I helped a friend with HotW story the other day and it turned out that two of the bosses there use the exact same attacks as Andall and Ginva. I think one of them even had the same model as the explorable path counterpart. Really shows how much effort they put into designing the fights. :P
To add to this, there’s a level 14 champion corrupted kodan in Snowden Drifts that’s a part of an event. It uses the very same model and attacks as Torn Fur in HotW P2.

This could be dire news. If a new content developer/dungeon developer is hired and turns out to be equally fond of HP sponges I fear for my future in the game.

I completely agree. The current birthday presents are a huge letdown and changing the levelling scroll would only be for the better.
Killing Kaeyi and Tazza gives you 2 bags, whereas killing just Tazza gives you none. Pugs however skip fighting both because it’s too much of a bother/too hard for them.
So far the bosses that do not drop loot are:
General Zimmerman
Tazza if fought solo
Wraithlord Hunter
Wraithlord Mage Crusher.

I’ve tried killing Kaeyi and Tazza simultaneously but it was still only Kaeyi that dropped a bag.
The hunter/MAGE (The crusher does drop a bag) not dropping anything is probably a leftover from when the coin bags were introduced and people farmed them for a larger amount of gold/hour. Anet “fixed” this by turning the crusher and mage (?) into a legendary instead of champions and removing the hunter’s/mage’s loot entirely.
And yeah, SSS doesn’t drop anything on path 3 of CM.
Kaeyi despawns (Disappears) if you kill Tazza first. I also tried killing Kaeyi first, but that didn’t make Tazza drop a loot bag.

Tazza (Final boss of SE1) hasn’t dropped loot for months either. I presume this is intented though, as there are 5 other bosses dropping bags on the already very short path.
Seems sort of weird because I know a lot of players, including myself, play with post-processing turned off.
With the exception of the culling update it’s absolutely NOTHING.

The dungeon community has been complaining about a lack of communication since the beginning of the game… Last reply we got in the dungeon forum was 2 months ago from a forum moderator, which was basically crowd control, followed by some vague replies from Colin saying everything will be fine.
The last reply before that was 7 months prior.
I know how you feel. We’re getting close to the 1 year anniversary and there are still bugs in various dungeons that have been there since release. Some of them have been fixed, of course, but a lot of them still persist.
That’s funny, because I thought about this when I went to bed yesterday after not seeing any replies to a gauntlet related bug I reported.
What if the threads were marked with a little icon once an anet employee had viewed it? It wouldn’t guarantee that they could fix it right away, but it would maybe make the players that had written in the threads feel like they actually were heard.

I was killing the deadeye boss for the 5 gambit achievement when he suddenly disappeared entirely from the arena. A few seconds after I was teleported out of the arena and got tickets/achievements as if I had defeated him, even though I only had managed to hit him one or two times.
My friend who was with me experienced the same thing. We went to a different arena afterwards and didn’t experience the bug again.
We were in the norn arena when it happened, in case that’d be of any use.
EDIT: It seems like the quaggan from the “Crowd Favorite” gambit disappears a lot as well. I’ve spoken to some people from my guild and they’ve all experienced the quaggan randomly disappearing after taking damage.

Yes, because there is no longer any reason for me to spend laurels on my alts due to the dungeon token change.
What am I supposed to look for? All I see is DPSing while covered by projectile absorbers/reflectors.
And look what happened again. I got into someone else’s fight. I am glad to see arenanet really ensured that this content was ready™ and playable by everyone. Honestly, I find it difficult to believe that supposedly 100 alpha testers had gone through this without noticing the bugs.

Would have certainly been nice if they actually had tested this before implementing this. Twice have I waited multiple minutes to get in only to find the previous boss that was fought in the arena (both of the times it were the ooze minions) in the arena shooting at me.

Since precursors simply are regular exotics with an additional use they can drop from all enemies/chests that drop loot. The drop rate’s just small.
You have to use a transmutation stone. Really stupid tbh, why couldn’t they just make them like the holiday skins?
Money sink. Also forces players to buy transmutation stones, just like the fractal skins.
1) When I first got the game I choose the server that my real life friends played on. When they quit the game in October (due to lack of content, gear progression and “fun” things that gave them a reason to play) I transferred to my guild’s main server. When I joined a different guild around a week before the free transfers were removed I changed to the server that I currently play on.
2) Currently there’s no reason for me to do wvw. There’s no sense of achievement to me, culling is annoying and it just seems like a zergfest in a game where the PvP is awful. We barely have any abilities and everything.
3) Dungeons are currently so ezmodo I’m more than certain I’ll be able to complete them, even if I don’t have my maximum health/regeneration boosted by 3%.
4) Repair bills in PvP are stupid imo but they aren’t the reason I don’t do wvw.
5) If I wanted attention I wouldn’t have made an underwater legendary.
Everyone I meet in AC are very bad at this game. It’s not like this game is hard too. I see players that are not even dodging. They’re just standing still auto attacking. Is there anyone out there that is any good still playing?
Off playing a different game, one that doesn’t get a new nerf every month.
There’s a reason Anet’s nickname in GW1 was Nerfnet.
It’s easier to nerf/completely remove something than it is to balance it.
Seriously, this is like the 5th thread on the subject. Just interrupt CR’s scream with cc until the bug is fixed. If that requires too much coordination for you and/or your group, simply avoid the path.

Even though it’s bugged it’s still doable. I honestly hope the encounter stays like it is now.
Just finished path 3, wiped a few time, very frustrated but finally locked him down. It’s doable but stacking all 5 members on one spot and spam DPS on him is clearly not an intended way to fight. Once you know it, it’s really easy.

For the same reason that at least two thirds of the commanders buy the badge.
Come on, this is a change/bug that’s not hard to adapt to. Use CC skills to tear through his defiant stacks and stun him when he uses the scream. People keep saying they want harder content, and when it’s released (although it was due to an accident in this case) it turns out they simply aren’t up to the task.
Haven’t tried her post-nerf but I do think her healing was just fine. Only ‘broken’ thing would be the spark AI.
Wipe. The hammer should respawn next to you if everyone dies.
I hope they don’t fix this. It teaches groups to coordinate and actually time their crowd control skills to interrupt CR. After ~6 months it’s about time we get a boss like this.

That’s pretty impressive. There’s one thing puzzling me though, shouldn’t he turn invulnerable when he reaches 50% of his health?
I always thought he’d immediately turn invulnerable once he started transitioning into the third phase, but apparently they either changed that or there’s a 1-2 second timer before he turns invuln.

They did touch lupicus, they made him see through stealth. He’ll pretty much camp the person he has aggro on regardless if they stealth or not till they pop out of stealth. Lol….
