We do not allow threads only created for the sake of complaining on this forum. You have the right to express a negative opinion, and we will pay attention to it, however, those opinions have to be written in a constructive & polite way.
As Raenen stated, if you witness behaviors that could be assimilated to hack, please use our in game report tool or send a request to our customer support with all necessary details.
For your information, I’ve closed the old thread which was not updated anymore and put this one in sticky.
We really appreciate that you take the time to update this thread and keep it as clear as possible. It helps us a lot to gather the bugs and forward them to the appropriate teams.
We really appreciate that you take the time to give us your feedback about this situation. However, I would just like to make some quick reminders here:
- Do not post any screenshots/videos/names of suspected botters
- Stay constructive and polite
As long as those simple rules are respected, we will let this thread open.
Thank you for your questions. Currently, we have no ETA to provide about the implementation of paying transfers. As soon as we will be ready to do it, we will let you know via an announcement.
Thanks for letting us know that the issue has been resolved. And also thank you for all these tips that could be very useful for someone who wants to offer GW2 to one of his/her friends.
There are several threads talking about this issue on our forums. Please don’t hesitate to use our forum searching tool before creating a thread that is already discussed.
Due to the amount of threads about thief and its gameplay impact, we have decided to open this thread in which you can discuss your concerns about Thieves in PvE, sPvP and WvW.
This will allow us to collect your feedback with more efficiency and forward them to the appropriate teams.
You can articulate both, positive and negative feedback for it, but we ask you to stay constructive and polite when you want to express your opinion, all posts that break the forum code of conduct will be removed.
While we are very committed into collecting your feedbacks and forwarding them, we do not allow threads that are created for the sake of complaining on our forums as they do not invite to constructive discussion.
As you certainly know, we do not allow threads that are created for the sake of complaining on our forums. Also, we have dedicated threads for Lost Shore event feedbacks, so I would ask you to please post your opinions inside instead of creating new threads.
I am sorry that you had to reboot the game during the event, and I totally understand how frustrating it can be as I play GW2 too. But please understand that if we deploy updates, it is due to a good reason and that it needs to be implemented at this time, especially for the patch showed in your screenshot.
Even if I have to admit that this video is funny, I can’t let this thread open as the content here is mostly related to a big trolling than something constructive.
We are keeping all feedbacks in one merged thread in order to make them easier to read for our developers. Posting feedbacks about the same content in different threads makes it harder for our developer to read as they will have to find out all the appropriated threads before being able to have a complete overview of what the community thinks.
Be sure that all feedbacks are read and forwarded, so I would recommend you to post your suggestions of improvement in the appropriate thread.
Please keep in mind that if we delete threads from our forums, it’s due to a rule breaking, we invite you to read again our code of conduct and check what is allowed or not on the GW2 forums. All threads/posts that are against those rules can be removed and/or infracted.
Also, if you think that a moderation action is inappropriate, you can always send a mail to forums@arena.net or send us a PM, it will be our pleasure to answer as long as your PMs stay polite and constructive.
There won’t be any “pay to win” system in GW2. This is absolutely against our philosophy of having fun in a game. The shop is only here to buy things that are not a must have in order to evolve and enjoy Guild Wars 2 at its maximum potential, and it will stay like this.
I’m sorry to for what happened to you. Our customer support will be able to help you regarding this problem, so please send them a request by clicking here.
Also, please check this page for more information about how to unlink your broken phone with your account.
I would like to make a reminder here: follow the rules written in our code of conduct if you want to post your opinion on our forums.
I have seen a lot of posts related to this kind of “nationality war” in this thread, and all of them have been removed. Competition is good for the sport spirit but it has to be done in a polite and respectful way so please refrain from being unrespectful to your opponents.
If we see other postings that are breaking the rules we will have to close this thread.
Thread posted for the sake of complaining are not allowed as they do not invite constructive discussion.
We have nothing against negative posts/feedbacks but they have to be written in a constructive way and invite to an interesting debat instead of just complaining.
Usually we don’t announce this kind of update unless we are sure that it will be implemented. The reason for that is that adjustement or updates about classes can take time and we need to be 100% sure that the implementation of the fix won’t add new bugs.
But as soon as it will be ready, you will be able to see the changes in the news & announcement sub forum.
