Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback here. The fact that the “holy trinity” is not necessary anymore may be disturbing but with a bit of organization, team play and coordination, dungeons are really doable and can bring you some fun.
I personally tried it and to be honest the first dungeon was just cataclysmic but now it gets better and better, and it’s really a good experience as well as a good entertainment. I think the best, at the beginning, is to do it with players you know and try to elaborate tactics depending on the professions you are playing.
But it’s just my opinion

I think I can say that we would all love to have forums that are helpful and friendly for every users who are willing to participate into the community.
However, creating a sub forum as explained in the first post won’t help as we want this entire place to be like this and not just one section.
What you can do if you want to help us keeping this forum as friendly/constructive as possible, is using the report tool (the little flag at the bottom right of each post). This will help us to act quickly on activities that break the code of conduct.

Resolving bugs can take a while as we always have to test every bug corrections together in order to avoid the apparition of new ones. This can lead to several test cycles which will be more or less long depending on how difficult the bug resolution can be and how the results of those tests are. We are trying to work as fast as possible, but we will always do it in the best and most meticulous way.
Regarding the suggestions, due to the massive volume of posts that this sub forum is generating, you should not expect individual responses as explained in this thread. But be sure that we are reading and forwarding them.

We will have account restorations in the future, for compromised accounts. They will not be used to undo an accidental item deletion or to offer a do-over for a purchase. Accounts will be reviewed and must meet certain requirements in order to be restored.
Unfortunately, we do not have any timeframe to provide regarding the implementation of account restoration yet.

Moreover, we have seen reports of bots with screenshots attached that were showing personal information. Again, this should not be posted on the forums as explained by our code of conduct.
