according to dulfy the new heal skill is:
Skelk Venom. 4300 initial self-heal and 685 heal for every attack for the next 4 attacks.
my question is if i have venomouse aura will this aoe the skill to my allies.
with shadow refuge are thieves the new badazz healing class?

new to fractals -enter fractals level 1 – 30. get 5 +1 infusions on each level run , so 150 +1 AR. get infused ring drops and versitile in fusions +40 – 55ar.
so if you don’t meet the criteria to enter the high level fractals, you really nottrying and just looking for a shortcut.

she said something along the lines of “hmm they made a miscalculation but i see the error” and now she uses the portals for her aethrbladees, molten alliance and clockwork horrors.

so complaining becuase you put if off for too long……

i was hating how obvious scarlets involvement was (she uses portals to summon her minions who didn’t see this coming) but the dessa part just really touched me. she can’t leave (because she’s part of a fractal I guess instance) trapped in a constant loop.

the runes should have a summon like the mad king runes. i would love to be able to throw an agony axe like mossman or summon a jade golem for 30 secounds

epic finally have a better chance of getting the weapon i want.
but i’d say they could add a merchant to trade the old fractal weapons (in banks) for new weapon chests. that would be epic.
but i’d love to open a chest and see:
fractal skin +kitten weapon.

I currently have 55ar and level 48 is the limit before agony kills me How does the agony scale in the dungeon? If new level 10 is old level 20 that mean 24 is the new 48?

infused ascended rings are higher drops to get than ascended and fractal weapons wow

yay a way of increasing agony past +5, finally i can get past the hard cap at 50 and get better odds at that fractal sword i’ve been working hard for months to get.

what your reseting my level back to 30 w.t.h oh wait your changed the mechanics and reward system, ok thats fine, what level can i get the sword.. level 10.. much easier i guess but what level is it easier to get it as a drop (currently 26+). what in the same prize pool as all the other drops permanantly, dropping the odds of getting it even more that it currently is……..
ok so your reseting the agony on ascended items, so what i spent those ectos to infuse items and your now just adding it……
so what you’ve said is 9 months, 400+ 28,38,48 daily runs. getting everything but what i entered the fractals to get (the sword) to show my prestige and you halve my level and don’t fix the unwanted weapon drop issue. are the new fractal weapons atleast kitten?

There called legendary because of the legendary time and effort it takes to get it. yes you can buy them from tp for a legendary price (see what i did there), but that doesn’t take away the fast you worked to get it.
if you don’t want to the tasks needed for a legendary, then don’t go for one, the other 9/10 people who did them aren’t complaining. its the journey, not the destination.

you start a topic and you “don’t know” why it’s an issue. your not speaking from experience of having trouble as you “don’t know” you state what could be an issue to get a rage topic started but you have no research to back up your claim. play the game mate, i got to 80, got kitten/exotics/legendary without spending a penny of real cash in the store on gems , just running game content. and selling junk.

the person in question had 5k/6k Achievement point when they left so when they came back after the “achievement points mean something now” patch, they got there chests.

The fight fine as it is for casual players. Its only doesnt work for players who dont know how to act as a team or listen to instructions. I play weekends mostly as i work and all i All i did was use the lfg tool and join a team with someone on teamspeak and just follow there lead, (and read the messages from commaanders) job done.

i’ll give you all the fractal eapons in my bank (18 of the 19 available in doubles) for a fractal sword which i have been trying to get since fractal launch.

when you can program an awesome weapon trail and have it interact with the enviroment, then you can complain about the particle effect haha

you get kitten weapons from the daily chest aswell in fractals. if you dont want to play the stat combo lottery, you can always craft.
and if yoy all get kicked from the fractal before you get the chest, report the user for scamming.

make it 3 to boot instead of two. just had a fractal run where 2 guildes booted everyone at the end of the third fractal, and they were the weaker player (broken armour etc), with a majority vote this would be so much better.

first i thought this was just an update to the fight, but if its part of the living story then it can be assumed that zhaitain isn’t dead then, he was the zombie dragon and we didn’t burn the corpse.

-It will be on a dragon time not every hour.
- rewards aren’t given till the event is successfully done, that includes the monster drops.
- the devs cheated becuase they had 20-30 people doing a 80 persion mission.
if the rewards are as epic as they seem, people will come come to the events, and it means the commanders will have to actually live upto there titles now or they’ll get loads of agro.

I start the game: intro mission reward new weapon. do first story mission reward new armor, wander to a heart quest do that, (excluding any drops you get ) reward karma. karma merchant sells equpment and weapons. discover new land, exp,karma,money. do another story mission, get stonger piece of armor(repeat till 80)

There is no issue for new players unless they log on run about doing nothing at all they’ll get equipment to survive the game, you fixation on the tp been the only source of equipment blinds you of how you got to 80 in the first place.

just ran fractal 48 and got a a zerker asended weapon chest

any class is fine only thing that becomes essential is a guardian at 40+ as the agony is overkill, but post September, that wont really be a major as we get more AR.
general fractal rule is no more than 2 of any class.

Don’t really get who would prefer to ‘complete’ over farm once you have ‘Kill Scarlet’ achievement.

the issue is that people haven’t got that achievement and are working hard to get it but the commander/zergers are just farming till time runs out.
its a case of " I did the event at launch and I’ve got the achievement first so you can’t have it now" because i’m farming. happens on orr a lot these days aswell

same issue, had an epic fight with 300+ people, highlight been someone dropping a merchant and the crown of 100+ people around him haha. but when get to the end someone pings scarlets way point, port there and its over….
i say they add phases to the fight or a portal detected in this area message and she spectacularly pops in after 2-3 minutes

level 20+ weapon skins drop which is the main reason most people run.
5-10% chance 20-28
10-15% chance 30-38%
15- 20% chance 40-48%
etc etc

the fractal are glimpses of the past,present and future, and may give a glimpse into past lore (charr searing) or possible futures (the asura sky fractal) “abandoned, you cant be here” did humans leave the world and abandon the asura? when did mossman and Bloombury exist?

make condition damage scale up aswell, when they boss is overheated, condition builds are pretty much useless on this boss fight

so they’ve given people an incentive to get AP, and people are moaning that what, because I’ve done A, its B,‘s achievement doesn’t count because its was easier than mine.

1) they’ll add an achievement tier.
2) your current points count so some of you may already have access to most of the best looking stuff.
3) someone who’s had the game for a day/week/month now has an incentive to try and achieve things via dailies, story, wvw.
4) stop looking for short cuts or reason to separate sections of the gw2 gaming community because you feel, only the hard stuff should count, some people don’t have time or like to do the more long winded stuff,
5) stop undermining a good idea because your lazy and don’t want to work for a achievement, people with current high point really shouldn’t care, unlike the leader board, when you get to the tier for the item, its not gonna suddenly jump to a higher number. salvage kits didn’t double in price when more people started buying them did it?

newbie and people who left the game for sometime aren’t really involved to keep on exploring Tyria and its lore; since i logged in my only thought is “Omg, look how much i’ve missed since January!” The fact I can’t “complete” the game (or at least trying to) at 100% is a bit annoying, but whatever.

By “compete the game” all you need to do is the story and achive the six goals on the charactor select screen. everything else is just tyria growing like a real world.
you missed christmas and return to see you siblings with new toys, the world is different but your goals arent hindered. if you had an interest in the game world you would have either kept playing or looking at the site for somethnig to drive you back nito the game and seen these event.
the argument that “i missed these month long event’s” is tiring, the devs have already stated instances would be added to the fractals which essentually are fragments of time – past present and future. so you can do the story events.

if your motivation is missed rewards tough luck best answer i saw for this was a post that went:

player 1 – “that flaming book back item is awesome where did you get it”
Player 2 – “last year a mad king destroyed the lion in lions arch and torment tyria with his minions, i ventured into his mad worlds and defeated him, this was one of the rewards”
Player 1 – “cool can i get one”
Player 2 – " sorry kid, you had to be there".

whats the game about?
well to me, it was about your character rising from local hero to unrecognised world hero (thank you threahern), and the dealing with your life after that – what happens once you’ve saved the day? do you explore the world in search of adventure, work the markets and become a merchant making money or master a profession always waiting for your next call to arms against the dragons. but as you chose your path the world changes, your victory has left a vacuum in power and others will take this oppertunity to rise and opress the people you’ve fought to protect, maybe you stand up (on a monthly basis) and make things right.
You slayed the mad king and stopped trix’s mad machines at winters day , earning trophies of your victories not as challenging as killng a dragon you got a sense of peace. then a new threat appeared in a deadly alignance and the after match left you to decide where you would allow slavery or the actions of a vigelantee. in the end the choice was taken away from you, and a new friend was made in kiel.
Now a new festival arises and a once again your skills are called upon to make sure things go well. Just another hectic day in teria.

rock’s have no blood so how can they bleed?
objects have no blood and are animated by magic so cannot bleed.

it only boots you if he clicked leave pary, change character -log out or log out to desktop. any other method won’t boot the party (clicking the x, Alt+f4, etc)
it would just leave you with 1 person down, has happened a few times to me, where someone just leaves and we can still finish it with the down aslong as we don’t boot them from the party.

But I think for my point 2 you’re mixing up the chronology. You receive the letter before you talk to Inspector Kiel (immediately after you leave the Return to the Crime Scene"-instance). Me, personally, I didn’t talk to Kiel until I had found the 3 suspects from the letter and didn’t know what to do next. Fortuantely Kiel told me what to do next, only that it wasn’t there yet.

thats the issue i guess, they didn’t take into account everyone’s play style:

A- those who would think, i’ve found these 3 let me go back to the instance and tell
her and get the last two.
B – Keil seems to know most things maybe she’s been told where the last two are.

true the game designates the skills for you, but once you’ve done (or abandoned) the story, every choice after that is what reflects you:
- i’ll pick this armour because i feel my charactor looks better in it – thats my style
- I’ll use these skills because i want to beable to do A,B,C instead of D,E,F.
- I travel alone on the map and don’t like parties or i always look for a group because.
- i decided to take up a crafting instead of exploring the world or vice versa.
your personality isn’t just defined by your class, its by the choise you’ve made, whether that varies from day to day, thats tells us thats the kind of person you are.
