. No.
Yes because the ai can be perfected, humans cant, also id like to see you go solo arah and ac (no walljumps, aggro stucking, etc), since unlike winning a game for which you just need to roam, decap and keep points up which every joe can do, you wont see a normal player go solo dungeons.
Making them refresh obviously makes too much sense and is too hard to code since its not like we have conditions and buffs that work like that. Obviously true asuran game design.
Just ignore the fact that theres boss fights in every fractal which dont involve constant trash mobs. The only exception being krait which noone does anymore, mossman and sort of volcanic.
So it seems you are saying its good because its good for trash mobs. Trash mobs are generally not what you should build around.
And in higher fractals you should be using cc and soft cc for them. Which means you want to have warhorn and offhand dagger to debuff and interrupt on cd. Staying in DS is going to be unreliable especially as piercing doesnt really work that well as a cleave and you will get kicked out of it a lot against trash mobs anyway (especially if your group doesnt cc properly).
This is assuming standard tactics which means stacking and LoSing. But I guess thats where your weird ideas come from as I seem to remember you think those tactics are exploits.
No standard tactic is murder the kitten out of the boss. Which includes dodging blocking and working as a team. And its not about thrash mobs its about being able to generate life force, in which case every boss except mentioned mossman and mai are very easy targets or summon easy targets.
Lets see: Krait, Cultists, Grawl (aka grubs), Ascalonians, Molten, Crystal elementals and Svanir… so the two fights on which you cant melee generate LF or rely on mobs is… Mai, who is immune to damage either way till you kite her and the Mossman whos invis hit you gotta dodge/use marks and well vamp damage to detect him. I dont really see a problem there.
Well I doubt its 4/5 of the fight unless you are playing flawlessly. And if you can play flawlessly you may aswell go for better dps 100% of the time in melee.
Either that or you are doing fractal 10 or something. :/
Orrr you just press F1 if in DS when a large pile of mobs are about to die because they give 10% lf pre death while not in DS, then easy 7s later you jump back in since D1 and Wh5 generated the rest up.
Depends, you just need 24% stats crit chance to be on 100% in a actual team…
wut?
22~24 from stats (depending on which tinkets you go with), 20 from fury, 6~8 from banner or for the poor man spotter, 50% from DP..
Araska.9370 – yes i was just snarking, point is if you can get 10% crit chance pre 30% crit damage you have and got over 2k power, you deal real damage to enemies.
Yeah i worked out you were referring to DP last night. And we had a good laugh in guildchat about it. Im sure people can work out why having only situationally good crit chance is bad.
Not really situational since you are in it for 4/5 of every fight in fractals when you can actually dps the boss and yes i love how the initials of most of our skills and traits are very dirty.
If we got by high end skill cap its: PvE>PvP>WvWvW
If its by ok requirements its: PvP>WvWvW>PvE
Im gonna go out on a whim and say balance isnt based on the medicore players, nor should it ever be in a RPG * cough casuals dying to a hoplite in Demon Souls*
(edited by Andele.1306)
My personal beefs are: immune to chill (no cooldown with free teleport skills over 5 weapon setups) and kinda tying to it free escape (additional 5 blink/evades on utilities, 3 being in the head of the moment no requirement/pre-setup escapes).
Hounds of Balthazar loses a lot if that happens, though, since Balthazar is the god of war and fire
and they are his hounds, not him…
If they can’t add other conditions they could at least increase the duration 1 second is pretty woeful for a 4minute cool down.
If i remember the quote correctly: “And on the battlefield, Temar and Tegons flames burn with Balthazars own battle fury.” (a few eons ago when annoying world builders why we can unlock his hounds in the ZM and why they still burn after death)
So, no it doesnt make sense that they do anything but burning… Ok they could apply immob for the sake of Bal vs Abbadons lore.
Depends, you just need 24% stats crit chance to be on 100% in a actual team…

Sure last man standing, but useless last man standing. A berserker/dps traited necro can die after 50% boss health and did more dmg then u. Sad but true.
Non tanky mates have no benefit if some1 is tanky like hell. And tanky ones want to get some heals or so.
U can play it, but it´s never optimal or “good”. If it´s your fun no1 will stop u. But don´t call it “usefull”.
Depends, you just need 24% stats crit chance to be on 100% in a actual team and soldiers total power damage output is about 20-40% lower than a zerkers depending on the enemy when just spamming AA, getting vastly lower with proper lich bombing. So no on a necro (One hander guard, LB/Cat stealth ranger and Pmesmer) soldier outdoes zerker and assassins trough sheer stats efficiency and alt buffs/trait effects/aoe steroids.
Also anyone who farms 40 and 50 fractals daily and isnt warrior or thief, probably has soldier or celestial gear (ele and the rare full dps guards) because splash damage starts to be higher than main “must dodge” attacks at 30.
Then again some people are just too lazy to bother thinking about effective damage output and damage reduction since buying and keeping alt armor sets is “hard and costs too much”.
Necromancer has an elite for ALL situations. So i don’t see them needing/wanting to other anything else. They for example would NEVER use HoB other than it being terrible, dying fast, low damage, insane cool down Necro have Golem which is better in EVERY situation.
Gives condi necro burning, increases headcount for aoes (useful for things like CoF and CM, not so much for arah), doesnt upscale events and they combined die about as fast as golem, not much difference past cooldown, which as said is a general problem.
Also yes lich can be used for all situations, but so could wolf form for condi builds with more synergy (and no plague doesnt count since its there for blind chill weakness, the bleeding from it is pathetic). Charrzookah being even better with cc and one of it being a jump (its dhuumfire on crack for wvwvw if properly used) and not limited by ai stupidity.
Doesnt mean that they are better than origigi profession elites, but they have their usages, but its kinda only for necro… and im not sure if it says more about the difference in power between professions (and im using general status not dumbfire which needs to be nerfed) or kit setups.
Charzookah, Hounds of Balthazar and Wolf form (despite the CD, a terror proc, 2 other hard cc and siphoning) are all very nice for Necros if other elites dont work (and unlike golem hounds dont upscale events) and have finishers on them.
Reaper of Grenth made sense when it was a 30 point investment/requirement trait.
Other Norn forms are also very cool, but again they have too high cooldowns.
Golems work as higher cd spirit weapons on guards, despite the power suit being just a worse wvwvw golem.
Rest just rghhh.
Could Omadd’s device be a possible explanation for why Scarlet might be the first corrupted Sylvari? Prior to Omadd’s device sylvari simply die to dragon corruption, but Omadd’s device removed the protection that causes them to die and that’s why Scarlet was able to be corrupted?
Or the more probable thing, the rest of the sylvari are just brain washed out of the dragons corruption, barricaded off it trough their training in the dream and later on the real world. It was done to glint, it was done to Icebrooded svanir, one would hope that something as strong as the herba ex machina with bark strong enough to instakill liches could do something as simple as that.
@ Andele,
I agree that the Spectral stuff was really strong earlier. I’m not sure whether it was too strong or not though, because with the previous version of Spectral Walk (when traited with Spectral Attunement for 12 secs, just to add to the effect), you could tank really, really well. And that’s just Spectral Walk.. not to mention Spectral Armor. 100-blades from warriors and Blurred Frenzy from mesmer… any flurry-type attack either did no damage to you or healed your life force while in DS, which was really excellent. I enjoyed it very much… while it lastedIt shouldn’t have been changed, imo. Tears were shed :P
Spectral attunement was a bit of a strong trait then, but a dear “friend” of mine so to say who adores pvp in all its forms (i was kinda a test dummy in exchange for no need to worry about kittens in the OS JP) still did burn all of my ds with it up on a simple shatter spec, the full air burst ele combo and a thief stab pull hss then (it didnt hurt my hp in any of the attempts, but it took me out of ds with Swalk on), so you could burst that life bar down with a coordinated attempt, right now anything that takes 3 seconds or longer just heals your LF if you pop sarmor (aka weaker but longer endure pain).
She crossed the line and we fought back, that weed just got stomped right out!
So what about that… “disney princess” scene, confirmed to go past negotiations?
So what about celestial equipment instead ?
Seems to be a well rounded alternative for a hybrid, especially as i heard rumors of them going to buff celestial equipment (only heard it once in another forum post so dont rely on this). It may be a very expensive alternative, especially when used with traveler runes, but it could be worth a thougt.No. Just avoid celestial. No matter what they do with it its going to be bad. And more than likely it will be even worse off even with compensation after the feature patch.
Is quite functional on Guard and Ele tho.
You can’t harm something that we don’t even have. Our “defense” is the laughing stock of the gaming community right now. If it wasn’t, then necros wouldn’t be #1 in priority targets in team fights and half the time in wvw we get the big red T over our heads. As for adding to an already bloated list of death magic ideas that will, ultimately, get ignored, we should be constantly down their throats to remove dumbfire and get us back where we were before this fiasco and balance from there
Functionally we were awesome for 2 weeks before dhuumfire, Sarmor was on needed 60/48s, both of the S defenses gave 3% without icd and worked in DS, DS absorbed hits and the best, noone of our kitten got randomly nerfed for no functional balance reason * cough putrid mark*
Lore is definitely very important. The story is the spice that makes the game engaging.
Lore and Story are two different things.
Let’s make an example with Star Trek.
Some episodes from the Original Series had a great story. But near to no lore whatsoever (the franchise was still at its dawn).
Some episodes from Star Trek: Voyager had great lore (the one built by all those years of Star Trek) but really bad stories.
IMHO lore is what is behind the story.
Actually http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Folklore
Its just different time frames and scale which split story and lore. That’s enough of a difference. The story is the one directly concerning your character. Lore affects your character by founding the story. But lore can’t replace the story. Unless you’re in for a very boring story, where everyone acts like he is supposed to.
And I’m not even sure lore and folklore are the same thing. Most of the time lore is estabilished knowledge, while folkore isn’t.
Well in the lore its said by the jotun that they first interacted with the human gods, but the gods themselves, the forgotten and the humans all plain state that the first time they came to tyria it was with the humans. Lore of a race is very subjective.
Also the word lore came from/is a synonym to folklore.
Story just means that we have core focal points as the perspective for said events.
What you mean is actual storytelling and word/universe building for star trek (since the story is just x amount of races which are just our historical cultures with weird looks and a crew of people which explore and interact with them, lore just going in depth of each race). Either way we are splitting hairs, as MQM said there needs to be more of the “show/interact not tell” going on (or at least stuff like jorys and scarlets journals which give you a narration).
Only 2 things i wanna is a leap and Staff 1 again being a 100% finisher since with wells you then have lifesteal.
Lore is definitely very important. The story is the spice that makes the game engaging.

The problem is this…
PvP: Condi damage OP
WvW: Condi damage OP
PvE: Condi damage way underpowered
So what you are saying is… humans are too stupid to cleanse condis?
Dhuumfire is probably the cheesiest thing in this entire game. Even PU isn’t as bad as dhuumfire. It is a random +700 dps for 7(base duration 4 + 30% spite + 40% food) seconds. that’s almost 5k damage (at least) for not doing anything but attacking. no strategy involved. at least PU mesmers have to actually stealth to get those boons. DF should not have been binded to something as trivial and common as critical hits.
How many more times must i post the screenshot with a thief hitting a player 24000 backstab damage in WvW ?
After years of being polite… i will eventually end up just using “l2p” as punctuation, because some people just…
Why am i writing again…
Well while i am all in for the people need to adapt their builds past “maybe ill survive longer if i swap out the gem in my amulet for soldier”, the random and unreliable power dhuumfire gives is dumb, but not for the power (engie got a stronger version either way), but for the fact that necros arent supposed to be kitten random and on proc, thats mesmers (and warriors n rangers for crits), at least if any commercials were to be trusted, and in general it was true, we only had two real things that procced trough chance.
Lore is absolutely the foundation of the theme of the class, which heavily influences, guides, and limits what a class does and does not have.
Well the GW1 and GW2 necros are like a alchemist (for the sake of the comparison lets say that it worked) and chemist, they did see the kinda same thing, but vastly different in function, the 3/5 GW2 necros dont have any relation to the underworld and by all rights one species shouldnt even be able to use necromancy since past the connection to the underworld the main 2 sources of power are blood and corpses, both things sylvari dont functionally have.
Also being kinda partially demonic/infused into the powers from the stygian pits of the underworld trough DS does not really make much sense for charr and asura, races which never had true gods trough they could connect into the underworld.
That could be explained by either, said charr are religious, said charr managed to somehow connect to the mists OR its not grenth but dhuum who is the connecting point which would explain for the asura too, since everything dies.
Either way, punishment for actions, control over blood and organs, empowering themselves and their allies with the life of their enemies, summon hordes of minions, can partially control lower life organisms like insects and bacteria to spread diseases and know rituals which cover walkways (marks n wells). My guess of why we got high vitality/hp is that if lich form is lich form, any necro went from fragile shut in into a aoe life sucker like khilbron and joko were and over time adapted to sustain more punishment cough 1hp BIP builds dont mix with our current necro.
MELANDRU RUNES? they are universally available and help against cc.
Also maybe getting 1-3 condi removals on your trait/utility setup.
Btw Cond time reduction>cond duration.
Also a thing which exists is cc and damage, if you do the two against a necro they tend to die because well kitten no stability on utilities and even if loaded with 3 stun breaks they got only 2 dodges in comparison to 3 (or the 5 for thief) and utterly no skills which block/evade/invul.
Hello, Mad Queen Malafide, hope all is well,
1) We will become stronger as a result of having 2x sigils regardless of whether other classes have them.
-The strength of all classes will go up. So where someone might kill us quicker, we will also be able to kill them quicker. It’s just the way it is.
2) They are nerfing crit damage, which will reduce the strength of power builds. This will indirectly increase our sustain against people with power builds.Although I’d personally take sigil of Energy above everything else (Vigor spoiled me) I agree that hydromancy will be a really strong sigil to add. In sPvP with 30 in spite… that could go up to 4 seconds of chill on swap, along with Dark Path (6.5 sec chill) and Staff #3 (5 sec chill)… sprinkle in some Chill of Death (6.5 sec chill) trait from 20 in Spite …. gg
.
Well with 2x hydro, chillblains and just dark path you can permachill a npc, with 40% cond dur on top of that you get permanent min 5s chill with playtime between casts (aka 3 life blasts or 4 d1 chains in between weapon/ds swap and marks), its a very nice thing for most fractal thrash clears since they got quite long cds/you wont see a ascalonian warrior charging you twice in a fight.
My guess is that hydro+energy (melee and it can crit so it kinda equalizes with damage loss from force if value the chill for kiting as i do) will become staple for fractal power, geo+energy for dire/rabid condi (leeching + scav if they didnt change the runes for carrion) and the generic setup being with force.
Either way, no enemy gets air+force or even more dodges against our skills and… well lets just say we will dance with our mad king thorn soon.
On double CD sigils, I’d be looking more at Hydromancy than Geomancy for condition damage builds. Additional control and cover is more important than extra damage that gets removed with the rest in my book.
Fun fact time:
Hydroancy and Geomancy sigils can actually crit, unlike Fire and Air.
On 3/4 of the existing mobs, having them permachilled denies more damage trough cd and kite power than 1 dodge pre 9.
Also thieves are kinda immune to chill and eles/engies get quite kittened by it.
(edited by Andele.1306)
Spectral ds builds will be viable once they fix the ds locking out 6-10 and taking real damage in ds.
Actually right now we take less in DS on pretty much anything that isnt the epitome of tanky. Problem is they implemented it a week after they did 2 massive nerfs to DS survival (its funny how they had to add a 50% damage reduction to DS after removing 40 LF value and absorb but fixing the little fact that we took around 30% more damage in DS).
Siphon builds I’ve found work best with knights and stacking as much steal health on crit as possible. Wouldn’t really recommend it for anything other than 1v1 or pve… If you get cced your whole build is kittened.
Kinda a myth, if yo use WH5, Marks or wells/any 5 aoe and have 3+ targets) you are constantly hitting siphons with just 20% crit chance, and with the fact that necros only need 24% crit chance in a proper party (necro, ranger, warrior, guardian and ele) for 50% crit while not in DS/100% in DS, it can be easily done with just 2-3 trinkets and trait allocation.
Skills:
Phoenix; 1
Magnetic Wave; 3
Cleansing Fire; 3
Burning Fire; 3
Traits
Cleansing Water; 1 pre 5
Cleansing Wave; 1 pre 9
Evasive Arcana; 1 pre 10
Say what again?
We can spec for:
Being 4/5 in terms of damage and tanking and have medicore self sustain with D/W siphon traits and DS
OR
We can hit for meh but be very tanky and have a 5.4 healing power ratio heal, total 1.3 healing by popping defensive DC, etc. (something along the lines of http://gw2skills.net/editor/?vQAQNAW3Yjk00SbRN+0wfbCY6R3jvdkiiHmSR5oD-zACBoLCyEEwE1BKLqIaslRFRjVvATpiIq2loIa1AA-e)
Mixing doesnt work really.
For starters the obelisk shards are incredibly convenient. We have no explanation where they came from – just that Scarlet acquired them. The thing krait seem to want so badly and is likely found deep in the ocean, yet Scarlet (who presumably knows less about krait history than the krait themselves) managed to find them first (while she was inventing new technology, going mad, building secret bases, forging multiple unlikely alliances, reverse engineering… you get what I mean).
The “prophet” was killed by two humans and their ally. If I believed my race was superior and I was delivered a prophet, I wouldn’t believe it to be real if it died that easily. I would have thought from the krait’s perspective that the hybrid is a false prophet – no true prophet would be that weak – and Scarlet betrayed them with lies.
Both of them can be explained by simple things:
1.) She plain looted them the same way we can find precursors and buy pieces of the freaking bloodstones.
2.) As mentioned in point 1, the PC is (even if a quaggan loving asura) is kinda the definitive version of one man army to a level where Rambo looks like a common footman.
*also im not sure that they actually even knew there was a “prophet” in their tower since we awoke him too early from the giant leaf egg and then murdered him… wait does that count as giving the tower a abortion?
P.S. The aetherblades/inquest tie was explained in TA/A release trough voice overs. Also explained the norn with the slickpack and the little flame rat.
One very important thing to keep in mind is, do krait exist that split off without having been influenced by the UO religious ones (remember it takes religion to get a good snake to do evil deeds)? Could there be a split faction somewhere? If so will we be able to kitten play as the most kitten race on Tyria that aint giant demon dragon monsters?
Also personal flavour; the Forgotten fighting at the UO where the humans got turned into margonites, could it be that if the krait prophets did exist, that they were abbadon or from another human god influenced forgotten (they did kinda have massive magical powers across the known professions)?
On topic: If it has the human gods cough what kind of monster is shady-b the friendly neighbourhood rapper, since thats a bit too big for a shade, fancy relationships between factions/characters and/or any kind of impact on my character, awesome, if its something stupid like the jotun making up kitten about history that all other races denied and in the end isnt even worth the bytes it uses up in terms of flavor, nope.
(edited by Andele.1306)
What i would really like to see regarding necros is more support in PvE Dungeons etc. because i sometimes just get kicked from groups seconds after joining just because I am a necro, and these where groups that doesnt explicitely stated any class requirements…
Therefore i would like to see some general changes to necros playstyle:
1. They could buff wells to give more or different boons when traited (for example changing the grandmaster well trait of blood magic)
2. They could increase the value of the necros condition removal
3. Finally they could remove the condition cap in PvE and prevent stronger conditions to be overwritten by weak ones.Basically I know that the chance of Anet doing this is close to zero, but everyone that knows Douglas Adams should know what happens wit infinite impropabilitys
How about instead of the well thing, do something necros did to hell and back, make their siphons heal their allies?
It was the “of course it’s intentional cause it’s one of the best skills in the game” tone that angered me.
That was shortly before the "’Siphoned Power’ has the potential to be the best minor trait in the game’ comment by the same Dev.
Dont worry, the devs know that its a very hard to efficiently play profession and noone of them play it for exactly that reason, its too bloody advanced for them to play without infinite evade spam or multiple invuls for +3s.
To explain it in easy detail: you get one of these http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Khilbron%27s_Phylactery – but personalized, then you would select this – http://www.guildhead.com/search/Lich#traits if it were still in game, then you probably ripped your soul out in a cruel and unusual way, stuck it in there, probably hid it under zhaitans pillow, in jormags panty drawer or next to your parents grave site (if human noble ofc). Then went batkitten insane and finally transform back human till you need the powers of the stygian pits of the underworld again while fighting a Smeerp, a girl which explodes hard every few seconds, a flaming kitty cat and a kittened off two headed non-human thing (aka your typical valve fanboy).
Also you can kinda check out the original GW necro lore, youll see we have this little tendency to do more harm than most of the main/long arc villains.
Cant anet just go about 5 months back in time (i think its then, its when Sarmor and Swalk were both 60s cd with 3% pre hit no cap) and instead of adding dhuumfire they add “dhuumblast” which lets us use UW DS skills on land/slot in what we need in DS? Id be fine even with the nerf to DS not to absorb damage then anymore.
Also most of the demon influence on Shiro or Khilbron was less mind control and more slow convincing and twisting facts/appearances.
They played a very good game, and succeeded in it, but it wasn’t mind control.
Tis a demon, that talks into your mind (for god knows how long), can work on any part of your conscience, if thats not mind control i dont know what is.
a) its quite a bit less on knights because toughness or precision are main stat (depending on type of armor/trinket and level)
b) 2179 (2265 with ascended) is the current maximim possible non ascended power you can have which can be converted into other stats
c) Still tho doesnt answer if 45% boon duration is better on a necro than 150 healing power, we dont have enough boons and our healing power ratios are massive (5.4 from WoB, 1.8 form transfusion, etc, most of which are pre target over 5 targets)
Finally the other benefit of attunements is the 20 skills, which is null and void because of it’s counterbalance of having them be inferior.
Tis not like you have a massive amount of self finishers or that each element has a skill thats on a total of 1.4+ power ratio.
Class is reliant on self finishing unlike other classes. This also means that other classes get stronger when they are with friends who have fields while eles stay the same.
Also having a skill with 1.4+ power ratio is nothing special, there are many skills in the game with a way bigger coefficient, just check the wiki. Finally damage is not the only thing the matters, cooldowns, defense and utility are all extremely important. Keep in mind that you are talking about the squishiest class which also happens to have less useful defensive utilities than the class with the most health and armor.
No profession can throw 4 of them in a row, thats kinda the point of being able to.
Also kitten please if someone has hybrid utilities (aka both defensive and offensive at once) its ele, compare to my necro who has a cheeze 1v1 fake invul and the only 2 mobility moves having kinda giant icons showing where i port to if at all/not get cced to hell and back.
Give me lightning hammer i give you flesh wurm, give me shield i give you spectral armor.
Doesnt mean ele aint kittened by chill unlike no other but you aint bloody weak just spoiled from choice, just as those whiny kittens that caused dhuumfire to be a thing.
Would it be better if it turned 2% power into boon duration over 7% power into healing?
Just a little thought that sprung up but im still on the fence off.
Chill of Death – Does not activate at 50% hp, activates at 25% trait tooltip was updated but not the actual trait….. TESTED
Yes they do
Actually, they changed it from If enemy under 20%, on next hit cast spinal shivers to if enemy hp 50%, before next hit cast spinal shivers. Now it actually functionally works (it might still be 5% off but its at least functional, what angers me tho is that it now goes on full 20s cd instead of a 3s cd if the target is out of range).
Because they don’t want to bring back the old hex system. This game is supposed to be fairly friendly to new players, and having dozens and dozens of individual skills, effects, and icons to learn isn’t new-friendly.
If the real SS came back, it’d be confusion application.
Or it would be a grandmaster trait that cast a weaker (no retal no cripple) Unholy Feast each time you lost more than 5% LF by a enemy skill.
How about:
Drop a flare that calls upon a barrage from Ironstrikes Fall (yay for fancy charr airships) that detonates the area with 3 245mm caliber anti-ghost shells (0.5s daze pre hit, one shell pre half a second, 2s of burning and 821+0.4 power pre shell hit), deals 33% less damage if allies are in the aoe.
About as strong in terms of defiant stack reduction as hounds of balthazar, same type of burn attack, okish damage but way more reliable, also fancy lore favor (not razing your own troops), also all parts of the code/ability are used in game in one form or another.
On that note why cant the call warband summon the actual warband you picked trough the personal story?
“hardcore” PvE (as in fractals and wurm): okish if combined with a siphon build.
WvWvW: same as always, bursts kitten in 1v1, meh in zergs past epidemic bot.
PvP: people finally understand how to murder a necro, dhuumfire is still dumbfire, but all old terror builds have kinda been nerfed out of usability from what i saw and understand.
Short answer: No
Long answer: Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
1) timeline impossible
2) again impossible because of not only timeline but also how the OoW works
3) THE ENTIRE POPULATION OF LA ARE PIRATES!
4) points 1 and 2
5) Actually he just had his burned arm technologically improved, you can still see his burned arm on his model. Also that risen commander sure does talk stuff.
Finally the other benefit of attunements is the 20 skills, which is null and void because of it’s counterbalance of having them be inferior.
Tis not like you have a massive amount of self finishers or that each element has a skill thats on a total of 1.4+ power ratio.
You can minion to level 60 in pve.
