It’s Dallas level 3. Your ISP has a contract where they use that node when taking that route to servers in Texas. Anet does not control the route your ISP takes.
i’m having the same problem. it’s been like this since 1 week ago, i’ve runned pingplotter and and i’m getting 100% percent of packet loss at the ncsoft.com side. it’s definitely anet side issue.
you are not reading it correctly, can you post a pic? Its not possible for anet to have 100% PL right now.
Last night I saw more practice runs than actual runs on the LFG for various bosses. So toxic. Seriously these people don’t know how to play a raid boss well so they create these practice runs to get experience. Then they can get into regular runs and know what they are doing for the most part. Why do people do this. So toxic

When other games are smooth and seamless you know the issue isn’t on your end. I played 3 different games today and 100% of my lag issues were in Guild Wars 2. No, the 8 frame input lag in Street Fighter 5 doesn’t count since I disabled V-Sync and everyone else has it anyway.

ITs now been over a month since i submitted a ticket and still no progress on recovering my missing character im getting sick and tired of the sheer lack of support
They take awhile to start channeling those skills. As soon as you Aggro then the cast time kicks in followed by the actual skill which will follow you trough stealth by design. As above, similliar to ranger using rapid fire
First, this isn’t a political issue. It is a social justice issue. Second Anet already made a fair amount of decisions that advocate awareness and acceptance of LGBT. Third there is nothing wrong with Anet combating homophobia more by doing something purposeful in game to show support.
They will lift your ban. You will need to be persistent but polite. So far you haven’t done the best at demonstrating that but if you want your account back you need to take a deep breath and work with support rather than against them. This is not the first case of this happening. Often support will give you an automated message type response. You will need to escalate the ticket by being persistent and polite about the issue. Otherwise it will be a rough road.

If the ARENA.NET thinks the G2A isnt a retail seller, don’t let them to sell GWHOT CD KEYS. If you check out the G2A still selling Guildwars cd keys. Why they let tem to do this?

It’s alright they will resolve it for you. You have to understand the keys on G2A are bought with stolen credit cards. Anet does not know which cards are stolen or not stolen when a purchase is made. The card is later reported stolen after you buy from G2A. Anet does not know they are selling a key to G2A since it’s just a credit card purchase like any other. If they sold keys to G2A it would be an official retailer. You’re incorrect in thinking Anet had any control over G2A.
Just explain the problem and they will work it out for you. DO NOT get all hostile and aggressive toward support. This is not their fault. You will get farther faster with them if you can understand this.
Thank you Gaile, I have been experiencing this terrible lag with ping spikes to 4800 and fps drops to 0 literally, for over a week now, even when I am not doing anything, just standing around. The other night I dc’ed 6 times in wvw, the game keeps freezing up due to lag and crashing several times a day. I am glad this is being looked at and hopefully will be fixed because many of my guildies and friends are experiencing the same problems as well.
This screenshot of pingplotter was from 6/5, I only have internet issues with GW atm. I logged into gw1 the other day and it also was showing a high ping.
You have packet loss and latency problems right from your ISP. That is not Anets servers. You should give your ISP a call.
Tried logging in just now, first dc’ed on select screen, then when I finally loaded the game would not stop lagging, tried to switch maps and loading screen went on forever until I closed the game manually. Here is a pingplotter screenshot during the loading screen.

Hammer guardians are the worst for this instability. As you pointed out with the light field is less than have the problem. The protection up times hammer guard gives bosses is huge. The boss fights take nearly 30% longer without boon strip.
So adapt.
Here’s the thing. I do adapt.
The problem is that it is easier (for me) to not take a guardian in the first place. When PUGging, why shouldn’t I just exclude all guardians and make my life simpler? Instead of hoping for a boon stripping necro?
Engineers aren’t the only ones that can trigger the retaliation — any class with a blast finisher or leap finisher (light aura) can create retaliation. By excluding guardians (who are the primary producers of light fields), I can avoid the problem altogether.
And that’s the point of this thread. I have a perverse incentive to simply exclude a class from playing high level fractals with me. Not because I have anything against people who play that class, but because that class itself is a liability.
The guardian could also use a greatsword instead of a hammer.

It doesn’t sound safe to let people sneak around your house and get on your computer. They could also do other untrustworthy things. My advice is to only let people you trust into your house.
You should submit a support ticket. I looked up that ip 213.71.135.138 and that belongs to Anet in Frankfurt. Include your pictures with the info that the first ip giving you problems belongs to Anet even tho there is no name identified with it.
If you read this info I have in this post you can learn a bit more about how the Internet works and how to test if it’s Anet or not. I see some responses here that show ping plotter shows no issues. It could be several issues at that point but filing a ticket with support is not a bad idea.

Do you actually own a HoT legendary? I hope you do, because otherwise it’d be like a pvp player complaining about time being spent on pve content.
I for one would appreciate a longer and more noticeable footstep or aura, right now the weapons don’t feel that legendary when you see them.

Time was wasted changing the duration of the footprints when it should have been set up the way it has been for all the footprints for the past few years. New or Old, having super short duration makes it almost pointless to even have them in the first place.
There are generation 1 legendaries with short footprints too, such as howler. Your first post made little sense. It could easily be interpreted that you are giving a thumbs down because you don’t want the devs to go back and fix the footprints to be longer as that would waste Dev time. I doubt it took more development time to make the footprints shorter during the actual development. It will take them time to go back and fix it. So logically your post made little sense.
I thought this was done by taking multiple characters through the same map. In that case you did participate in that map and contributed to the rewards. Maybe this doesn’t work tho but that is how I did it when farming my legendary.
yes, this character has 100% of the entire world. DT, SW, SS, and HoT. black citadel (and thus map completion) was the last of everything to be finished
Ok that relates then and probably is what is triggering the bug. Doing world completion first before SW Southsun HoT maps ect…. Would not have triggered the bug. I would add that to your ticket so they know this bug which is probably like a year old, still pops up. It’s hard to say what combination of maps triggers it, maybe only when you do all the other maps first, but seems likely this is the reason for the bug based on past experiences.
Yeah it takes about 3 days to hear back. Support says you need to wait 72 hours before posting to the sticker for tickets for review. However they are behind and probably will take even longer with the holiday.
Previous bugs relating to this involved map completion of SW, Southsun, or a HoT map before world completion. Did you do any of those on that character or a different character ?
They will likely restore it however it’s also likely they only restore things like this one time. There’s not a set policy on it but I’ve heard of others accidentally destroying things and having them restored but being warned its a one time deal. A ring like that is very easy to come by and wouldn’t be worth trying to restore it really.
It’s most likely a bug. There are several gliders now that have a tool tip in the hero panel saying they can be dyed as a glider. So my guess is a bug.
There is a nice house in Divinity’s Reach that has no NPC’s inside. I think of it as mine. Also, one of the NPC girls in the tavern is my imaginary girlfriend who I am cheating on with that tramp on the 2nd floor.
