The sound effect of Way Point Gate’s is too loud when standing next to them.

E.g. Sound effects are set to a comfortable level but when I am ported out of a pvp match I am standing on a Portal in HotM and the humming from it is just too much.
Move away a little and it is at an acceptable level compared to other sound effects volume.

Can you tone it down a bit?

You might think its OP but its not apart from being boring and not warrior like, there are much much better builds that use x/x/6/6/x.

In all honesty I think he was better player than you 2 at the time. No reason why 2 players can’t kill him, you just got caught off guard by something you haven’t seen before.

Anyway some good necro’s here will teach you how to burst him down, cos some did kill me easy but most didn’t.

Yeah and don’t waste corrupt boon on regen boon^^ if that’s the only boon on him.
That banner just pulses, his regen isn’t going away and you should kill him before his mates show up or its going to get much harder.

Just camp in DS and kill that trolling warrior.

Yesterday I got fed up with playing condi war builds.
Played skull crack and enjoyed it and was good with it.
Now I want to play GS/Hammer.
I play mainly tPvP and wvw roaming.
Did I make a stupid build for tpvp?
It can do 9k+ damage on hundred blades if I get the oppurtunity when their stunned or disabled, even crippled.
I use Spiked armour for survival (I love it).
Happy with health regen.
I don’t have Mobile Strikes so I kept Dogged March.
I have Destruction of the Empowered as a damage increase but also as a threat to those bunker guards.

Now what does a GS/Hammer tpvp build look like? Is there one?
Or if this is viable how can I synergise it better.

Any good youtube channels of warriors at the top of their game playing this wpn choice? WvW or PvP. Wanna learn something.

I think its cos someone has that rank and you’ve missed them.
Same thing happened to me when trying to delete old ranks.
In some cases I had to look 3 times before I found who still had the rank.
I’m pretty sure the error message was the same as you’ve printed.

If you can’t delete the rank its cos someone in your guild still has that rank. Find them and change their rank.

I checked buy price today after Colossus dropped for me.
I was shocked to see none on the TP and then saw that the buy price was 650g.
Last I looked it was moving from 500g to 550g.
I think if I was to sell it, I would be happy to sell to highest bidder cos 650g is good price for it now.
I think the new drops are either being kept by the finder(like me) or being sold to highest bidder rather than being put up for a higher price.

I tried it for one week and dc’d every time except once.
Not worth bothering with and I haven’t since.

In wvw they should remove xp and wxp till you are level 80 imo.
Quality of Life on top tiers would improve and could help solve blobbing/karma train.

Dropping and building siege I also get rooted to one place.
Swapping weapons releases me but its not ideal.

If your gonna win the season cos of bandwagons try losing it instead.
That will teach them about stacking top servers.

We can’t stop players bandwagon our server. They just move and don’t ask.
Every season we lose guilds and new one’s have to be created. Then it takes them forever to get good and randoms just blob for easy win.

I tried to 1v1 last night and I’m rubber banding everywhere, no skills working etc y’know the story.

I tried to waypoint afterwards and it took more than 40 secs to port to citadel.

Take your toon to spvp and practice fighting. You can level it up in no time and learn something about your class. Or go EotM, it’s the new Karma Train and don’t sit in que for a wvw map, just stay there till you ready.

Yes, I have noticed same problems on Earthshaker.
It does exactly as you describe when I use same settings you have.
At 1st I thought it was skill lag but it isn’t that.
It can take a few seconds to activate after releasing the F1 button and by that time you’ve moved on hence the ‘porting’ around.
If it doesn’t activate when I release then naturaly I keep using other skills then all of a sudden Earthshaker activates where I wanted it to be 3 seconds ago.

It was in 2012 my case.
We were in 1-15 area. Snowden Drifts if i remember correctly so not the same case.

Devs are not perfect and make mistakes. They may be able to undo them but we was all still punished even after it’s established we’re not bots.

Vigilantes are not perfect or qualified to police the game.

lol, one guy still buys gems from anet and I say to him ‘Why?’, ’They’ll ban you again.’

We all got banned for botting and it was instant perma ban.
We all know each other in rl. We either work together or go pub together.
We’ve all played same games together.
We were all less than 1 month in the game.
So I say ‘why don’t we all make party and go do some hearts?’ So we did.
I was afk at a spawn for about 2 mins max.
I come back and there is a whisper from someone who is not around anymore so I ignore it.
Within minutes we are all perma banned for botting.

After I cool off I respond to the ban saying we’re not bots and I don’t understand why we are banned and they straight away change it to a suspension. We must have been clean as a whistle or we would have been left banned. Or are you saying Anet allow some exploiting? You doubt we had a true case so you think we were exploiting something?
I dealt with it using proper channels, I don’t have to report it to you. So maybe that’s why you never heard about it.
I just share my experience here cos it happened to someone else but now I’m lyer and exploiter. gg.

Anet do ban on the spot for botting.

It has happened to me and my guildies.

So if your in a party with same tag near a bot hotspot, then a dev or vigilante will get you all banned and its perma.

You can’t expect lvl 80’s to carry you.

Nobody carried them so they won’t carry you.

Vigilantes need to police the game. It allows them to kick solo runners.
So maybe thats why Anet don’t change it? and keep silent about it.

Guildie of ours got dusk drop from fractals. Could have been a dungeon but that’s not important.
He had full inventory and was about to make room to pick it up when owner left dungeon.
He was a guildie too but just left dungeon straight away soon as it finished.

Lost both guildies, one I asked to leave.
The other lost all motivation for the game.

This is a fun build to play.
But now its getting tougher as I play against r50+ sometimes. (today I played against a full team of r60+ and I was highest rank on our team and we were put to shame, lol).

Leeto, I went back to your original 1st build,the one with corrupt boon,spectral walk and flesh wurm, I prefer it atm, I use barbarian and berserker amulet and I am currently trying Rune of the Wurm ( I chose this by accident in a rush to replace a rune set). I seem to be doing well against good players. I can tell a good player, they make you think and I like that.

I am not terribly experienced at tpvp or spvp but 1v1 I tend to win against similar ranks. I must admitt tho my success rate has gone up since using Letto’s build and I think Dhummfire works very well with dagger.

But I cannot theory craft a build and have to rely on other players to feed me builds and this is my current favorite build for necro. I did try rune of the Eagle but can’t remember what I thought about it as it was a few weeks ago. Now I got Wurm runes and it seems to do well but like I said, I didn’t choose it cos I know what I’m doing, it was more a case of ’that’ll do for now’. The extra 3% damage with dhummfire and a very high health pool seems to do the trick but there is prolly alot better runes.

I am looking forward tho to trying Leeto’s new updated build.

Do not choose Norn if you want to do PvP.
The terrain is so tight in most places that when you pan your camera round there is always an obstacle that blocks your view.

When I reach the final boss on p1 I cannot switch weapons.
It is greyed out as if I have no secondary weapons.
Works fine up until then.
It happens every single time I fight the final boss since last patch.

If I go down and rally it works again.
If I leave combat I cannot even unequip weapons or swap.

Several of my guildies have reported this issue with not getting daily chest from fractals and I had it last night too. It was also on Jade Maw.
Could be that the last fractal I did finished a little later than I thought so crossed over to the next day but I don’t think it did.
I have also done many hundreds of fractals and never heard of this before.

Yep. Been getting the same in dungeons. All of a sudden I can’t swap weapon sets using keyboard or by mouse clicking. Even getting out of combat and removing weapon and putting it back again didn’t solve it. Only way it worked again was when the instance was over i.e boss is dead or waypoining when dead.

How do you prepare for guild bounty mission? We have less than 15 players.

Do you spread out and look for bounties before starting the mission?

Do you all look for a bounty and when found, leave someone there before moving to next bounty and when all found start the mission?

Do you just start the mission then look for the target?
