This is why it’s good to pace yourself with mmorpgs. You’ll just have wait. I’m sure an expansion will be out sooner or later.
True. That’s one way of seeing it. But how I see it is, if the minority players with the highest in game play time are happy with endgame content. Then the majority will be happy with the amount of things to do/expect to do:)

You shouldn’t go invis and stay still. You should always move around while fighting:)
Also, being able to be hit during invis is just a “counter” to the stealth skills. All skills have counter abilities or low cooldowns/long to balance out the game a bit more. Also, try using the “Stealth” abilities for something other than hiding/cheating a dodge move:P There are many useful ways to use stealth other than the ones I just mentioned.

Lol id love mounts and I havent played WOW so I’m no WOW fan. Mounts would be convenient and has a great essence of fun and realism.
Does it make sense that your character is running from a lush green landscape suddenly to the shiverpeaks? It makes more sense if you were on horses persay and traveled long distances
That said, I do think some games have mounts that are too crazy. Why can’t we just have simple mounts. Like horses, maybe a wolf, or Dolyak LOLLL but something that just looks normal. It wouldn’t be for aesthetics but for a good increase in speed. It also doesn’t have to be like super fast guys. It can be just a significant speed increase. Bit more than what buffs can give. You shouldn’t be able to fight on mounts either. And no mounts in cities to block the already congested places
So why not? And I echo the comment about everyone farming CoF gear xD why does everyone have it? XD personally Im not too fond of the way it looks. But still we can have more originality I think xD I see CoF everywhere it seems like a uniform
Just Imagine an Asura on a Dolyak haha

Frankly if you spend that much time gaming, you need to add new things to your life,
golfclap
what a way to not add a dang thing that’s constructive, troll, and show your (ahem) brilliance. wtg man, wtg!
dkp, i hear you — i’ve got that many hours or roughly that many played … but i play different. i FINALLY have one toon at lvl 77; i’m kinda simultaneously leveling six. so for me, endgame hasn’t become a consideration yet, but when i stop and think about it, i’m faced with:
1 i won’t be doing monthly completions nor building my legendary weapons because pvp is a requirement for both
2 i won’t be getting 100% map completion, for the above-mentioned reason
so. i guess i’ll be hanging with guildies, working on getting the rest of my crew up to 80 … hanging with guildies …
i’m certain i’ll be doing a great deal of exploring areas that each character HASN’T done, because anet has stated that they’ll be releasing content, sometimes with notification, sometimes not, which will change the dynamic events. i know i’ll be doing jumping puzzles, all that. but considering two of the primary things … three, if you count pvp … available to end-game won’t be there for me, i really DO have to wonder what i’ll be up to once my entire motley krewe have reached 80.
Hmm, yeah this is what I mean BUT hopefully Anet has some things hidden up their sleeves:)

Bro hate to tell ya but… (As of
700+ hours =
Start date 8/25 = 56% of your time since then
Start date 8/28 = 60% of your time since then
Either way, spending half a day (24 Hrs / 12 = 50%)
Dude they didn’t design this game for people who spend half a day on gaming in mind.
It seems like they took the majority into consideration.
Im sure they designed the game for all players? But I will stick in, and hope more content is added either ways. I cant wait to see the areas that are obviously blocked off. The lore in Gw2 is very interesting:)
I don’t see the point with your maths there. Do I play too much? Or Do I play too much while working? I think everyone has the right to their own way of spending their measly average 80 years of human life time in the 21st century 1st world country.

Might hve been suggested but it would be interesting.
We have alot of weapons and some dungeon gear with particle effects. We have legendary weapons that have skins with cool effects. Our armor as cool as they are could be spiced up. While there might be legendary armor but sometimes we may be limited to those skins. It would be rly interesting if we had legendary dyes.
These dyes would give particle effects, or auras/glows in their colors. Like celestial is already rly rly bright, take it a step further with that and we could have rly cool armor! Without changing the skins we like!
Perhaps “exotic dyes” might be better. I dont want to collect a lot of mats for a “legendary dye”
But yes this is something that would be nice to see:) Dyes with more effects to them and more funny names on the dye wont hurt;)
“Humiliation dye” :P

Tensei, this thread isnt about my life. My life is fine as it is. I have a beautifull girlfriend who doesnt mind my hobby. She doesnt like playing games, but loves watching me play. I have a job, I own my own company. I have a good income. I travel between Europe and Asia at a regular bases, I have a lot of spare time. There is nothing wrong with my life. I just chose to spend some time on gw2 for now, since its very interesting and I consider it my hobby of choice for now.

Mounts ehh? I want to ride a Dolyak for sure:) Or at least have one follow me! Why no mini Dolyak/Giant special dolyak mini?
- Back to topic, I dont think Mounts would work out in gw2:/ It wont look right. The build of the actual world doesnt make it so Mounts would look right. At least the flying ones wont seem to fit that well. Perhaps mountable, pigs/dolyaks/chickens would be fun to watch:) Id love one
Plus it might add more interesting mob specific drops. Like kill Dolyaks to get mountable Dolyaks;)

Thank you Fay, and yes I am aware:) Just wanted to say something to Anet before the majority catches up;) And its all the dungeon paths ie Dungeon Master title acquired.
Also TheDaiBish. I do agree that this model of “No need to grind to stay in the lead” is quite good. I have not grinded a single day in gw2 as of yet except when I was racing to lvl 80 before the 28th of August was it? From the 25th;)

I’ve done around 700 hours of play and there’s still loads to do and on the 22nd there’s a content patch for halloween so really there’s plenty to do and more to be added soon. The 700/800 hours played mark is really only a small percentage of people who play the game.
Most people have jobs/school and such and so that’s a hell of a lot of hours played versus the amount you spend on buying the game. Most single player games of this quality/price you will be able to complete in a couple of days. Where as other MMO’s are reliant on subscription and grinding to keep you ‘entertained’.
What exactly have you completed so far in game?
-Story
-All the dungeons
-Got a skin that I dont want, so my current goal is to find another skin Id like for medium. Looking at T3 Cultural Norn medium atm for females.
-Map completion
-2200+ AP
-1 lvl 80 Ranger.
- Several Alts, but currently lvling my necro for WvW only.
- All jumpings except bugged
I think tahts it? and legendary over half way? Just getting gold?

Out of curiosity, what would you propose?
Im not sure. Thats the problem, but thats what I paid money to Anet to figure out;) I want them to surprise me, and give me something I wont expect to see in other MMOs or just something much much better on gw2:)
Although I would like to see more dungeons, more interesting loots. Such as dungeon specific loots that could get from certain dungeons. World event champion specific loots. There are some out there but not enough. More special recipes + more special casual recipes that need to be discovered. Release those legendary armors in game. More areas is a MUST. I love gw2 because of the beautifull scenery, give us more! More mini games for sure + a more interesting crafting experience:)
I think these are the basic requests that I would add to make the game a bit better.

Hi,
I’m closing on 800 hours on gw2, but quite frankly my in game time has gone down dramatically these past couple days. I am starting to feel the lack of endgame material . I have over 2200 achievement points, and no I don’t have a legendary. I am almost there, I just need the gold which I’m getting soon by using the TP.
I run dungeons from time to time, do jumping puzzles for the lolz. (Completed all except the bugged ones in WvW BLs). I got toons, In a active WvW guild, I got plenty of friends that ask me to run dungeons with them. I am in voice chat with some people. I got all these things to keep me company, and I think I am well merged into the gw2 community. There isn’t much more I can do to “Force” myself to have fun in gw2. (I’ve also got map completion)
So, I’m done rambling about what I’m doing/done to prove that endgame needs some real working on. I think the main problem with GW2 endgame is that there is no other goals to complete other than getting – Skins, favorite dyes for skins, Legendary, Achievement points, money, pvp/WvW.
So what do I want from Anet? Something that keeps us players interested after 700h+ of gw2. I know I am the small majority with such high active play, but the majority will eventually catch up. Please add something into gw2 that will keep us all interested. I don’t know what, just add something Anet thinks is good. Perhaps increase the amounts of special loots, or more mini games. I don’t know, just add something please!
I look forward to seeing the Halloween update, I hope we will have more to do after the update as I have never really been this bored of a MMO because I feel like I’ve just finished it. MMOs are never supposed to end. When someone asks, “when will you be done?” I want to say “NEVER”.
Thanks.
Note:
Half my in-game friends who started out playing gw2 with me have already gotten bored with endgame. More than half my IRL friends don’t even log in for more than 1-2 hours per day to run 1-2 dungeons + do the daily before they log off and play something else. We are all waiting for something from Anet. Please add asap once its done:)

I believe Anet does one big patch update every Monday. This means less server downtime’s for everyone, which is better than what it used to be 1 month before. Try to get all your bug reports in by then and hope Anet can fix the issues by Monday or the week later;)

It would be nice to have a special armor repair station popups after beating dungeon for free repair as a part of reward.
This could be nice to have but the 26s reward at the end is supposed to cover your repair cost + more. Also your loots should also pay for your repair costs.
This system could also be appealing for “cheap” players to run naked at the end with everything broken.
So…i dont know. I cant support this:/

No we have special champions + events like dragons in lvl 80 areas which arent bad either.

Sorry I cant answer fully since im shooting stuff in my dungeon whilst answering here
1) If you have increased movement speed/ a pet/spirit/npc following you. You wont get hit by the autos most of the time. Other than that, you need to dodge:/ All I can say is, the auto attack doesnt follow you. It does miss from time to time. This may be feature or bug.
2) The indicators sometimes do bug out. It doesnt show certain areas that are targetted with AOE circles. ALso, if you stand in front of the landing spot, it will also hit you. Safest way to avoid getting hit is to stand behind the AOE circles as there is a range for these AOE circles. OR just dodge into one of these circles, it will count as an evade.
3)Stability will allow you to escape this yes, but generally with 20kish HP. 1 Heal whilst in this glob, you will generally survive. You can also dodge these spheres before they are cast, but stability definatly gets you out of harms way here. A Rangers “Rampage as one” for example will get you out of the bubble.
Hope it helped!

Pets are awsome in phase 2 and 3 for lupicus. Phase 2 lupicus does shadow walk onto the pet, and phase 3, lupicus does agro on the pet. It takes some stress off the players.
Also the spark phase, we all got our preferences, but id rather hate on the mesmer as their illus are much more annoying that pets. Pets arent even a issue here.
Phase 3 lupicus drains hp. AFAIK he can do this for pets. Which generally speaking wont dodge it like players do. o.o
I dunno, I think i’d accept a mesmer phantasm just because time warp is so good on simin. As soon as the first spark phase is over, pop that time warp and simins hp just plummets. as long as they’re keeping their phatasms in check it’s ok. Which is pretty much “as soon as sparks spawn I explode them all” that’s all it takes.
A good ranger would call back his pet OR swap it out to avoid the life steal;( You need a good ranger;)
Simini, yeah mesmer ult is very usefull but other than that lol…at simini idk. But the Sword + Dagger + snake traps + zephyr + Frost spirit from the ranger during Siminis fight is exceptional;) + the pet swap. The Dps keeps on piling up,
I still dont think you’d outDPS a warrior on simin. But I digress.
and your point with lupicus is still null. because at the end of the day it means that I would need to find a highly skilled ranger (of which I have apparently never found ever) just to not have them be a detriment to my team. :|
Haha, we are out there:P
Also, no a ranger wont beat a warrior in melee dps since its a ranged hero;) But they arent as useless as you think. We can constantly apply poison on simini too, which a warrior would have difficulty with.

Edit:
Regarding the AC burrows its currently bugged for most, but yes it does hit from time to time. You can even dodge/evade with the sword/dagger so you dont get downed as often if you ever do get downed. Plus add some traps to the recipe + zephyr. Your good to go. The use of pet here depends on what the team lacks.

(edited by DKP.4196)
A skilled ranger can do wonders with their pets. A noob ranger doesnt utilize the pets various abilities. A skilled ranger will also utilize traps when necessary, and in the AC dungeon? A rangers spike + fire trap which creates a combo field does wonders to the over all dps of the team on the mounds. You just havnt played with any good rangers;)
Engis are great to have, they have a lot of toys for different situations. I would strongly recommend having an engi in any dungeon if possible. But of course, same issue as a ranger. The engi needs to know how to change his build for different occasions.
A fire trap. excellent. Meanwhile an ele can drop 2 fire fields without needing to stop auto attacking (which is actually hitting) he also doesnt need to burn a utility slot for it. I really dont think combo fields are a good enough reason to bring a ranger, unless they have a specific combo field type thats hard to get elsewhere. Which fire is really not. I’ve played with plenty of rangers. But the fact is, most of them (no, strike that, ALL of them) have rolled shortbow/longbow. Now, this may be their only viable choice. but it limits their AoE to 2 skills unless they use up their utility slots. Then you get into the single target damage which is less than a warriors by a good margin (while also having less natural tankiness) while this might indicate warriors are OP rather than rangers are UP, it still wont make me bring a ranger over a warrior.
insofar as pets, the issue is rarely what they do in a fight. Here’s an example from arah. During the lupicus fight, a pet will NEVER stack ontop of you. It will always be off the the side. If lupicus puts a grub on the pet (which can happen) then your entire team has to react to that. Something that they wouldnt have to do if you werent a ranger. While not party-wiping, it’s extra work that can often slip up some groups. Also when running along walls in order to fight the champion spider instead of the champion giant, the pet will often refuse to hug the wall (and it cant always be stowed, as there are monsters nearby which put you into combat as you run) this means the pet can draw additional aggro. Likewise for room clearing right before hand, where most people utilize the nearby ledges, pets will charge down into about 6 monsters to reach the target.
Basically a pet needs to be on “dont attack” or stowed more often than not. Which just makes them a ridiculous feature.
I’m not saying ranger players are bad. I’m not saying im happy with the fact that I never bring them. I just know that odds are bringing pretty much any other class will give us a higher chance of success than a ranger will. Rangers fall into a similar vein as ele’s in that they HAVE to be skilled or they will be a detriment. And i’d prefer not to risk it unless I know for a fact that the ranger is skilled. (when I dungeon with my guild we often do have a ranger. But when I PuG I avoid them as much as I can)
I go longbow/Sword+dagger. I still say your rolling with ranger noobs:) I have nearly 700hours on my Ranger alone. I know what im doing and I can assure you that if a Ranger knows what to do. The problems above shoudlnt be a problem.
Lupicus shouldnt even be on the list;) Path 4 sparks, a ranger pet can HELP a lot of used properly. Call back pet with f3 and tap f4 to swap it out at the right time. BOOM free spark lured:)

As someone who is 1 path away from dungeon master, these are my thoughts:
1 guardian – Holy kitten reflect wall and that thing that makes monsters unable to reach you is so good. As someone who has done countless dungeons runs I’m surprised and seriously disappointed in most guardians who never seem to use these.
1 warrior – The damage, the survivability, ETC. 5 signet builds need not apply in serious settings, but can easily slot in during say, a CoF path 1 or something.
1 ele – The staff skills are just really nice. Sadly you arent there to damage, but to support. Reflecting projectile, weakening bosses, throwing down combo fields, and healing is what you are there for. Any ele who spends most of his time in fire attunement might as well just re-roll another class who can actually auto-attack for proper damage without being made of tissue paper.
1 mesmer – As long as they know how to use their phantasms, and when to blow them up when against a boss that punishes you for overaggro. Time warp and Moa form alone are reason enough to carry one of these imo.
1 Thief/necro/warrior/guardian – Take your pick. Thieves have DPS, and stealth reviving. Necro’s have conditions (and sweet sweet poison, which is godly for anything that heals: such as most things in arah) warriors are just overall good, as are guardians.
Things to avoid like the plague – rangers.
Sorry to sound mean rangers, but you usually do not bring much to the table. Lower DPS than other classes, annoying pets that aggro things, and can cause bosses to royally screw people, lackluster AOE’s, inability to hit certain objects (such as the AC burrows) Rangers just do not impress me in dungeons.Do these even exist tier? – engineers.
I do not play an engineer, nor have I really seen a lot of them, so I cant comment on how they dungeon. Ive yet to meet one who seriously impressed me in some manner. But at the same time ive never gone “man that engy was dragging us down that run”. If any engineers would like to comment on what makes them good and/or bad for dungeons it would be nice.

Thats the glory of the guild rep system. You can be in up to 4 guilds. Wana run a dungeon? Rep the dungeon guild and ask around. (I know this works by the way, this is what I do
)
The guilds I am in dont like it when I do this but yes it is a good way to get members quick;) Just make sure you are reping the guild you are most loyal too at the end of the day!

Interesting suggestions. I like them, and would like to see them evolve in the hands of Anet;)
Raid mode dungeons with extreme conditions to beat seems very enjoyable in terms of challenge:)
Also, make the boss taller and bigger so they feel more threatening. Lupicus is tall and big, its fun running around HUGE areas to beat a boss. Most of the gw2 boss seem to be confined in a tiny area and to a Norn they are average to short in size.

It really depends on the instance and player using the characters:o But I tend to like 1 melee class with 4 range class.
1x Warrior/Guardian/Thief
1x Ranger (Me)
1x Ele/Mesmer
1x Engi/Necro
1x Extra range class but melee class works.
But anything really works. The more variety the different each instance feels like:P Just need well geared, good players and experience and all dungeon runs become enjoyable. A touch of humor from each player also helps;)

I would hate to see my efforts to get my Arah Bow + Sword + my other toys from dungeons go to waste due to an universal token system. I can understand that some people feel as if their bank space is being wasted. Anet has a relatively cheap extra bank slot space price for gems. Gems can even be bought with in game money and irl cash if you feel the need to.
Also, I have not grinded a single day on gw2 unless you count the lvl 80 rush I did when the game was released on the 25th for the pre-purchase;) I still have decent amounts of tokens. Just play the game, no need to farm. Farming is boring, do what you feel like doing at the time. If you want to grind and farm then dont blame Anet, because you have no reason to do so. Want to get a cool looking skin? Take your time over it. Get it over 1 week, no need to get it in 1-3 days. Whats the point in a MMO if you can get stuff within 1-3 days.
Need exotic gear? Cant finish dungeons without it? Craft it using crafting. Its not that hard to craft exotics via crafting stations. Does it look ugly? Well now you have gear to get better looking skins:)

Plan 1 is kinda dodgy but it does work. Plan 2 does work too but its also dodgy. When I did plan 2 it usually ended up 1 guarding the kegs, 1 running for more bombs, 1 throwing bombs between the gate and stockpile. 1 taking the kegs that are everywhere halfway up towards the gate.
Plan 2 works more though:P Plan 1 usually ends up in a team wipe or several players dying:P

Right now it seems like most physical projectiles cant hit the mounds. Also, physical damage sometimes does not register. But if you stand on the mound, right by the center and use melee, it usually registers.
Bug or feature, I dont know.

No, surprisingly smoother runs include players who are all “supportive builds”. No, I dont mean healing supportive builds but builds that often aid other group members do more damage and survive.
Although the most important part of a smooth run is a group where all 5 party members know to press “T” and single target the exact same mob. Especially in silver rank+ mobs.
Try seeing the difference between a group where only 4 targets 1 mob,and a group where all 5 target the same mob and a group where nobody really targets the same thing and dodge roles everywhere.
The difference is easily felt and seen. Consumables should help cover up lost ground for any dps due to supportive builds. Consumbales are VERY GOOD. Just go open the trading post, and look for lvl 80 consumable foods + potions. You will drool over the extra stats. Good gear is also very good.

I heard the boss summons the vets when one of your player dies. Not downed, dies. Killed by the boss. It probably isnt a bug but a new feature to stop the speed clearing happening in path 1.
Also, 3 vets shouldnt a problem in a lvl 80 dungeon? Target one vet and nuke it down, then take the next. The actual boss doesnt do much that cant be dodged. This fight used to be an afk alt tab boss. Now you need to actually dodge stuff, and nuke down the extra vets down;)

Tactic 2
1. Stockpile Tears near the boss in the cave. 15-30 should do as there are plenty around the instance. Choose a water boy. Waterboy will unstun everyone when necessary.
2. Chill zerg dps the boss to 40-50percent hp. Once the boss the boss goes invis, everyone go get a spark. Try to decide who goes for what before the fight if possible. Helps;)
3. Repeat point 2 at 15-30percent hp and 5-15percent hp. This depends on how much dps your team can push out. You could down the boss in 2 phases if your team is good enough. Keep in mind, keep that poison on the boss!
Extra notes:
Good gear helps
Consumables help
This is not the last boss of path 4. There is a bonus event + last boss after this.
Sorry for the spoilers if any was given.
If done correctly, the fight shouldnt take more than 10-15minutes. Try resetting the boss to have some fresh air if you feel as if things arent going as its supposed to be.
I hope this helped a bit. And we all know…on the internet, proof of picture is needed. So here is a picture.
Good Luck to you all!
This is by far the most interesting path for Arah, but it does take much longer to finish compared to other paths. But it is the most interesting none the less;)
Also: STOP with singling out certain class’s with dungeons. They are ALL good. Its fine to say no more rangers because we got 3 already but completely ignoring class’s is just fail. What did most people say about rangers and pets on path 4? Dont invite rangers to path 4. Here I am, a Ranger who just did it and it actually helped more than it hurt. Variety is always nice, but singling out is not cool folks!
Im sorry for the hasty guide. Not much of a guide writer, since I dont like giving out too much spoilers on how to do things. Best figure it out yourself, more fun that way but this is a nudge towards one of the possible directions of finishing this encounter:o

- 1 Ranger (Me)
- 1 Warrior
- 1 Thief
- 1 Mesmer
- 1 Engineer
Ranger:
The pet can be a hassle, but a ranger who knows how to use his/her pet can easily help guide the sparks into the correct spot. Although max 1 ranger is what I would suggest. (Reason explained bellow) Zephyr + swapping pets is an excellent way for a ranger to add tones of DPS onto the boss. I used sword/dagger as i can add poison while attacking. Also use poison traps! Frost spirit to boost the groups overall damage output by 20percent helps a lot!
Engi:
Engis have a lot of fun spells, but most important it has poisons and aoe damage. Plus an Engi in a dungeon? How much fun can a team have
Keep note, Engis must NOT use turrets on this encounter, as the sparks will agro on the turrets.
Mesmer:
Has poison fields and Quickness ult. Speeds the team up and a perfect waterboy char;) Although an engi can also be the water boy, but with our group. Mesmer was the choice. Can also stack confusions etc. Mesmers MUST blow up all illusions during spark phase. It aggros sparks. Also, Mesmers can easily use portals to collect tears in a pinch! Combat portals ftw?
Thief:
Thief supports have 2 types of poison auras, not sure what they are called because my memory is terrible + I dont like playing thief;) What the poison basically did was stun + disabled the boss. This aura is cast on ALL party members around the thief, so it helps if everyone is grouped up around Dwayna and using melee, or close combat range;) Even whilst the boss has its 5 stacks. What ever they were called, that stops crowdcontrol, this aura goes right through it. Stunning the boss, and also reduces the amount of players being petrified per encounter. This may be a bug, but even if it was fixed. 4x players hitting the boss with quickness would easily take down the stacks that stop crowd control skills.
Warrior:
Just Dps, melee bash the boss but keep that ult up with banner when necessary! Insta res + other banners help a lot to increase overall dps!
Note:
By no means do I support groups with specific classes. Any class combinations can work through this encounter, but keep in mind. ALL class combinations MUST change their specs to meet the specific demands for this encounter. Tbh, you should always change specs and traits when you think something isnt right, or could help the team more. This is why I like gw2;) Just a side note! Consumables help a tone too. Just figure out which one to use. We obviously used the Powerfull potion of undead slaying as it increased our damage by 10percent vs Undeads.
We were not on any voice chat as a group. I was talking to the Mesmer about Disneyland as we did this encounter. This encounter is completely pugable.
Time taken to complete the whole path 4:
First attempt: 9h Failed
Second attempt: 7h Completed
- By no means is this boss easy, but once you figure it out it goes very fast. The fights last less than 10-15minutes if done right.
So there is 2 ways this encounter could be done.
Tactic 1
- Stockpile tones of tears by the water area outside the cave the statue is.
- 2 Players are spark boys/girls (They take care of the sparks inside the cave once they spawn)
- 1 Water boy/girl. Keeps check of any petrified players to chuck tears at.
- 2 Dpsers on the boss
How is this done?
1. You need to stockpile tears. 30-50.
2. Drag the boss out of the cave to the water area. Dragging the boss onto land helps see some of the AOE circles as they are hard to see whilst on the water.
3. Spark boys need to decide who goes for what spark when they spawn. And in which direction they will run around the statue when things go off plan.
4. Water boy must always unstun the dpsers. When the boss goes invis, make sure none of the dpsers are about to get stunned before you go collect more tears if necessary.
5. Dpsers must always cast poison on the boss after it goes invis and shoot at " Thin air". Poison stop the boss from gaining back life as fast even when invis. Attacking thin air also helps lower the regen rate. Or so it felt.
6. Continue this cycle 3 times. Once at 40-50percent, another time at around 20-25 and one last time at around 5-10percent. The times the boss goes invis seems to be based on a timer + hp percentage. Its possible to go past 30-50percent on the first phase if you mass dps + stun the boss as she goes invis. Delays the invis.

Not to be rude or anything but I just thought Id like to put it out there. The CoF path 1 boss is no longer a challenge tbh. Before, it was hard to finish the boss off, but now you can pretty much smack it down to nothing without even thinking about the crystals.
The CoF farmers that complain CoF 2 is hard should do CoF 1 now. You will finish it much faster with the new effigy boss.
But the little “puzzle” in CoF 1 is quite fun to do:) Naked time with the whole team;)

I think there is a timer. As long as someone in the group returns to the dungeon within the set amount of time, the dungeon will not reset.
However, you need to keep in mind that if the player that entered the dungeon instance first leaves. Then the dungeon will be reset. This is either intentional or a bug that occurs from time to time.
If you need extra players, the best thing is let someone who didn’t enter the dungeon first to find a player. It only takes one player to find another;)

So it does glow outside during the night. I had the impression it only glowed while your underground. This is good news:) I just bought my new toy from the AC vendor, hasnt glowed yet;)
Also, keep in mind not all glow items are from AC, the corrupted items sometimes look awfully similar to the AC when they glow.

OP heres an apple. Take it:)
Also, this boss compared to the other boss is better:) Once you get used to fighting it, you will enjoy it;) It is possible to pug Lupicus without 1 single whipe, or 1 single death in the group. Whats important is experience. Players in your group, even if they are Pugs, if they know what to expect it makes a huge difference;) Even if they have no experience, it can still be done without any wipes. The none experienced player might die 2-3x though:o
