Just wondering why WXP and ability points are not account bound ? it opens up many roles to different players

All you have to do is spend them the one time per charater at beginning of season ?

A lot of players have multiple lvl 80 chars but because of way wxp and abilities work atm they stick to 1 character , Each character should have account bound abilities and rank , atm im 63 on my war , 22 on my guard and 17 on my ranger , but i will not play the guard n ranger much as theyre not really progressing

really hope the rank and abilities are made account wide so i can choose a diffrent play style per season

Whats the actual criteria for this Achievement ? i must have done over 50 walls/gates and im still on 10/15 ? is it bugged or something else ?

Well the game is still new , also i think Gamers in General are spoilt brats lol , myself included . i still play and hope gvg will be implemented :P eventually

I would agree that if I lose games there is definitely something wrong with the system. I consider myself to be ‘good at games’ and probably in the top 80% of GW2 players by virtue of [fill this in later].

What I’m saying is that I’m good and Anet needs to build a system that recognizes that instead of punishing me personally because they hate me.

I have come up with a great way to reward the honest players so the skyfarmers dont get rewarded as much as they should

Ok When recalculating Achivement points for spvp/rewards , dont go on rank instead go on games played this way the 800 a game folks will not get as much as the honest players from tournaments

I would like to raise this point because me personally ide like LW stuff to be every month and contain more depth to them personally . Also quality of life improvements every month also

What happened to this ? I did Enjoy watching this and getting to know upcoming features/fixes that would be happening . I have some Questions to post :

1. When Will the Leaderboard and Solo Q be fixed ?
2. When will the Achievements points be brought into line with Pve/Wve
3. When will Spvp be rewarding ?

The sooner they stop catering for the Low population e sports crowd and think about the gw1 vets crowd the better imo , Then when they come back to gvg and play other spvp modes the game will be much better and then e sports might take off . Atm spvp is in a real bad place , broken leaderboards and queues , and boredom is killin It ….

Erm nothing mentioned about pvp , i think a big announcement will come shortly on rewards tho colin said so

No way is there even 10k players doing spvp on NA at least , long waits and same faces , so , youre 10k is very optimistic indeed

Also , i think solo/team Q should award faster rank up than hot join and custom period

Yes of course but they then carry on playing untill there match pops for solo Q , this is the point theyre there in the first place killing time untill there game

As for new players , they could trade glory for rank , like wvw exp etc to rank up at a slower pace than competitive solo/team Q

I think a posters suggestion i read , made most sense , Hotjoin only giving glory and solo/team giving rank points is a very good suggestion and would boost competition

From what I understand, people are upset that they can’t come and go from hot join and still be rewarded before the match ends. If hot join is the place where new players are learning PvP, is it healthy for people to be coming and going as they please? Is it good to promote that habit?

Well its mainly the SoloQ is punished as they have to stand in hotm and wait for a match , there can be 15-20 minutes wait ? this time is usually spent in hotjoin but now they get nothing then means no point really , Im against the change , there needs to be a better way tbh

Rank = Emote/prestige , why should i let people achieve in 1 month what took me 12 months ? ,Iknow pvp is really low pop atm but i dont wanna see this man

What is being done about this ? Overheard a guy bragging about getting 10 rank levels in a day , please roll them back , its not hard to see who is abusing the system with the amount of daily levels/rank points gained ..

As i genuine Spvper who earned his ranks from tournies its hard to take and unprofessional of you to allow this behaviour

One of main reasons why new people dont spvp is the lack of achievement points , I hope you buff points in wvw and spvp upto pve standard , its hurting the game

I Have to admit The spvp crew are hitting back hard but with good reasons

No HA

Only boring conquest after 12 months and the pace its going nothing is gonna change anytime soon

Its because we care and are very frustrated spvpers

Well there is a skill curve , if you wanna jump right in then any class with AI , necro/ranger/mesmer are easy mode , If however you wanna go deep the ele/engineer are probally the hardest , Guardian/warrior/thief are none AI easy modes :P
