One of my party DC/lagging like crazy last night in EB. I was fine. I think this affects some players.

I would be incredulous if ATM, HzH or IRON transferred to bronze league.

Let me add, I totally agree that Bronze league is looking to be the most competitive league of the 3. I’m actually looking forward to leagues now.

You know…. After this week, I really wish we never get paired with GoM/FC/DR/AR again… I enjoy much more the weeks we are losing.

People seen to have changed on Eredon… We no loger play for fun. There is some kind of “Hardcore feeling” around, and that make a really unpleasant environment… The number of name calling and finger pointing this week seemed way higher than the last week that everyone said it was bad.

Of course, there are people that will deny that. I don’t care… Denying only show how right I am about that. Because there can be no mistakes in such a “hardcore community” right? I feel that I’m playing on Blackgate again and, seriously, I don’t like it…

I’m expecting the league season to give me a major headache because of the “hardcore players”. I expect a lot of internal drama and that really gonna spoil the fun I have on chilling around in WvW.

Now I’ll just leave it here: Is it wrong play for fun? Because I’m sure there are people in ET that belive that it is.

I think most of the people posting in this thread was trolling/forum warrioring for fun. Some people took it seriously. (I suggest you laugh and enjoy it.) It felt like the minority rather than the majority to me.

Same thing happened last night right after NA prime. We took every Keep and all but one tower before anybody in DR woke up to recap.

Why does “everyone” hate arrow carts so much? I absolutely love them. And ballistas, and trebuchets, catapults, rams, and even golems (sometimes). I love cannons (Bessie!), mortars, and oil too.

I love hammers, greatswords, longbows, warhorns , pistols, and every single tool in this game that allows me to kill opposing players.

If I have to build one arrow cart to prevent your zerg from breaking down a gate, I will. If I have to build two ballistas to kill your golems approaching a tower, I will. If I have to build four superior catapults to take down your paper walls, I will. If I have have to build FIFTEEN arrow carts to kill your roaming group of six people, you can bet your tootie fruity that I will. Because in the end, you are dead. You lost your stacks. You have to run all the way back from spawn and try it again. I’m alive. You are not. And I won, using all of the tools that the game allows me to use, because…well…they’re all pretty freakin useful.

Oh, and this thread is friggin ridiculous. And not in a good way…

Arrow carts aren’t nearly as fun as open field combat. Open field combat is reliant on skill (not just pressing 1, 2, 3 and aiming your mouse). While I do get fun out of raining arrows down on a zerg, I feel silly when it is only a few people. I especially get annoyed if there are equal numbers on both sides. C’mon open field fight me guys!

I’m not trying to convince you to change your ways. I want to explain why arrow carts are looked on unfavorably.

I don’t know if WvW servers in general are degrading or if everyone is migrating upward in ranks. The lowest 9 servers have gotten smaller in terms of WvW population in general. I believe ET has grown. It does make the T8/T7 matchups more fun for me since roaming is way more prevalent.

JQ is known for having a strong asian presence. You will find a lot of players during your timezone but they may speak chinese only. They’re fun to play with though. I think Sfeeeeee is so funny.

JQ also has awesome PvE. I play NA prime so I wouldn’t know how the PvE community is during your timezone. I expect it’d be as active or more so than the WvW.

Disclaimer: I’m not saying JQ needs any more SEA coverage. I am pointing out a place with lots of activity during his playtime.

I came here to comment on the fact that DR is beating FC at the moment. I was pretty shocked when I checked mos this morning. FC, wake up and fight.

If I wanted to be competitive for leagues, I’d transfer again. You know…since I don’t have any server loyalty. xD I do agree with Basket that the bottom 8 servers have had all the fairweathers leave.

I’m here for the good fights and because I have the most awesome friends. Also, I got tired of T1 zerging. T7/T8 is much more fun for the fights.

ET has more people playing because of better coordination and teamwork. Thanks to the leadership of people such as Warlord. It’s not as if ET had an influx of people for some random reason.

The score is merely an indicator of who has more coverage. Seriously though. Stop being PPT kittens. I’ve had a blast this entire weekend. A kittening awesome reset night. Lots of good small fights. I have missed you FC & DR. <3
